Every few minutes or so my game crashes. I am literally having to click "save game" every 1 min so I don't lose any progress. This has been an issue for about 2 weeks and I am just curious why Xbox/Game Pass has done nothing about it 😦 (Not you alls fault, I just have no idea how things like this get reported to Xbox/Microsoft).

Issue: I cannot play as I need online services to play the new star path and access the premium shop. I sent an email and did what they recommended in the email but it still shows up with the same pop up of online services unavailable. Please fix this.

Platform: Xbox Game Pass via PC. Since the update, the game crashes extremely often. There is no rhyme or reason. I can be walking in the village or trying to access the star path duties page. On release day it crashed 3 times in less than 5 minutes. This morning, less than 60 seconds after initiating my session, it crashed.

Issue: Had trouble with game crashing on the loading screen. I verified and repaired files and it seemd to have temporarily fixed it but, now my game randomly closes when trying to do things. No error message or anything freezing of any sort, just closes.
Edit: It has closed on me 3 times in the last 5 minutes.

Issue: The game crashes a lot more and now it doesn't load. I try to open the game and it takes 5 minutes to start loading and it never finishes and crashes or stop working.

Issue: i keep getting crashes like nonstop. it stops working suddenly while im playing the game after i back in game it shows like i did nothing in the game like harvest crops or clean every biome i did it but it shows like no. is this some kind of a joke? now i have to do same things twice.

Issue: literally constant crashing while in the valley, I'm usually fine in EI but when I travel to the valley I crash constantly. The game is virtually unplayable. I can't do starpath or any of the Villager quest or enter or exit any building or use a menu. It's been going on for awhile now and has gotten worse. I have tried Uninstaller and reinstalling and everything. Please ACTUALLY fix it has been going on for too long and I miss my game

Issue: crashed after completing a quest with Gaston. I can move the camera but that’s it. I noticed earlier that the menu wouldn’t let me scroll down characters to see their daily gifts. I probably should’ve restarted it then ugh

Issue: My game either crashes or freezes every 3-5 minutes, sometimes shorter sometimes longer. I’ve always had issues with crashes here and there since launch and it never really bothered me but this update has made the crashes almost unplayable. I lose progress constantly 😦 Leaving homes, leaving scrooge’s (causing the shop to reset even after making my daily purchases), saving out of furniture mode, taking photos, etc. are all the usual cause for a crash.

XBOX SERIES S : Trying to do my dreamsnap…. 2 hours of work gone after a crash. I even saved and all of it was wiped out. 2 hours wasted. Crashing every 2-5 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Game froze/crashed when I went to open the map and got this screen. Couldn’t get out of it and music still played. Had to reload. Multiplayer connection was open and someone was joining my valley so unsure if this was the cause.

Issue with serious lagging and hanging
The game has become unplayable now. The lag indoors when placing furniture and cooking in Remys was bad enough. Now the store is so laggy I can’t walk around. The games hangs in a black screen for five minutes every time I exit the store, I got stuck in a continuously running animation trying to exit Remys. I dread the dreamlight duties of serving at Remys because the lag is so bad after cooking I have to exit and re enter to serve anyone. This is now unplayable for me.

My game has crashed three times today when trying to travel from Eternity Isle to Dreamlight Valley. It happened twice when trying to fast travel via the map, the screen would go dark like it was loading then crash. And the third time happened when traveling via the boat, I was able to get back to the castle but the game crashed in a similar fashion when trying to exit the castle to back into the Valley.

Don’t know what happen today but it’s already my fourth crash in like half an hour!
It happens two times while changing clothes, one time when relaunching the game and then one time while taking picture.
Really annoying to do the dreamsnap challenge in those conditions.

I am stuck on the early loading screen. I was going to submit a ticket, but I do not know my player ID and can not get far enough into the game to find it. Yes I have tried deleting the game, restarting my console, adding the game and restarting again. it is still doing this
