Doing the Elsa quest “breaking the ice” my game never registered that we went inside the cavern, so I cleared the cavern. I went outside, came back in so it would register. But now it says “clear the ice blocks inside the ice cavern 0/4” and there’s nothing to clear because I already did it. So now I can’t move forward with Elsa.

I read somewhere to ve careful not to destroy another box after finding the part WallE wants because then it will disappear and Im scared thats whats happened and I didnt notice? Issue: I started this quest and gathered three of the crystals. I couldn't find the fourth and when I randomly got to the shrine, I noticed that I could already place the crystals back onto their pedestals. So I did that without thinking about it, just so I'd have more inventory space until I'd eventually find the last crystal. I found the crystal now, returned to the pedestals and realized I'm in trouble. The quest was saying 1/4. I placed the last one on the last pedestal and well... Oops. All the crystals are on their pedestals, and I apparently skipped a task and now I can't finish the quest. Help. 😦

#known-issues the Trello board and checking it will always be your best bet. Quest patch fixes don't usually come until a game update and there's a game update coming relatively soon so we hope things get fixed by then for the update release!

#known-issues the Trello board that's linked is the best place to see bugs and fixes progress. Quest bugs and glitches do not roll out unless there is a game update or it's majorly impacting a majority of users immediately upon release.

They’re “aware”, yes. According to the Trello board, they’re not “actively working on a fix”. They’re actively fixing other quest bugs that haven’t waited nearly as long though. People experiencing the Merlin bug have been told to “wait for the next update” since before the Scar update.

Issue: Stitch's Hobby glitch, cannot proceed beyond meeting Stitch in the cavern. Once there he doesn't do anything and keeps telling me to meet him at the bottom of the cavern. It also no longer prompts me to ask him to hang out.
This was never fixed and the game has been basically stuck here since the Stitch update.

Issue: I'm at the level 10 quest for Minnie. I just put the banner in my house, and the game froze and crashed. When I log in it shows the same quest objective to relaunch the Cheerful Chums Club even though the banner is on the wall of my house. Platform switch: the fountain quest in forgotten lands, frozen on the part where you have to take a picture, can move through wells but can’t move and can only open the menu. When the game is restarted it skips the opening menu and opens straight to where the character is stuck.

Hi, I had this same issue and someone else posted what they did and it worked for me so I'll pass it on. "I was able to fixed this by hanging out with Maui, going into the cave, and then using the chat button that sends you to their house, and then when I left Maui's house I was back in the cave and Elsa progressed with the quest. I've heard this can work with Donald as well." Hope this is helpful 🤞

I have a decision to make. Earlier today I got the quest from Elsa to fish for the Arendellian Herring in the rain. It instantly rained and I was able to immediately catch this fish in the red ring. I then fished in an additional red ring, close by and caught a lobster. I make the pie and BAM no fish in my inventory.
Now.....do I have to restart from 24 hours ago...of continued game play, and revert to a cloud save? Please, say that I don't have to do that! 😓

That happened to me too, and I found a 4th crystal hidden randomly somewhere, so keep an eye out. Just make sure to give all 4 back to Ursula instead of putting them on the pedestals.🥲

Issue: Hi! I can't complete Mauis burying the eel quest. I did all the necessary steps but the game isn't recognising I've harvested the coconut tree. I tried the suggestion of harvesting a coconut tree on moanas Island but that didn't work. When I originally harvested the new coconut tree on my beach it despawned and gave me the coconuts so I'm unsure what to do now. The quest is currently still telling me to "Harvest the Coconut from the new Coconut Tree".

Issue: In “A Friendly Exchange” Wall-E is stuck in a never ending loop of going to a spot in the meadow and a spot on the beach trying to meet with Ariel to exchange gifts, but Ariel is in the glade. I’ve tried restarting the game several times, I’ve tried switching quests and completing others, I’ve tried to talk to both Ariel and Wall-E. I’ve tried to get Ariel to meet me at her house, but she’s stuck in the glade and won’t even show up to her own home when I talk to her to go look at it. It’s just broken. :(

Hello. I'm playing on the switch and I'm having issues with the lvl 10 quest for Scrooge. I found the chest and the key part in the glade but I'm not getting anything for the key part in the forest. No dig spot or anything. Doesn't anyone know if this is an issue?

Ive been resetting it. Even deleting the game and reinstalling it and still nothing even with Anna and Kristoff. Hopefully they fix it before the update next week

Repaired the tv and went into stitches home to give it to him. When I gave it to him the voice line went through like he got it. But my screen was stuck on the confirm or cancel give to him. I couldn’t get out of it I tried everything so I rebooted my game and now I still have the quest active to give him a tv. But there’s no tv in my inventory and I can’t craft one. Plz help. I just need to finish his quest to be caught up.

Issue: When collecting dried ginger and crackling candy, the game froze and had to re-sign in. When returning to the game, the dried ginger disappeared and can no longer make the extra fizzy root beer for the quest. The green chest that had it is gone, and it’s not in my storage or inventory.

Before I found the last one as I put it on the platform it showed 1/4 while 3 crystals were already placed. I saved the game. Shortly after it crashed ... than the quest was not listed as active anymore but as I wanted to continue it showed again to search for the 4 crystals... while all 4 are on the platforms. But I am unable to pick them up again. (I believe it isn't expected to pick them up after placing them on the platforms.) I play in German.

The update before last forced my character to the snowman family with the frozen characters all around ready to take the photo but the photo screen will not come up when I press Y. Issue: My daughter started playing a couple days ago. She was doing the quest Scrooge McDuck's Grand Re-opening. She crafted the 4 signs, placed them, and then went to talk to Scrooge when the game froze. After restarting it says she only placed 3 signs. There were no signs in the inventory. I picked up 3 signs she placed but the 4th is missing. There is no option to re-craft the signs. Is there any fix for this?

I cleared all the ice, only registering 1 as cleared. I have done the Maui and Donald work around, but it still won't reflect (nor will the ice respawn.) Been stuck for 2 weeks, I have Elsa at level 9 and Anna at level 9 as well now, but can't progress their storylines any further.

I placed 2 items of furniture at the "same" time for 2 different quests. When I exited feom the furniture menu, it took me to 1 of them for the photo, then took me to the next piece for that photo, but it won't let me actually take the 2nd photo. I can open the +/- menu and open my items, but that's about it. I can't progress in the game at all.

Issue: Problem with scrooges quest to place his signs around. Placed all the signs, game crashed, then I only have 3 signs so no way to finish the quest. I emailed support and they told me they are aware of the issue but I haven't seen any info about it on their issues page or about being updated. I have gotten to the point now where all my character's quests are completely done BESIDES the ones that I have to progress with scrooge to open up. Such as mother gothel and merlin. I also cant upgrade my house because of this glitch.

Issue: Ursula and Merlin are supposed to be having a conversation of some sort but they are just standing there outside Ariel's house staring at each other. I try to talk to them but the only option is to give them an item, and none seem to help. Everyone is trapped in their homes and I can't get them out. Game crashed when first obtaining Kristoff's sled (A Broken Sled) during Kristoffs next step instructions. After reloading, quest reverted back to "Free Kristoffs sled feom the ice" but sled is no longer in Frosted Heights. Have closed game and reopened multiple times. Moved on top other things, completed other quests, but sled has not reappeared and quest has not changed to allow me to get the books from Kristoffs house. Issue is not on Trello board. Have been stuck for a month.
Customer care response was: We are aware that a few quests have had their progression halted because of the items being stuck or not appearing/resolving quest objectives. We will be releasing a fix for these soon.

Every time I run it glitches anyone else having the same issue? Broke the 4 ice as requested but the quest still indicates 0/4. Now I have completed all other quests and is left with Elsa and Anna quest (and a lot of big ice to break)

What Home Feels Like
Ok, seriously. This has been a bug for months now. We can't progress in the quest, meaning we can't get rid of the big ice blocks, meaning a big chunk of the map is inaccessible to us. And according to Trello you're not even working on a fix, it's just a "known issue"? I went from playing every day to not even starting up the game for weeks, because it feels like you don't even care. Give us a code for the herring instead of a useless potato, let us restart quests, make glittering herring spawn constantly while on the correct portion of the quest regardless of how many we caught, etc, there are so many ways to fix it, it should not take months to fix a bug that's ruining the game experiences for so many, many players. Seriously.

After completing the quest, Moana is supposed to drop a Leader Shard, but she never does. I've unlocked and have looked thoroughly through all biomes/homes/caves, and have still not located the shard. Please help!

Issue: Glowing dig spot next to Chez Remy for the Mickeys Memories quest to gain fruit salad is not populating.
Dig spot populated on Day 1 of game play, but was not Diggable. I closed and reopened the game and the spot disappeared and has not re-appeared. I’ve checked daily.
I have finished everyone’s quests to the point that I need further friendship with Mickey and cannot progress.
