Platform: Nintendo Switch
Item Name: Waterfall (from the Lion King)
Issue: Whenever trying to buy the waterfall, it will show you the price it costs when you look over at it. But whenever you try to press the button to purchase it, the screen fades to black for a second, then backs you out. It doesn't let you view the item's description, which makes it unpurchasable. I am able to view the description and buy everything else that's in the shop except this particular item.

Same as above. When ordering individually from Scrooge's store, I have to scroll all the way down to reach the new items, but am automatically kicked out the moment that I purchase one or more items. This wasn't a thing in the previous patch. Is it a feature now? I'd prefer if it wasn't, this is really inconvenient when you have 700+ pieces of furniture 😭

It bothers the hell out of me that whenever you're ordering an item you're being send back to the main ordering screen, no matter what category you were shopping in before. Takes ages to order items this way, especially since scrolling on the switch takes ages.

edit: i also noticed when selecting an item to buy but then cancelling, you're being send back to the main ordering screen too.

Ever since the update, when we order items, it lets us select one but forces us to go back to the main menu then we have to scroll all the way back to where we were on the order screen again. It’s extremely annoying. I have it on my Switch.

Issue: Can't trigger buy dialog for specific item. The waterfall, when placed on the upper level, left-hand side of scrooge's shop (untested in any other slot, first time I've had it in the shop.) The screen will flash and scrooge with teleport to me when hitting the buy option, but no dialog starts for me to actually make the purchase.

Purchased 4 new amazing items in Scrooge store...then Switch crashed. I immediately reloaded game and went straight to store. Issue: New items are not populating in Scrooge's shop, it's been a rotation of the same 20-ish items I've already purchased since I bought the game. I have not encountered a single new piece of furniture in months despite having dozens and dozens of pieces I've yet to unlock. At this point it's too statistically unlikely to just be bad RNG, it's actively not spawning in new furniture.

Issue: When ordering from Scrooge, navigating is a pain. Even more with the latest update. It now resets you back to the category-overview everytime you select and buy one item, instead of returning you to the previous spot. I think some attention should be had to the console ordering menu and also the furniture placement menu. Scrolling takes ages and it's really hard to find items when you don't know the categories.

Issue: idk if someone wants to pin this or not, but if you are having trouble buying an item ex the waterfall search the filter for the lion king. After that click on the waterfall, then click the clay vase. Back out of the vase then immediately click on the waterfall again. You should see an extremely close up image of the waterfall and to make sure it's right it should be the 8000 coins

Issue: I'm not sure what this item is, or what it should be named. The preview is backwards and the object name is blank -- except for when you click on another piece of furniture and then click back it, it will use the name, price, tags and where that object comes from (ie: Mickey & Friends, Wreck-It-Ralph, etc). It is unclickable if you are just trying to select it on it's own, the only way to open the preview is to do what I did above. I'm not going to buy it on the off-chance it breaks my game.

I have missing items. When you first enter, in my experience, the right square platform is furniture items. Usually anywhere from 2 - 4 pieces. It has a singular piece and it's not big, it's just an end table, specifically the Clamped Side Table from Wall-E. It seems the rest of the pieces are glitched and just not showing up? There's no bought sign or anything, they just aren't there.

Issue: A number of items that are not for sale or are inaccessible showing up in the "all" category when purchasing furniture. The items have no price attached, nor a name. When clicking on the item, the most previously looked-at item's info will show up. Some of these items include a purple plant, an open book on a table, a banner with the dreamlight symbol, a green telescope, and perhaps some more that I have missed.

Issue: Began tracking Scooges shop daily and tallying each week on Sunday since the end of January and the repeat items and RNG are getting worse for me, not better. Comparing January /early February through yesterday:
Total number of items per week went from 81-82 to 73-76. Repeat items went from 57-60 per week to 68-70. Basic/Catalog items (looking at you beds, couches and kitchen counters!) has gone from 10-12 a week to 15-17 a week. I have 601 out of 1200+ furniture items, so it’s not like I’ve collected everything, but since the middle of February, despite my shop offering fewer items each day, I’m getting more repeat items and more basic/catalog items than ever before. This needs to be addressed and confirmed it is “working as intended” or fixed.

I'm having some trouble with purchasing a water fall from scrooge's shop. I can purchase everything else but the waterfall. It sucks because I have been waiting for this waterfall for months ! And now that it's in the shop I can't purchase it. And to make it worse my husband is rubbing it in my face that he was able to purchase it ! I'm fine with waiting for this issue to be fixed !

Issue: Some furniture areas aren’t full. There’s space for 4 items (see enclosed photo) but I get two. The upstairs side platforms hold two items but that isn’t always the case. The center spot sometimes has only one. I have all the clothes so I expect it to be empty there but I only have 50% of the furniture and all I do see are repeated items. It really upsets me and takes the wind out of my sales. I can think of several items I need but I get repeats and empty spaces.

I just think it’s disheartening that we spend money on this game and are constantly getting hit with emails saying “the developers are looking into this.” And NO I don’t have the wrong date or time set.. I never did change any settings. The game is about 90% decorating and it takes months to even receive a wallpaper…. Or flooring…. Hopefully a resolution can be reached (quickly)…

Ordering items from Scrooge, some items don't have a price listed. If clicked on directly, they are named "Bed with a long name". But if I clicked on another item before and then on the item without a price in the list, it will show the rotating image of the unpriced item from the list, but everything else will be the information from the item I clicked on before.

Haven’t played in a day so my Scrooge shop should be stocked. I enter & notice all the accessory stands have placecard holders instead of items. Despite the fact that in my tracked collection I’m missing items THAT ARE NOT PREMIUM SHOP ITEMS. Now if some items from Scrooges shop were limited then GameLoft needs to keep that transparency with us players. If that is the intended function then I’m sorry to say I won’t play anymore & regret purchasing the ultimate bundle. However if that is a glitch then I hope it gets rectified soon.

Issue: the items menu shuts down after buying one item and I have to start and scroll all over again. Been playing since day one and she shop hardly ever rotates with something new. I check the shop every day but I get the same items over and over. I've tried buying all the furniture items, closing the game to re start. Un installing the game and reinstalling. Nothing works if this keep up I'll need to open an IKEA store for beds and L couches. It makes me sad seeing all the cool stuff that people have and that is listed and I'm over here with 10 pink L couches, 10000 lamps and enough beds to sleep all Disney characters 😭

Issue: The items in Scrooge's store seem to always be the same. I buy them out hoping next time I'll get a cool wallpaper or floor tile but nope... more photos of Minnie and a corner cabinet.

Issues: When speaking to scrooge, after requesting to see the "Shoes" catalogue, I am getting absolutely nothing pop up. I cannot choose any options. It has been like this for a while.

Issue: when I tried to buy this item it wouldn’t allow me too either it just faded to black and took me back to the shop I didn’t get a photo or video from it unfortunately but thought I’d make make it known that it’s also the issue for Xbox one

Issue: The Vulcanic Stove is missing from Scrooge's Shop. I unlocked it, but I can't purchase it. No matter if the one I have is placed in the Valley or not. When I try to order another one, no matter if I use filters or not, it's just not there

Platform: PS5, Issue: once an item had been achieved by leveling up friend/character, the item use to appear in personal inventory to use (such as furniture piece), now that I am nearing the end questlines of the characters all the earned items havent been appearing in the inventory and they arent available to purcahse at Scrooge's shop either. Was really looking forward to Simba's mural (his level 10 reward).

Issue the front of Scrooges store has been empty for almost 2 months now. I started buying everything in the store to see if that would generate new items and one day there was nothing just 🚫 signs in the window every day.

Issue: Can't purchase the waterfall. I interact with it, Scrooge shows up, but then the purchase screen never appears and he walks away. This is the second time this waterfall has appeared in Scrooge's store and I have been unable to purchase it.

Issue: I can't buy the waterfall item. Every time I try to buy, Scrooge comes up next to me and walks away.

update: I went to buy a copy directly from scrooge's catelog, as I have purchased this before without issue in the past, and the item's popup with the name and price didn't show when I clicked on the listing, so I clicked on the Lion Cub next to it, clicked back, and it showed a zoomed in visual of the waterfall item with the Lion Cub name and the correct 8000 starcoin price. This item appears to be broken overall. I WAS able to purchase the item after seeing the 8000 starcoins price and clicking buy.

I can also place the item in my valley, and it works as normal. Sorry I couldn't add more screenshots, but I hope my descriptions were detailed enough.
