Issue: after purchasing Wall-E's quest/outfit in the premium store, the red "new item" dot does not disappear and there is still the option to purchase (but the quest is active).

Issue: item stop is STILL not working. It's been a month! Seriously fix this! And NO i did NOT change my PC clock, it's been on network time forever.

Issue: Premium shop says "Sorry something went wrong... The store is currently unavailable. Please come back later." I have been receiving this message since the last update with Simba and it has not resolved. I have not changed my PC clock, with the exception of Daylight Savings Time, so that is not the issue. This is ridiculous to have it be broke this long with no idea when it will resolve or if it even will resolve.
Platform: Xbox (PC) Gampass Issue: Same problem i have had since Update 4 (if not before). Shop does not work. Put a ticket in, Gameloft says I time traveled, which I didn't except for Daylight Savings Time. I even put the time back to what it was before the "change" and it did not fix it. Would love to have the option to buy premium things.

Issue : Dapper WALL-E Dream Bundle purchased and says “Owned” but nothing changed or available and still shows red dots and price.

Issue: Still cannot access the Premium store. Has been going on since Update 4. Also have never changed my time or date settings aside from the automatic daylight savings change. Really upset because they've released so many new Premium things that I don't have the option to buy, and appear to have no interest in fixing this bug.

Platform PC steam Issue Purchased dapper Wall- E dream bundle and did not get the player clothing. I recieved the Wall-E skin and the quest. Also, the red dot that indicated I don't own it won't go away.

Issue: STILL cannot connect to the premium shop. I have not been able to since it's inception, this is egregious. It's the same for both the Premium shop and the Moonstones. To say I am disappointed is a vast understatement. And NO, I have never adjusted the time on my machine, the only time changing that has happened was Daylight savings time, and that my machine handles internally.*

Issue: Same issue as everyone else here. Item store and moonstone store wont load. This happened right after updating the new fairy godmother update. It was working perfectly before I clicked update. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did not fix it. I only own the game on PC though steam and I have never even touched the clock/time settings on my computer. I bought moonstones before this happened and now can't even spend the rest of them!!

Issue: I purchased the Wall-E Dream Bundle yesterday. Shows I own it, but for some reason the red dot just won't go away. I've looked at it, switched to the other tabs in shop and then back. Even today, it's still showing there is something I haven't looked at and says it's the Dream Bundle.

PC: Please make the red dot on the Dapper Dream bundle go away after it's been observed.

Same issue on PC and Steamdeck. Both have time auto-synced but I have tried re-syncing it anyway and that made no difference. I am also trying a reinstall as I type this but based on the last time this happened (after the simba & nala update), i dont think that will work either. This happened immediately after installing the new update on the 7th, my shop was working literally the day before.

Issue: I can't justify buying more moonstones for the premium shop as long as Scrooge Treasure Hunt Part 2 is broken and doesn't recognize that I have already used the map in my inventory. (It still says "focus on the item in your inventory." This is blocking me and other players from accessing the orange potato and likely more important content in the future. We would have to be insane to buy more moonstones until this is fixed. Since you won't even acknowledge the issue, you have not shown the good faith needed to warrant further purchases. In short, you can't be trusted when you leave a game-breaking bug for almost a year/permanently.
Platform Xbox series S/Gamepass. I don’t know if the premium shop is the same as the item and moonstone shop but if it is i haven’t been able to access them since about midway through update 4 i just didn’t put two and two together and realize these could be the premium shop until today. I can access star path but everything else it just says something went wrong. The store is currently unavailable. Please come back later

Just adding my screenshot because apparently I forgot. I cant access moonstones or description either. This is after reinstalling on my PC. Same issue on my steamdeck. I havent messed with the time on either if my devices.
Not really an issue but it's driving me nuts. I can't get rid of the red "new" button on the premium shop Wall-E bundle.

Red dot won’t go away even after purchasing wall-e’s new outfit. That red dot is driving me crazy. I also wish there was a way to know how long items in the premium shop are going to be available if they’re not going to come back.

This has been happening for over 24 hours now. I've apparently missed out on getting the Dark Castle skin for my house because of this. 😫

Never touch the clock on my pc. Never time traveled. I've emailed, they only told me that it's an issue with time traveling. But I haven't time traveled. Again its been months. :^(

Issue: Not sure if this counts but Premium Shop's Nefarious Pickaxe's swinging effect color doesn't match. It should be bright green instead of yellow.

Issue: Scrooge Outfit purchase issue. Failure to purchase twice, already own outfit. Outfit not purchased when you go to the character screen to equip it. Took moonstones twice. =[

Issue: Purchased Scrooge’s summer outfit and it will not let me put it on him. I click on the choice then click select and it just closes the screen without dressing Scrooge.

Issue: I have 19.270 moonstones, but I can’t buy these items “Touch of Arendelle Corner”.
I just bought the “Palace” and “Touch of Arendelle Kitchen” without any problems.
But I get this error code: Purchase Error #11 - The local price does not match the server price.

Issue: Trying to purchase the Touch of Arendelle Corner. I have enough moonstones. I get the error “The local price does not match the server price.” I was able to buy the Touch of Arendelle Kitchen successfully.

Issue: Seems like I’m not the only one… I can’t buy the Arendelle Corner Set as it continuously shows the error that the local price does not match the server price.
Edit: According to the wiki it was originally offered at 750 moonstones!
Hope the shop will reflect the 750 price later this week because… you can’t charge us 1200 mere weeks later for the same items. 🤨

Completely forgot it was originally 750 moonstones. I’ve been waiting several weeks for this to come back to the shop to finish my kitchen. Thankful it wouldn’t let me buy it at 1200 though. Please reflect original price of 750. Otherwise my kitchen will never be complete.

Issue As everyone else, I can’t purchase “Touch of Arendelle Corner” and the price is also different as it should be 750 moonstones and not 1200

Can't buy Arondale kitchen items from premium shop
Gives error saying price is different but it's 1200 on pic and buy button so anyway can't buy it
I purchased the Dapper WALL-E Dream bundle for 4000 Moonstones and the only thing I received is the outfit for WALL-E, nothing else!! That is way to expensive for just his outfit. The information said I was to receive outfits and accessories, but nothing else showed up.

Issue: Premium Store says unavailable again - last time I was able to fix this by deleting everything and doing a clean install of the game; so I'll try that again but I'm hoping I won't have to do that every week.

Issue: I had purchased the purple cottage when it first came out and then I purchased the castle. For some reason the purple cottage has disappeared like I never purchased it at all. Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem
i bought the sugar house and when i go inside and go into the room to the left the door disappears and i have to save and quit just to leave.

Same no access since 2 updates ago. I emailed and they said they would get back to me, then 2 weeks later they said they would forward my email to the correct department. 2 weeks after that a satisfaction survey email... Like they never actually addressed it lol.
Yeah, I got the same kind of response that they are working on it, but it's not in their notes as a known issues, or anything. 🤷🏻♀️
I got DM'd by one of the Gameloft people and they asked for more details. Gave them the requested details, then never got a response back.
