Raya and Sisu, tuktuk can be a companion like pua. Maybe their realm could be somewhere in Kumandra or the area by the inner dragon circle and since every realm has a base quest, we could find pieces of the dragon gem for Raya or Sisu and connect them all to blast the druun away. Since she's a princess, maybe her house can be a mini version of her palace? For those that don't know who she is, Raya is the most recent disney princess from the film Raya and The Last Dragon (2021) She's also the newest warrior princess!

First and foremost, Ralph (from "Wreck-it Ralph") because he's showcased in the game's intro sequence and already has his own figurine in Scramblecoin.

Following that line of logic, I would also like to see Cinderella (from "Cinderella") and Flynn Rider (from "Tangled"), who already have their own figurines in Scramblecoin and Disney Dreamlight Valley already includes other characters from their respective animated movies.

Lastly, I would love to see Aladdin, Jasmine, and Genie join Eternity Isle alongside Jafar. They would all make for welcome additions (in that order, or swapping in Princess Jasmine first)

As for supporting characters, like **Cogsworth & Lumiere **(from "Beauty & the Beast") and Timon & Pumbaa (from "The Lion King"), I think they would be interesting additions, but restricted to their respective Realms. If they were always inside their Realm it would give players a reason to re-visit those Realms long after the quests have been completed for Belle/Beast and Nala/Simba. As right now players only return to Realms to collect Glimmer and nothing more. It's a shame to see those Realms go to waste.

I highly believe any characters that there’s a reference to in-game should be added at some point (so Aurora, Slink, Eric’s dog Max, Timon & Pumbaa, etc) and part of that needs to be some Emperor’s New Groove characters because Kronk’s Spinach Puffs. This may be controversial but I don’t care, Kuzco’s default version should be him as a llama with his human form as a Dream Style (maybe unlock it as a friendship reward?) and Yzma needs her cat version as a Dream Style

personally I really want Varian from TTs in my game (tbf i may be biased lol gestures at account theme ) -- seeing as They already are paywalling key characters like Rapunzel anyways, I think they easily could make a specific DLC Addon for TV show expansions so you arent required to have them for main plot?

If they do I just hope it wont be as expensive as the current dlc

i have a feeling Mei will be added to the game, even if people don’t like her as much as they like the princesses. i think her movie was important, exploring familial obligations/being a perfectionist, and exploring puberty all at once. she overcame so much, and even helped heal her mother, and in the end they built a relationship again (a healthy one!). the movie spoke to a lot of people who play the game, and if some players don’t like her, they could just hide her from their valley. i know i personally loved Turning Red, i understood its importance and its impact on the younger disney audience (and even adult audience).

back when i suggested Mulan, i suggested she be in her blue dress and the importance of it. if we get Mei, could we get her in her red hair with the outfit she wears most in the movie (the red cardigan). maybe one of her idle animations could be her turning into the panda, or getting the ears and tail, or jamming out to 4town! and maybe we could get her panda form as a separate “outfit”. there’s so much to do with Mei, and if you ever add a lunar new year event she would be perfect to introduce then. or not, yknow, she could come whenever, she’s cool like that.

I would like to see multiple sidekick characters. They don't have to be full companion/leveled characters. They could just be unlocked and just walking around, available for a chat. They might show up randomly or on set days. Timon and Pumba would be good candidates for this. Have a quest, unlock them, and they become part of the valley kinda like critters are. It would add ambiance without needing houses and full quest lines for them.

I'm kinda sad because since we couldn't get Cri-kee even as just a pet (probably because he's so small), we probably won't be able to get Jiminy. I know they're small but since we have Remy and the Toy Story characters I thought that's how they were going to do Cri-kee (yes he'd be bigger than he usually is but still), so I didn't think to worry about if Jiminy would be possible. I know an outfit would be better than nothing (especially since he has a really cool outfit) but at the same time it'd be such a punch to the gut 💔.

Dang it's sad to see stuff like starwars and muppets get dislike bombed. I personally would love to see any of the franchises Disney has aquired added to the game. I'm personally holding out hope for Sid, Diego, & Manny. I dont care very much for any of the sequels, but the first Ice Age is very very nostalgic for me!

Anyway my actual character suggestion is Iago, i'd love it if he got added as a surprise addition alongside Jafar like Mushu did for Mulan. I'd think it'd be great if he was always flying in-place so he could remain eye-level with the player.

Ok I'm sure someone has said it, but I would LOVE to see Tiana in this game. I would love to see her and Remy working together, maybe she would have a stall like Kristoff's but with pre-made meals for energy instead, lots of new creole recipes and recipes inspired by the movie, maybe find her in frog-form and once we break the curse she can come back to our valley, etc! It would be SO fun! Release her around Mardi-gras and have a whole event surrounding the good food and parade things and Princess & the frog 🐸 ♥️ 💖

will we get Ember and Wade at any time? Elemental was such a good movie, exploring so many themes around family and overcoming differences. we have hair from elemental, and i know it would be kinda hard to animate Ember since she’s fire, but i think they would work nicely in the game. they could interact with our character and talk about family and how they managed to bridge the gap between their cultures and morals. it would just be nice.

I recently learned that as far as the rights to Kingdom Hearts and Sora goes, Disney fully owns the character rather than it being partially for fully owned by Square Enix, so for all intents and purposes Sora is legally and fully recognized as a Disney character.

While I myself am not terribly familiar with Kingdom Hearts, I would love to see Sora purely because I know it would make SO MANY people happy. The amount of people this one character would please is so immense that even someone like myself who isn't extremley attatched to the character cant help but want him in the game soley for other people's bennifet!

When Alice comes, I’d like the broom dog to be a new feature to your house (maybe level 10 gift with Alice)
I’d like a cross between a companion & the ancient vacuum. My idea is you can place his house somewhere/by your house. The broom dog will go around town sweeping up herbs, flowers, fruit, etc (maybe prioritizing things left on the ground before foraging…or by value/rarity). But the idea is they go around picking up the valley & if you go to “their dog house”, it’s a 20 spot storage box filled with said items. If its house storage is full, the dog appears sleeping in it. When You take the stuff out, the dog will wake up like it smells a trail and wander off sweeping things up again.

Raya and Sisu, tuktuk can be a companion like pua. Maybe their realm could be somewhere in Kumandra or the area by the inner dragon circle and since every realm has a base quest, we could find pieces of the dragon gem for Raya or Sisu and connect them all to blast the druun away. Since she's a princess, maybe her house can be a mini version of her palace? For those that don't know who she is, Raya is the most recent disney princess from the film Raya and The Last Dragon (2021) She's also the newest warrior princess!

We still don’t have iconic classics like Pluto, Snow White and the Dwarves, Wicked Witch, Cinderella, Aurora, Prince Philip, Maleficient, Pinocchio Characters, Dumbo, Bambi, Alice in Wonderland characters, madam mim and King Arthur, jungle book characters, Rescuers, Winnie the Pooh characters, Timon, Pumba, Jasmine, Aladdin, Genie, Li Shang, Lilo, Flynn Rider, Merida, Baymax, Ralph and at least one other Madrigal.

Then there are cult classics like Atlantis and Treasure Planet that despite not being the most popular films the fanbase clearly feels fits the game very well and keeps begging for.

These are just some of the MANY characters in the Disney and Pixar film canon that should be in the game before the idea of adding Star Wars, Marvel, Muppets, Kingdom Hearts, 20th Century are given one second of consideration.

Or at least that’s how I see it.

I will also leave if Star Wars is added. It doesn't fit the vibe. Darth Vader walking around with princesses would shatter my immersion. Same with Marvel. Iron Man should not exist in the same space as Fairy Godmother. It's jarring. DLV should feature every single character to come out of Disney/Pixar animation studios before any acquired IPs are even spared a thought. Lucasfilms and Marvel did the legwork to make their IPs worth buying by Disney, so in my opinion, spiritually they still belong to them in my brain. They're both high action franchises, and DLV is not a high-action game. They'd be out of place. They'd have nothing to do. In character, they'd be bored and I don't want 10 friendship levels of quests helping characters I don't want cope with civilian life or give them permission to bring violence into my valley. I also don't want Muppets, but that's because I'm phobic of puppets, so I'm aware that that's a me problem and if I'm overruled then I'm overruled. But do NOT blur the lines with Star Wars and Marvel. There are thousands of Star Wars and Marvel games out there for people to play if they want to see them.

Please, add a star wars and pirates of the caribbean DLC, so the ones that hate those characters/franchises can simply ignore it, while it would mean the world to others. People didnt cancel their Disney+ subscription because of Star Wars either, did they? stitchshrug Theres going to be enough princesses and pixar characters, so leave some joy for people that like alternative stuff, no? I myself would love Star Wars & Marvel. I personally don't want Muppets because I can't stand the Muppets. We all have different tastes. Maybe for certain characters ONLY, like Star Wars, Muppets, Marvel

There can be a Dream Bundle option we can buy with moonstones. Yes it might be a pain to pay for characters individually, but that way everyone is happy. So the ones that want it can get the characters by Dream Bundle & those that don't want it are not forced to get them. I personally would be happy to pay for Star Wars & Marvel.

I do not want any Star Wars, Marvel or Muppets in this game. I don't even want any dev resources devoted to them while there are so very many essential animated characters still missing from the game. I bought this game to play with characters from Disney animated films. That's what was advertised after all. I want the Disney Classics I grew up with and if some cute characters from newer Disney animated films are included as well that's fine but not the aforementioned IPs.
Don't get me wrong, I love the Star Wars and Muppets franchises but they have no place in this game. It would ruin the vibe, immersion, story, aesthetic.. It would ruin everything good about the game for me.

Please GL, do not add these IPs to the game. I feel very strongly about this!

I'm of the opinion Star Wars would work fine (the characters have previously been incorporated in games like Disney Infinity and Disney Magic Kingdoms), but as a separate DLC bundle/island completely isolated from the main Valley.

That way, if people want those characters, they can have them – and if not, other players don't need to worry about them 'invading.'

Gameloft I think If you want to do Star Wars you should do a separate Star Wars Valley game. That would be more fair to both Disney/Pixar and Star Wars characters as you can create a story and gameplay that makes more sense for them. Rather than mixing every thing together you can have two different games refined to their separate strengths. I’m a big believer that games are better when they are refined and focused. Trying to be all things to all people is a fools errand that never succeeds.

Now that Jack Sparrow & other PotC characters have recently been added to Fortnite, I hope it allows some of the people who've had trouble visualizing their inclusion in DDLV to see how it could work 👍

Instead of having PotC characters rendered as hyperealistic live-action what-have-you's, I think just giving them generally realistic proportions and more subdued animations would be a great way to distinguish them from the other more 'animated' human villagers, and would also add an interesting new vibe to the cast of villagers already available in the valley.

I had been thinking how perfect Russel from Up and Basil from The Great Mouse Detective would be for a future DLC location.
Russel's quest would focus heavily on exploring in the new location and Basil could be a nice change from Merlin being the lead explanation character if the location was a puzzle even to Merlin, Basil could take the lead, his quest focusing heavily on investigating and puzzle solving rather magic based quest that Merlin usually has.
Just an idea I've had cause I really would love to see more DLC locations in the future and I really like the idea of those two being primary characters in it, thinking how unique it'd be.

I would love some more characters that would make sense living in the jungle and desert biomes in Eternity Isle. Rapunzel in the wild tangle and Gaston in the desert felt out of place and I'd love to build and decorate these biomes around certain characters... right now my Isle feels very empty. For example, I'd love Tarzan, Jungle Book, Emperor's New Groove for the wild tangle... and I would love to fill the glittering dunes with Aladdin characters.

I know it's certainly a niche pick but I adored this move when I was a kid and i'd love to see them added to the game ❤️ It'd give us a new cute couple in the valley, and could have a nice simple lil realm quest about preparing spaghetti for their night out. Mirabel would tell your character that she got a letter from Bruno. According to the letter, Bruno is very interested in living in the valley, as he wants to use his gift of seeing the future for good reasons. Bruno would also be worried about being misunderstood again, since most of his family members didn’t like talking about him in the past. Bruno would become good friends with Beast as they would bond over being misunderstood. Brian Hull would voice Bruno. He, Luisa, Isabella, and Antonio would live in the same house as Mirabel.

There are a lot of character requests. Not a surprise since Disney and Pixar have so many films. I understand that creating full quest lines for a character is time consuming and hard to come up with unique ideas for each. That’s why the sushi bar as an alternative for representing a side character was a nice idea. I would be fine with other alternative ways of representing characters. For example:

Duckworth from Ducktales- We pay him to do/find things for us.

Scuttle from Little Mermaid- he flies around, has occasional interactions with characters, sits on beach rocks, we can give him favorite gifts in exchange for him finding new blue bubble fishing spots.

Hyena Park- An animated furniture item that has the Hyenas from Lion King roaming around. Maybe with voice lines as we walk by. Their animations can change like we can see them laughing at scar, sleeping or eating.

Fantasia Stage- A stage where the ballerina animals from Fantasia are dancing. There can be chairs where villagers sit down and watch the show.

may we please have Flynn at some point in the game? maybe you’ll call him Eugene, idk, but i just hope he appears. i can write an essay on why he’s so cool in disney (let’s face it, a princess ending up with a thief? wild stuff) and why he’s so important to Rapunzel’s story (not only did he help her escape from the tower, he showed her she doesn’t have to listen to mother Gothel, and he showed her true freedom in life and loved her regardless of her powers or princess identity) but i’ll keep it to a short point: she mentions him in her dialogue. i can’t remember if it’s a daily conversation, but i found screenshots of the conversation on my switch, and it goes like this (word for word):

Rapunzel: Me? A special someone? Like a—
Rapunzel: No, no, of course not.
Rapunzel: Well… maybe? I did have a friend for a short while; he had nice hair and this goofy smolder…
Rapunzel: But I don’t think he—? I don’t know—
Rapunzel: He… left. And I haven’t seen him in a long time.

maybe you guys are planning on adding him later on? maybe you just wrote that. but i hope Rapunzel finds Flynn, because the two of them are just perfect together (also, imagine the fun shenanigan quests we could have with Flynn). Rapunzel deserves her husband.

I know not everyone wants Cars, Star Wars, Kingdom Hearts etc. I know also many others like myself would want them. Id absolutely LOVE Sora & Darth Vader, Mater etc.

However with certain characters like Star Wars, Id say the way to make most happy is have them be a paid separate character. Yes, it would be disappointing for some to have to buy them, but I'd rather buy them then not have them at all. A separate DLC. That way those who don't want them are not forced to get them.
We all have different tastes. I know many who want Wish characters but I absolutely hated Wish I don't want any characters from the film. 😆 I just personally didn't like the story. But others love it.

I guess just with certain characters DLC separate. But with Princess like Tiana, Cinderella (hopefully someday) and others or classes characters like Robin Hood keep free. I just feel like this is the only solution to both sides.

I have a completely random question… what are everybody’s thoughts on Kenai and Koda from Brother Bear someday making an appearance in the game? As someone who’s grown up loving the movie, I would love to see some bears walking around the valley. It would be amazing to hear Phil Colin’s ‘On my way’ play when one of them follow you around or have Koda hum the song. I honestly would like to see more family or family like missions in the game like how we have Scrooge and Donald, Scar and Simba, etc. Am I the only one who would love to see this happen?

I would like to propose adding a new Villain to join Tiana once she arrives in the Valley, namely Dr. Facilier (aka Shadow Man, from "The Princess and the Frog"). In fact, as I suggested in Biomes & Realms (#1103048400687071262 message) thread, it would be even better if a Realm Door were added to the Nightmare Castle leading back to his shady New Orleans emporium. As to why you would want a Villain character to join your Valley? Similar to Mulan, why not provide him with a simple stand where he offers to trade you 3 random rare items (i.e. shining gems, wrought iron bars, glitchy pixel duplicate, ect).

I would LOVEEE to see a DLC come out of the Hundred Acre Wood with characters from winnie the pooh.. this was one of my favourites as a kid and think it would be really neat to see it in a DLC as it would add tons of new content and would be so so cute! It would be so magical to explore all the areas of the hundred acre woods and would allow us to have many of the characters because i love them ALL and would be so sad to only see only a few of them.

I don’t want Marvel or Star Wars and 20th Century because there no way they make it without replacing a Disney/Pixar character. I can’t imagine Gameloft will support this game long enough for all characters from every media subsidiary. Or if the player base wouldn’t eventually get bored after the number of updates it would take to even happen. It’s a matter of refinement. When deciding what characters make the cut it’s easier to focus on Disney/Pixar. Gamelofts other game Disney Magic Kingdom has Star Wars but there are still 20 Disney Animation and Pixar films with no characters in that game. And many others that were only recently added after so many years. Though at least that game has the excuse that it’s based Disney Parks and Star Wars attractions are there.

Also there’s plenty of Star Wars and Marvel specific games. Disney doesn’t really do IP specific games anymore. We never got an adventurous video game focused on exploring the world of Moana or Zootopia. If we’re lucky we get a mobile bubble shooter. For Disney/Pixar fans we are left with Multi-IP stuff when it comes to big games. We don’t have a ton of games like Star Wars and Marvel does. And I don’t make it a point to go to those games and beg for Rapunzel and Flynn to join the X-Men or for Mirabel to become a Jedi.

For Disney/Pixar characters should stay free.

For characters like Marvel/Star Wars can be separate standalone characters to purchase. That way those who want them can have them. And those who don't don't have to.

I personally don't think Marvel/Star Wars runis anything. I think they would bring a great addition to the game.

Now on the other hand, I have seen others make requests like Gravity Falls, Dinosaur. Those tend to get lots of down votes as well. Me personally Gravity Falls & having dinosaurs around is way less Disney appealing. I don't want them at all. But other do.

I personally don't want anything Luca, Wish or The Incredibles either but they are better than Dinosaurs or Gravity Falls.

For certain characters it would help to make them a separate standalone purchase. Yes, it would stink to have to pay for certain characters. But then those that want Star Wars can have it. Those that don't, are not forced.

I'm so happy that we're having this conversation bc I think it's an important one and that both sides have some really good points.

I hope people will read what I have to say instead of instantly downvoting bc they see Star Wars or Marvel, as I think there's some very important information in this that applies to both sides of the coin.

The BEST WAY to do Star Wars & Marvel is to have them as seperate paid "villager passes" Not full DLCs at the scale of Rift in Time. Simply put, when you buy the pass you recieve a small collection of introductory quests (similar to Vanellope or Jack Skelington) and the character is added to your valley.

The reason for this being that one of the anti-star wars/marvel-inclusion folks main arguments is that SW or Marvel characters would waste developer resources and lower the chances of Disney characters making it in (The exact opposite is true, and it will actually help more disney characters get in, which I will get into very soon so please stick with me here)

So having these simple passes that only add the villagers themselves would be very light work compared to other aspects of the game.

People dont seem to remember how MASSIVE Gameloft is. They are not a small indie studio, they are extremley experienced, and as far as DDLV goes it's not the most complicated game to be honest. From someone who's done game dev in the past, villagers are not complicated NPCs, all quests and other stuff included. The only reason we dont recieve them at a faster pace is because the drip feed helps keep the game alive for a much longer span of time, rather than dumping every character on us from day one (this is not criticism btw, this is a VITAL piece of keeping any game alive and giving the devs more money/resources to work with.)

Speaking of money/resources, you know what is the MAIN factor that keeps this game alive? Money. The more money it makes, the longer Disney will support the project, meaning the longer the game's lifespan. The longer the lifespan, the more characters that will be added. See where i'm going here?

If we do recieve these optional paid villager passes, the team behind DDLV will recieve massive amounts of money because these are very popular and well-known characters that will bring NEW people into the game from their inclusion alone, bringing more folks to the DLC and Prenium Shop.

Their inclusion could give us YEARS of new content, which will obviously include so many more disney characters.

Adding Star Wars and Marvel objectively rises the chances for every disney character joining the game, rather than lowering it.

I hope everyone will try to be introspective and just keep an open mind.

-These supposed passes are completley optional so you dont need to own the characters if you dont like them.

-It helps DDLV continue to make money

-It does not consume alot of developer resources

-it drastically increases the game's demographic

-all of which makes the game's lifespan MUCH longer & increases the chances of more 'real' disney character making it in.

It's such a difficult exercice to organize how much you want each character... And I feel like only S is accurate x') They are the ones I absolutely want to see! Very hard to chose from so many characters and show which one is your most favorite. I'm a huge Lion King fan so I feel like there are so many more to add, but I get we already have the main cast. That'd be so nice though to have Zira and Scar reunited somewhere T.T And Kovu and Kiara are my whole chilhood, I can't express enough how much I'd love to have. I'm also a big fan of Tarzan who's way too often forgotten and it's truly unfair because this movie is an absolute masterpiece and the characters are so great and have so much to teach. I also feel like Dreamlight valley truly miss characters from Kuzco and Hercules (I know we have objects from the last, that are very cool, but still). Chip and Dale are a must have as well in the main characters from Mickey's universe. As well as Max Goof, poor Goofy is lonely! I'd love to see the Jungle cubs, I feel like there would be a lot to explore to help them grow back into their adult forms (and having some pups around would be nice!). I didn't add much characters from The Princess and the Frog because Tiana's coming soon ❤️ I could have added so much more (I found again the documents I've made back then with lists of characters from each universe and ideas, I'll probably share some again x)) but here's the core for me x)!

I know some people are excited about Marvel and Star Wars, but honestly, I don’t think those characters truly capture what Dreamlight Valley is all about. The heart of this game is for Disney fans who cherish the charm of both classic and modern Disney characters. And despite the big diversity of these characters, they still share a common thread that ties them together, creating a sense of unity and belonging in the disndy world. Introducing Marvel and Star Wars characters will disrupt this and ruin the experience. While I love for example Spiderman seeing him walking alongside Mickey will feel out of place. These characters come from such different universes, and it takes away from the magical, whimsical atmosphere that Dreamlight Valley is built upon. It’s not just about variety, but about maintaining that unique, cohesive feeling that defines the game’s identity. Not to mention real classic timeless Disney creations getting pushed back in favor of those. And not everything has to be about money it is true that the company has to make a profit to continue on and expand. However this game is not cheap to begin with and we will keep the Support going for the devs so they wouldnt need to resort to adding these characters hopefully for a long time after we get characters that have earned their place in our valley.

I believe we do not have enough animals in the game (at least, not much variety - a lot from The Lion King and Rémy. The others are either anthropomorphic characters or humans. I'd love to have The Jungle Book characters, especially as cubs like the idea suggested there, I think it could be very cute! ❤️ Like they'd be cubs until you reach the final friendship level of all of them to unlock their adult forms and then why not being able to chose the skin we like most?

I have a complicated relationship with Muppets. I don’t want them. That’s mostly because I find their appearance and personality off putting. However, since they are in the same boat as Disney/Pixar stuff and don’t really get IP specific games I understand WHY their fans are desperately longing for a spot in this game. I don’t want them but I get it.

I wish Disney would invest heavily in IP specific games again. I would love a Winnie the Pooh cottage core game or a Treasure Planet RPG.

I would personally love Kermit or any of the other muppets, in fact i'd be game for any of the IPs Disney has acquired.

Alot of people seem to have this perception that DDLV is only a princess cottagecore-esq game, and a massive criticism I always see is that different characters would ruin the "vibe" or break the "immersion"

I geniunely dislike this argument because it is plainly just incorrect. We already have robots, aliens, lions, monsters, skeletons, dragons, living cartoons and so many other things that already contrast that vibe.

DDLV is not exclusively a cottagecore game. Cottagecore is one of it's elements, but it is not the only one. The actual theme is Disney & Pixar properties. And that can include living cars, superheros, fish, and whatever else have you.

If whoever's reading this is someone who wants a princess-only cottagecore-vibe valley, then simply disable all of the characters you dislike and have that valley you enjoy. But please remember that you are not this game's sole demographic, and that the many other players with differing tastes should be allowed to have what they want in the game as well.

Disabling characters works for me. But gameloft still has them show up in Remys (I assume Tiana’s as well) and Scrooges. Their houses still have to be there. When I vote in Dreamsnaps i still have to see them if someone uses them. The characters are never 100% removed from the game. Until Gameloft states otherwise, it is logical to assume that will be the case. Villager only packs have been floated here but Gameloft and Disney are calling the shots. In the last Survey Gameloft asked if we wanted the characters we picked in Realm , Valley Quest or a DLC with biomes. I have to assume that is their intention for new characters until they say otherwise. So I will continue to oppose characters I don’t want implemented in Gamelofts established methods.

Characters I want get downvoted all the time. That’s life, I accept it. If i’m pleasantly surprised I’ll be happy. But I didn’t buy this game thinking every character I want would get in. I actually laugh it off when I know I’m recommending an unpopular character like the tv shows or dare I say chicken little lol.

Also it isn’t only people who don’t want Marvel/Star Wars/20th Century who are guilty of opposing other people’s wishes. For example, I’ve seen people who want Marvel oppose Incredibles which is weird. But nobody ever confronts them. It’s always those of us who don’t want Marvel/Star Wars that are labeled as the ones opposed to other people’s happiness. When the Marvel/Star Wars crowd do the exact same thing in opposing characters they don’t want. If I start supporting Marvel/Star Wars I would be inflating the chances of those characters without any guarantee of reciprocation.

That being said ultimately it is Gameloft and Disney’s call. All I can say is this consumer knows what will get him to spend more money supporting this game and what will have him walking away. If I’m outnumbered then so be it, but my gaming money will go elsewhere. Maybe some Nintendo, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon or Dreamworks games.

I've definitely have seen many mixed reviews on characters lately. As others & myself have brought up, for some characters, not all, separate character DLC.

I myself want classic Disney movie characters, I want Marvel & Star Wars. I know others don't.

Even though Im 34 & grew up with the Disney channel shows, I don't want any Disney TV show characters at all. I love the Disney channel shows in the 90s, but I just don't want them in my valley. I'd rather have classic movie characters like, Snow White, Robin Hood, Pinocchio, Black Cauldron.
Myself & others don't want Disney channel characters.

I think this is why having separate paid characters that do NOT affect the story line & just come with a normal level 10 & quest but just not impacting the story is great. Someone made a picture on here about it and described it, which was a great idea.

That way those of us who want certain characters can get them. And those of us who don't want them are not forced.

If Villager Only packs become a thing I’d like to request one for Chicken Little. While the plot of the movie leaves a lot to be desired, the world itself is cute and the housing and furniture from that movie is actually great for a decorating game like this. It’s kind of hard to argue Chicken Little doesn’t fit the valley. Yet it gets downvoted harder than anything else; I assume because people dislike the movie. That is their right, but personally I would love Chicken Little as an optional add on.

I don’t want to see Star Wars/Marvel/20th Century in Dreamsnaps either and there’s really no solution to it. People who buy these characters will want to use them in Dreamsnaps and be disappointed if they aren’t allowed, especially if they are using real money. I could choose not to vote, but I like voting. I feel some people want this to be a cozy game version of Fortnite. I don’t. I absolutely dislike Fortnite precisely because of the mess of IP’s that are there. I prefer games with focus and a refined artistic lens. If this was going to be The Walt Disney Company’s cozy Fortnite then they should have promoted it as such from the beginning. At the very least it should have been announced by the end of early access and before the official launch.

Edit: I also want to say a lot of characters I want get downvoted. But I accept that. There are thousands of characters to choose from, not all of them are going to be popular. That’s life. I choose to be grateful for the characters that do get in. Not to keep badgering people over why they don’t want all of my requested characters.

Naveen. And I gotta say, maybe it wasnt a great idea making the player stand-in on the promotional art look so much like him. I was fooled by the thumbnail and I'm certain others were too. So instead of us being like "she's here, I hope Naveen comes soon!" instead our hopes were raised and then rapidly disappointed. Probably made worse by the fact that last update had a secret bonus character in Mushu. Something to think about. Maybe a different head shape for the player next time or something.

I know live-action characters get a bad rep in this server when it comes to character suggestions (which I thoroughly disagree with), but here's a fun idea for who could come to the Valley in the future: Cliff Secord, a.k.a. The Rocketeer!
As he's a send-up of classic pulp serials from the '30s and '40s (and the 1991 film adaptation is a cult classic in its own right), I think he'd bring some high-flying action to the Valley's escapism; I also think it'd be very fun to be able to fly around the Valley using his Rocketeer jetpack

Also, idea: Pete could potentially run a meat stall similar to Gaston's but in the main valley or possibly a furniture "store" that deals EXCLUSIVELY in rare or unregistered items obtained via his "totally legitimate business connections" that refreshes once a week (Mondays?). (Similar to a certain fox by Nintendo).

If I had to suggest characters, it would be ones that fit the themes of existing biomes. So Aladdin and Jasmine for glittering dunes. Maybe Winnie-the-Pooh and Briar Rose for wild tangle. Characters like that.

Thanks for the Tron outfit. I know a lot of people don’t want them as characters but I hope we see more Tron representation even if it’s just cosmetics. Tron is an important piece of cinematic history.

Jack Skellington's girlfriend, Sally would be nice. In fact, her first (and eventually best) friend she tries to make in the Valley should be Belle. Her arrival could begin with Jack and Belle developing a budding friendship as Jack introduces Belle to spooky literature and horror stories. Sally sees that Jack likes Belle and grows to like her as well.

Sally also sees that Belle has a history of looking past one's....horrific appearance to find the true beauty in one's character, and that's also the biggest part of their friendship.

I am not if this should be listed here. We have critters as a companions. Is there a option you cam create that fir certain characters to be with you. Fir instance Tigger, Tinkerbell, maybe one the 101 Dalmatian and Grogu. Would be great to see Tigger jumping or Tunkerbell flying since she us so tiny.

Just learned about "Fireball" some sort of Disney anime that features this adorable robot lady. I know nothing about the series other than it was made by Disney. But she's so darn cute i'd love to see her in the game someday!
