Issue: the graphics have severely decreased I feel like I’m back in the dark days of the early game almost everything I’ve purchased from the premo shop looks like it’s blurry and it hurts my eyes all the pathing is blurry there is no detail on any of the wallpaper or windows anymore. Issue: Same as the above comments, the graphics have decreased SIGNIFICANTLY since a few updates ago. It genuinely makes me not want to play the game anymore.

I raised this issue to Gameloft support via email and they replied and had the cheek to suggest it was because I needed to restart my Switch 😅 like that would fix it (it didn’t obviously).

The graphics have been downgraded since we bought the game and I don’t see how that’s fair at all.

Please give us some information on the Switch 2 version of the game soon.

Holes in the world in the Borderlands, Wastes, and Lagoon
Part of the wall in the Courtyard is floating above the ground
Grass in the Grove is floating above the ground
Parts of the walls in the canyons of the Borderlands and Wastes are the wrong color and don't match the rest of the terrain
The boat in the Wild Tangle is still black and white after finishing the DLC

Issue: The fuchsia eternal poppies are still normal looking when they need to be watered. You can only tell that they need to be watered because of the smoke and not being able to pick them up. Issue: ever since wishblossom ranch and the Cinderella update the game has had multiple issues.
When I ride the horse the galloping sometimes dissappear for a good 5 seconds which is not a big issue but would still be good to fix it

The textures of certain items and of the horses and the paths are blurry and ugly

I can't set the offtime back anymore cause it doesn't let me

When I go into the pause menu or just randomly the audio of anything but the music just dissappear

When I go into my inventory in wishblossom ranch and I then go out of it the menu music starts playing everytime I do it

Issue: I posted about this way back when the item first appeared in the premium shop and I bought it but it's still broken, even more so now. It's supposed to be the Villainous Elegance Gown that was purchasable in the premium shop. It's supposed to be green but here it's showing up as black and when I move the mid section of the body and the dress completely disappears and the shadow the dress appears across the room. That shadow there by the table against the wall in the second picture is where the dress is showing up at. Haven't been able to wear the dress once and it's annoying because I soent money on moonstones to buy it

More than 60% of this game is blurry at the moment I don’t know what happened with this update but this causes migraines and epilepsy.
Mirabels dress is blurry, beasts flower stall is blurry, almost all texts in game are so blurry you can’t even see what supposed to say.
And again these are only couple examples there are huge amount of issues that needs fixing

Issue: Good portals and bad portals.
The thing is, a portal or wormhole should be like a 3-dimensional "hole" in space. And if one existed, it would look like an orb in which you see different views from the other side, depending on which direction you peer into. The original two portals in the game are fantastic examples for that. But then, you guys diverted away from this for some reason.

Good example 1: The plaza portal can be viewed from different directions and show different viewpoints from the other side (Even if faked by a different picture. But it's a good visual and really cool for playing around with.)
Good example 2: The portal in the secret cave works the same. Different angles bring up different perspectives from the other side. Very nice.
Bad example: The Winter Festival portal only has one tiny obvious jpeg in the circle. And the Halloween Festival portal was the same. It shows the same thing from every angle and simply looks like a 2D picture.

I'm honestly not sure what these things are. First noticed them during Cruella's lvl 4 quest in her house. Since then, they randomly populate in wishblossom ranch in buildings. They luckily don't interfere with movement as my character can run through them. But they are creepy.

I apologize if this is the wrong place for this but several things noted 1) potted palm is not showing in the pots.
2) the firefly lampost does not light automatically at dusk and
3) the fallen log perch is in seating but you cannot sit on it.

Issue: Copper rocks appearing in the Valley. I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but I don't think these are supposed to be here. Normally we have simple gray rocks here, and copper rocks are only supposed to appear (or so I thought) on Eternity Isle. Just wanted you to know I started noticing these just this week.

Storybook DLC is lagging/stuttering with terrible frame drops. This was never an issue and has only been noticeable in the past week (that I’ve noticed) -making that dlc basically unplayable. The lag/stutters start immediately as you enter the dlc. Mine isn’t even decorated so it’s not like an over clutter issue. Any slight movement or even moving the camera around it’s immediately noticeable

Still cannot set time backwards on Offset Time of Day setting on ps5...it's been at least 2 months now. Many have reported this bug over the course of updates and patch fixes. Will we at least get a news update on the latest status of when we can expect this to be fixed?

Issue: Shortly after the Cinderella update my entire game lags and is choppy, I have a great PC and it plays things much more labor intensive than this game just fine. This graphics lag is making the game unplayable and makes me kinda sick to look at. I have to go all the way down to the 'Low" graphics preset for it to stop happening and I normally play on 'Ultra'. I've been reduced to really only playing for a few minutes to throw together a very quick poor quality Dreamsnap, just to have something submitted. I've updated graphic drivers and that did not fix issue either.

Issue: when wearing the glass bow heals from cinderellas friendship level 10 quest and the stage tights at the same time it has a visual glitch. Is resolved by different shoes or taking the stage tights off.

Issue: Not saving, while decorating?
Screenshot/Video: Dont have, since I didnt take a before or after.

Im not sure if this is posted in the right category, didnt feel like any matched my issue, so if not posted right, please guide me to the right channel.

Anyway, I was decorating my town for.. 10 minutes maybe. When I went out of build mode to check my progress then ALL i just did was gone and it looked like it did, before I started.
This has been an ongoing issue for some years now, any work around Other than going out of build mode every now and then to save the game to get into it again? (I know this is an easy fix, but if you are super ''into it'' then its easy to forget to go out and save)

Issue: placement grid is visible in live mode behind my character I have that whole section right behind her not the top part near the houses with the same path placed only it doesn’t show, the game still recognizes that something is there but it doesn’t display it

Issue: The snowy alpine tower has a weird invisible placement going on that's unlike the version with the waterwheel we can craft.

First two screenshots is the tower with a invisible wall one end and the other being able to clip into the building.
Second two screenshots is the crafted tower that shows how the placement should be.

Despite Playstation 5 being a very powerful system we we are the last console family that doesnt have stars, even though wr had them before. Its been years, no one has offical said anything. It would be really nice if we can finally have our stars back.
