Issue: No option to load cloud save

I only get the option to start a new game even tho the email in the cloud save tab is correct. I haven't played in about a year and have no local save due to my PC haven been reset. I have always made sure to save the cloud save before turning the game off.

Issue: With more than 1450 h playing this game I’ve lost all my progress when switching from PC to Switch! This was on December 5th, I contacted Gameloft but for now I have no response.

Issue: No Saved game to return to

I can't load my saved game, the email address is correct. I even tried to verify files as I have seen one issue show as a solution, that didn't help. I have many hours of playtime and in game purchases.

Issue: Cloud Save isn't working. It says synced only when this pop up is on screen. It's just shy of 3 days, at this point. Local save is fine. I've rebooted my PC and my wired internet connection.. still won't save. Premium shop, events, dreamteams are all showing no connection issues.

Issue: not letting me login into my cloud save
Screenshot/video: I am trying to login into my cloud save from my new ps5 and its just letting me start a new game, which I dont want to do. I had previously open up my cloud save on my boyfriends ps5 account & my switch and everything worked fine

Issue: trying to switch my cloud save from one account to another as I got a new Xbox and bought the game with my new account. When I login to my cloud save the only option is to create a new account.

Issue: I made sure everything was saved, but when I logged back in, a lot of quests reverted back to a previous state. I had already done Pumba's pottery class and talked to Scrooge about it (for example), but I have to redo the quest. The Forgotten's poetry quest also restarted. There are probably others, but I'm honestly feeling dejected at this point because I spent a session solely dedicated to knocking quests out..

Platform: Steam Deck
Issue: Can't connect to cloud saves - says no internet but I am connected and every other game can connect fine. This is the only game that has issues. The hotspot advice I've seen is not acceptable solution for me.
