Debris in Ancients Landing: Ruins not registering as diggable. Might be a proximity issue. I've had problems picking up luminous flowers that spawned too close to trees here, and this debris is right next to a mining spot. I removed the trees, but that obviously isn't an option for the mining spot. I didn't want to remove the trees at first, but relocating the flowers with the decorating tool crashed my game twice. Also, relocating fruit bushes from the Ruins to the Overlook caused a strawberry bush and a pear tree to vanish.

Issue: This pond is in the Promenade area of the jungle at Eternity Isle, northeast of the teleportation well, and in a lower area. It's the pond where you can fish for crystal shrimp. I've been having a hard time reaching one of the ripple spots with my fishing rod. The one on the right is unreachable. The one on the left is reachable, but difficult to find a spot to cast the fishing rod.

Issue: found a new invisible wall or object on Eternity Isle/Wild Tangle/The Promenade. I can walk around it, but not through it. It almost seems to be roughly the footprint of a smaller house or a large tree, so I tried going into furniture mode to see if there was a graphical issue where an object had been placed there that I maybe could move even though I couldn't see it, but that didn't help. Can't tell if this is also an issue on my Switch, because I have not yet unlocked the Promenade on that platform.

Where I'm stood is as far as I can go and the rod won't/can't reach the circle, it falls short of it. On the original game I can stand IN the water and not have a problem. There's a waterfall with an orange ring and wherever I stand I can't get it, again it falls short and I can't stand in the water either. I'm sure I've seen other players have this problem, this is on the switch, is this a problem that's being dealt with? Many thanks.

Issue: Advanced Ancient Vacuum Bugging out Chest Sort and Smart Transfer
Description: When using the features of the Advanced Ancient Vacuum (and perhaps all ancient vacuum types) for the remainder of that game-play the chests sort and smart transfer options will not function at all. In order to get these to function, you must close down your game and open it again and the functions will work properly as long as you do not use the Advanced Ancient Vacuum.
By use, this includes just opening the menu within the advanced ancient vacuum, you do not need to pick anything up for the chest features to bug out.

Issue: I have noticed that sometimes collectables, like flowers or tea leaves, will appear adjacent to or clipped into trees (as shown), but if you attempt to collect them the game will soft-lock. Issue: At least half the time when it rains on either Eternity Isle or in the valley, I get rain sound effects and dark clouds and lightning, but no visible rain. Today, I am now also having visible rain in both areas, but with no sound effects. EDIT: also just noticed that when this is happening, the soundtrack music is either very faint or nonexistent.

I think I have figured out the problem here, because I've now unlocked the Promenade on my Switch as well as my PS5. When the area is first unlocked, there's a large tree grouping with a number of plants around it, possibly the Tangle Tree Cluster item. While playing on my PS5, I must've removed it at some point, but it appears to have left behind an invisible artefact that makes it impossible to walk through the area, even though the item is gone.

Issue: Dig spots continue to spawn underneath items. I don't intend to leave this object as is, because I put it here to try and figure out spacing for this area, but dig spots spawning underneath objects and along the sides of buildings without a path under them have been an issue since the game was released. I have said this before, but I will reiterate it here: spawning of items and collision in this game is a problem and needs to be addressed.

Issue: I can no longer travel between Dreamlight Valley and Eternity Isles. I've tried using the Wells, fast-traveling, and going the long way with the docks and the dingy. Every time, the game closes due to an error. When I use the dingy to travel to Dreamlight Castle, as soon as I try to exit the castle gates into the Valley, the games closes and when I start up again, I'm back on the Isles even if I saved in the castle.

I believe I figured out what is causing it. The smart store works up until you use one of the Ancient Vacuum machines in your valley. After usage of the vacuum, the smart store ceases working until you restart the game. Note: I'm using the advanced version of the vacuum, not sure if the lower levels also cause the issue.

This has been happening quite a lot recently but when I go to collection > characters it won't scroll down/highlight a character. So I can't see anyones favorite gift that I need to do for Dreamlight task. It won't scroll down at all with the analog stick. (Everything else works except this screen) Because the switch is touch screen I can use my finger to scroll down but it still won't let me tap on any character or scroll over. The only way to fix this is completely close out of the game. Going to settings > return to title screen doesn't fix the issue.

Issue: occasionally get locked into conversation with a villager.
They'll say an opening line but the game will not let you progress in the conversation, effectively locking the player character and villager in a staring contest.
The game doesn't freeze, the environment and other villagers keep moving and talking and the only way to get out of the stare-off is to restart the game.
Edit: this is not bound to any specific character. So far today it happened with Buzz Lightyear and Scar and could possibly happen with other characters.

Description: As you can see from the image, these are how many timebending gifts I've collected today so far while cleaning my biomes. It wasn't until I got the fire extinguisher that it actually counted, although that duty has been there since I logged in an hour ago. What it considers a "Timebending Gift" seems to be inconsistent, as the description of all those items says it would be a good gift for someone.

Issue: When completing the task to get Stitch in the Valley, he gave an item (a chest) and the screen went black. Audio still played and when holding forward on the stick, it sounded as though moving the character worked (could hear splashes of footsteps in the water) but there was no image/nothing could be seen, forcing a game restart.
Suspicion for this glitch occurring was a character level up at the same time as the task finishing.

Issue: The smart transfer function isn't working. It previously worked just 2-3 days ago but after closing and reopening my game today it stopped working entirely. I've tried tapping the key several times, closing the chest then reopening it and tapping the key, went outside my house and back in then tried to transfer to a chest. The only thing that has worked to fix this is going back to the title screen and then back in game to try a transfer, though I don't know if it will occur again. (I haven't tried a hard close of the game with task manager as the title screen method worked, will test later if it happens again)
Update: After leaving my house and then reentering the smart transfer stopped working again.
Update 2: Also seems to sporadically be fine and then stop working while in my house (for like 10-20 minutes it wasn't working, I had walked away to make food and when I came back it let me transfer, but not long later it stopped working again.

issue: i play by default using a feminine avatar. recently i discovered that in furniture mode, when i place down mannequins, all of the mannequins placed are feminine, including the ones that appear masculine in the crafting menu and their icons. i was told that in order to place down masculine mannequins, i had to switch my avatar to masculine, and then try placing them. however, i see absolutely NO REASON for it to work this way, considering our avatar and the mannequins can wear literally any clothing. tonight i tried to "wear" an outfit on a masculine mannequin using my default feminine avatar, and the game automatically swapped my avatar to masculine, even though i can manually put on the exact same outfit that mannequin is wearing with a feminine avatar, as you can see in the image. PLEASE fix this because it currently makes no sense, any avatar should be able to wear clothes from any mannequin, and mannequins placed should match their icon. thnx.

See the Beauty and Beast lamp in the back, to the left of the fireplace? In this picture it’s off, and not because I want it off. If I turn it on, the fireplace goes out. If I interact and turn the fireplace back on, the Melted Candle on the floor to the right goes out. If I turn it back on, the one next to it goes out, and so on, all around the room. The candles were more important to the shot than the lamp, so I was forced to settle with the lamp being off.

Nintendo switch has had a few glitches as of last update on my end. One of them is character getting frozen position/ while being frozen in position unable to collect things.
