UPDATE: Force restartng the game fixes this issue.

Rapunzels imagination quest is bugged. You are supposed to follow her yo view the time rift but she just paces back and forth on a bridge and wont go forward

I'm on ps5 and found that if I went to remy's restaurant on eternity isle then I could pick up the orb without crashing the game. So if you have the dlc try that out and it might work.

The game softlock if a quest is giving you items back and you're unable to empty the inventory while doing that (ex. you're on the stairs). It happened 2-3 times from when i bought the game, yesterday too

im on xbox one : so im doing the mulan quest in the camp called protecting the camp... i have looked it up and can see where one of the tree should be but on my game the hole for the tree is not there...im stuck hold this 1 seed to plant cause i cant plant it no where ... not sure if this is a bug or something... but i cant get past this part ... as i read in help im not the only one with this issue

Echoing Lily here, I can't feed the bird in jaguar's laboratory even though I'm pretty sure I made the correct meal based on the clue on the table.
Hitting A to talk doesn't do anything.
I also am not able to turn the mirror in the light puzzle for that room. I just thought you couldn't until you hit some trigger. Very frustrated. 😭

Issue has already been adressed earlier by other players who are on different consoles, but Eve is indeed not appearing inside the Ancient Ruins to follow to the Time Rift.

Also Eve does not appear to have the 'hang out' button even when you untrack her Act 3 specific quest. So I can't lead her into the Ancient Ruins nor in general hangout with her

Issue: When Tiana asks you to place the ribbon near the stall, if the ribbon is not placed close enough but furniture mode is exited, it cannot be moved, and thus cannot be moved closer to the stall.
Current workaround: Moving the stall closer to the ribbon will trigger the photo and allow the quest to proceed.

Gaston’s shop only has pork available for the third day in a row (pre-update but continual issue) 5. Can’t connect to the cloud
I tried restarting the game, my device, disconnecting and reconnecting the same wireless and tried the 5G version of my internet.

I had the issues reported above with Rapunzel and Mickey looping during the Use Your Imagination quest but I resolved it by removing time rifts and splinters of fate that were blocking their path further ahead! So that was the problem.

Issue: For the crash about a Remy's memory, it is working when you do that:

Give at every characters the meal they want, go out the restaurant, come back in the restaurant and take the memory. 🙂

Platform: Steam/PC Issue: Quest - A Taste for Literature; A Memorey appeared in the restaurant! - The memory is on the floor. When I pick it up, no memory is seen. Sparkles are still on the floor and I can also interact and pick them up with an action (E). When I pick up the sparkles the game becomes unresponsive. The characters are still standing in the restaurant smiling and moving, but I can't do anything with mouse or keyboard. To exit, I have to ctrl+alt+delete and End Task. I have rebooted my computer four times and restarted the game.

Quest: Tiana L4 "Little Louis Big Break"
Issue: The player is asked to enclose a garden for Mother Gothel. Technically the garden is enclosed when a post is placed to fill the last gap, however if the player adds one extra fence piece so there is not a double post in the corner, the quest shows 17/18 and cannot be completed, even though the garden is fully enclosed (see aerial pic - this fence fails the quest). The workaround is to stop placing fence pieces as soon as they touch, even though there will be a double post which is cosmetically subpar (see selfie pic). I believe this is because the quest is counting fence pieces, and when an extra piece is placed to "merge" the posts at the corner, there must be one fewer piece according to the game math (even though it requires extra resources).

Issue: back in May, I finished the quest from Oswald to put out fire in his house. I received a quest to talk to him. I did several times and didn't count towards the progress.

I closed the game. The next day, my progress got pushed back to putting out fire in his house.

The issue now is. It says I have put out 4 out of 4 fires in Oswalds house. However there's no 4th fire to be put out.

The issue still exists today. Even though I reached out to support months ago.

During Oswald's quest Erratic Transportation, we are tasked to decorate the Valley with trolley tracks but two steps later, are told to place the trolley specifically in Eternity Isle. Valley should be changed to Eternity Isle for clarity since you cannot place the trolley in the Valley.

I was able to get this to work. I had to use all four ingredients to make the food (ripe carrot, ripe tomato, rotten fish, and rotten clam) and it made bird food instead of rubbish. Once it’s the correct food, you can talk to the raven again and progress. 🙂

Edit: I restarted my game and that did the trick.

Edit: Seems to have resolved itself. It took a good 20 minutes or so and rebooting the game, but he did finally show up in the world.

I waited to buy the 3d glasses until I needed to when building Oswald's house, and also because there was a "game breaking bug" if you bought the 3d glasses before needing to. Since getting to the point in Oswald's quest where I need to buy the 3d glasses to finish building his house, they have not appeared in Scrooge's shop. I play almost everyday, and it's been over a month now I cannot move forward with Oswald. Is this a different bug, is this happening to anyone else? There's a duty towards the end of the Dapper Delight Starpath that is incorrectly translated to Spanish. It reads "Habla con una princesa y restauradora". It doesn't make any sense so I decided to look up the original in English. In English it's "Chat with a princess and restaurateur". A restaurateur is a person who manages or owns a restaurant, not a "restaurador". It creates confusion.

Issue: On the “Does Not Compute” EVE quest, my inventory was full when I fished for my last item (the Ancient Power Sphere). When it asked me to drop something, and I did, it never gave me the item. Nor put the item back in the water to fish. Not on land for me to pickup…

I had to finish the part of the quest where we had to go into Rapunzel/Gaston/Scrooge's places, but there was an icon above Jafar's head (signaling that I needed to talk to him) so I spoke to him. Now I'm unable to find his secret machine in the Ancient Ruins. I was able to still go into everyone's places to get rid of what he put there. I think it glitched because I talked to Jafar and I wasn't supposed to.

Mushu/Beast’s quest is still broken (if you remove the Old Furniture pieces before destroying them with Beast). They go into your inventory as proper furniture and not old furniture, so even if you put them back you can’t trigger the “break furniture” command.

The old furniture pieces are in Scrooge’s shop but when I try to buy them the game freezes.

Please make those pieces purchasable so we can add them next to Beast’s castle and continue the quest.

Mulan's quest called the shadow play isn't acknowledging that I've put down the shadow theater in the valley and won't progress her quests past that point. I have turned the whole computer off and logged on to another computer using cloud save and it is still doing it.

I've sent in a ticket and an email and still nothing but "we are working on it" and that was told to me 2 months ago...this is getting ridiculous. The amount of money we drop on this game and yet we get stuck on a single quest while you keep dropping new content but not fixing 2 month old issues...come on now..and I'm not thw only person with this issue and still not fix...

Issue: Jafars Alchemical Revolution progression stunted when on “Show the Emotive Essences to Jafar.

  • nothing is able to be picked up around the wishing well in Eternity Isle other than the essences ( i.e can remove the splinters of fate, but cannot pick up the subsequent item like coins or seeds.

  • when trying to give Jafar the essence to complete the quest, it will not work. Jafar doesn’t receive the item.

Failed attempts at resolving:

  • restarting
  • travelling out and back into the Eternity Isle
  • Talking to Jafar in the valley instead

Issue: Maui gets stuck on ramp leading to Dazzle Beach. I’m supposed to follow him, but every time we get to the ramp that takes you to peaceful meadows. If I restart he leaves his home and runs to the ramp and is stuck again! This is for the A Tale of Stone and Fire.

Issue: completing Oswald's Many Dimensions and then subsequently entering his house triggered Mysterious Mickey quest. The cut scenes were all in a black space with only the characters (rapunzel, Gaston, Eve, Mickey) and the "holes" in time, no background whatsoever.
Moreover, I seem to be in a black space with Oswald's house interior in the distance. However, I can't walk any closer to it. I can't access the map. The music is double layered playing over itself at different times.
