Gamepass on PC, restarted like it suggested but also reported it to XBox
Update: resolved after a third uninstall/reinstall while Lareon watched me do it lol

Issue: The game keeps freezing and/or crashing while trying to pick up the tale cone flowers in The Bind. However, due to the crash it’s not counting as collected. I’ve tried shutting down and restarting and I attempted it a couple times and the most it will actually pick up before freezing is 2.

Issue: As previously stated by others, the game won't load—it stuck at 99% and then crashed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and the update was completed. But now I don't have the option to go to Eternity Isle, it doesn't show on fast travel, at all. I still have all the characters I unlocked from there, and the quests are still at the same level they were before all this.

Issue: Game keeps giving me an error and won’t launch. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 5+ times. I’ve updated the Xbox app and have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have verified game files. I have restarted my PC. It gets as far as the logos AFTER a fresh install then hard crashes and displays the following. My other games work fine. My gamepass subscription is active.

Not sure if this is the right place but--
I'm trying to figure out an issue for my wife about this game and well, We have it on Xbox game-pass with the A rift in time, upon from trying to buy "the storybook vale magical edition" with in the games menu, it Goes to redirect me to the store and when i click "continue" it doesn't redirect me and nothing happens. Has anyone else encountered this problem on xbox gamepass specificlly? Thanks!

Issue: I just got the new dlc Story Vale and it just keeps freezing up. I tried to pick some flowers and it froze. Catch snippets, it freezes. I hope they can fix this freezing problem one day since it has been freezing for MONTHS. Maybe a year now... 😞

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It seems to be working correctly but The Storybook Vale DLC is still not in the add-on options

I ended up uninstalling the game completely and then reinstalling. When I finally got back into the game I had no issues!

Issue: Same as last update, this is an ongoing issue and needs to be addressed ASAP! No one from GL has even acknowledged this issue and what they are doing to fix it. I CAN'T PLAY ON PC AT ALL!

Still haven't got access to the Eternity Isle, if I were to repurchase it would it reset all of the progress I have made previously? Also concerning the Storybook Vale Magical Edition, I still have not received some of the exclusive items

Welp. Game is having lag issues and freezes every once in a while, especially when dealing with the menu. Whyyyy. I barely had the game stop crashing after the Timon update. It’s been so nice the last month or two. I don’t want to go back to crashing and freezing all the time PLEASE 😭😭

They need to extend the star path with this glitch. It is practically unplayable. I have to get things in my house and have to restart the game 10x or more just to walk in my door.

Me and my daughter both play on Xbox and play on cloud pc and everything has been fine but since the new update with expansion pass, when we do our dreamsnaps it’s bugged! Like I can be on my account and do my dreamsnaps and then when she’s signed into her account and tries to do her dreamsnaps it says hers is already done but pulled up my dreamsnaps photo on her account instead of it letting her do her own! We both play through Xbox gamepass for our Xbox’s and pc
