Issue- Dreamsnap challenge not submitting photo, I have tried multiple times to submit my photo, i have changed the area, villagers, items, angle, restarted my game etc. i have submitted 6 photos and none of them registering when I go to the dreamsnap page to check my submission.

Update- Must have been glitch. once i logged in today, it let me submit a new photo

Im not getting my reward from "My Cabinet of Curiosities". It claims i dont have submission even though i do. The "check Submission" works and i can see what i have submitted

I have the same issue. Steam/PC. No results in the mail yet, Check submission shows my snap I submitted but it says No submission grayed out like above.

Issue: second week not receiving dreamsnaps results. Tried to re sync as told to do so last week but has not worked. When I submitted a ticket last week to support I had no response. Very upset. Is there an email rather than the browser chat feature I can use please?

We checked your account and can confirm that the picture was submitted successfully.
Please note that the reward for the "My Cabinet of Curiosities" challenge will be given after the end of it.
The end of the challenge is March 12.

If you have any other questions or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

But, that date isn't accurate is it? Still no results rewards.

@grim bolt @pulsar trout @haughty lagoon I have not received rewards for both Cupids Runway and Cabinet of Curiosities. When I submitted my ticket to support for Cupids Runway I got a similar response as @grim bolt with an incorrect date that has already passed. Still no reward for that dreamsnap. I replied to my support ticket about not receiving my reward for Cupids Runway and also for Cabinet of curiosities and I have still had no response. It's getting silly. #ticket-support command says my ticket has been internally escalated but it would be nice for them to inform me of the progress. I'm gutted as I live for DreamSnaps! 😭

Issue: Me and my sister share a PC and family share games on Steam, including Disney Dreamlight Valley. I put a lot of effort on my Dreamsnaps as it's the only way I get moonstones enough to get anything on the premium shop. My sister usually only deals with the required items and submits while I go above and beyond. A few months before 2025, I have been getting consistent 4000 moonstones every week, and hers go around 800 to 2500 sometimes. Suddenly, around about December 2024 update, whenever she submits a DreamSnaps on her own account, it also shows up on mine when I play, and vice versa. Then when the rewards come, it looks like our rewards get switched. And I really wouldn't care if I don't consistently give good effort on my DreamSnaps, but I was wondering if there's a way to fix it or if this is even a known issue at all. I've done everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, resyncing cloud saves and etc. I've sent a ticket before but they didn't ask me to do anything that I haven't already done prior to contacting them.

platform ps5 issue- unable to dreamsnap reuslts. My results aren’t showing says no submission but then shows my pic when I click the x button to show it weird ? Says it processing at top reloaded game and restarted my ps5 my internet is working and I am connected to ps network I have even unplugged my internet and ps5. I have contacted gameloft about this issue.

Issue: it's showing that I have not submitted an entry for the villagers on parade dreamsnap, but I can still see the dreamsnap I submitted. I did not receive any reward for the submission.

Had an error while trying to collect rewards from the mailbox. Tried again and now the Mailbox shows the reward was collected already.

Why is it I can check my submission. But it shows I didn't submit anything. Does that mean I'm going to get ripped off my rewards completely? Even though I clearly did the challenge.

platform xbox, Issue -When i'm voting or reviewing my own submissions, there's a rattling noise that plays repeatedly. It's annoying to listen too and makes me not want to vote past minimum requirement.

Issue: DreamSnap made and submitted yesterday. Now that submission period has closed, it doesn't show as submitted anymore, meaning I'll miss out on valuable moonstones by next week 😢. Is there any way to still get at least the 300 guaranteed ones for participation?

Issue: Not getting rewards

So what is this? I am never going to get dreamsnap rewards again? Because not only did I still not get my parade rewards. As it was stated I would in reply to my support ticket. I also didn't get the lights camera action one. Which I clearly did both of them. As seen in this screen shots.

PS4: cannot submit this week’s dreamsnap. Dreamsnap error 1. It also told me one time that I wasn’t connected to the internet, but I can access the premium shop and checked through settings (internet connectivity test was successful).

Furniture items don’t count towards dreamsnaps in the Oasis biome. I was able to submit from a different biome for the time being.

Issue: for the 15 months that EI has existed, the oasis biome has not properly counted furniture tags in the bottom half near the waterfall. This was reported all through EI's live update time and was never fixed. Can you please fix this biome?

🥺 Please fix this! 🙏 It's devastating to see so many people devoting a lot of time on beautiful snaps only to find out they can't submit it because the tags aren't counting.

I even added more and more to my snap just to test it wasn't a mistake from me. I also restarted the game and my computer but nothing is working. I'm going to try and remake the whole thing somewhere else 😭 (I made the original in The Oasis in Glittering Dunes)

Issue: dreamsnaps won’t recognize tags says I have 0 for all tags but I only used items in the dreamsnaps tab
Edit: I was trying to do my dream snaps in the lower section of the oasis biome, and I’m guessing from all the reports on here that that was why I was having issues this biome needs to be fixed. I ended up moving all my items to the top level of the oasis biome and was able to submit my dream snaps.

Issue: Tags not counting correctly.

I’m currently on Eternity in The Wild Tangle, specifically in The Grasslands area. It’s telling me I have zero deco tags even though I have plenty.

A few tags did count eventually but only when I aimed my camera a certain way. This happens in both selfie and landscape modes.

I can see in this thread that there have been multiple people with this issue over the last little while.. but none are updated regarding the matter.
Is there a fix?
Did the issue resolve on its own?
Did they need to submit a ticket?
