Platform -switch
Issue- no update for the new season just keep getting the scare pack loading screen and no new doors
I first bought the game on the switch and recently bought it on steam because I just got a steam deck. I was able to load my save file with my cloud save and I thought it was working okay on the steam deck, but the first issue I found was I can no longer pickup any spices around the town (mushrooms, vanilla, oregano). I don't have any issues with anything else and a restart didn't fix the issue. I figured if I closed the game yesterday and went to play in the morning the issue would resolve itself, but I still can't loot any of the spices around town. My other issue is now my game is stuck on yesterday. I went into Scrooges store and it had the same things as yesterday and since I bought a lot of things, most items are just missing. I tried changing the date in the bios of my steam deck to see if it would change anything, but it's still stuck on yesterday's town.

Issue: I don't know how to recover my old save file. The game randomly logged my out and now I want to play the game again. I have linked my game to the cloud, but when I try to login to that save file it doesn't work. Am I just stupid, or is something wrong here?

Issue: I have the ''Player name'' bug with my username. Game calls me ''Player name''. I have tried starting the game over now four times and tried four different names for my character but nothing works. Last time I tried to put ''Violet'' and still it's just ''Player name''. What can I do? I know it doesn't affect to my gameplay but it's pretty annoying.

Issue: I have the same issue as the person above me. I make a character and start the game but instead of my chosen name I keep getting called 'Player Name'. I have tried everything (new game, different names, reinstall) but nothing fixes the issue. This issue is extremely irritating and takes away the magical feeling of being thrown into a Disney world.
I don't dare to even progress in the game because there is no information whether I might have to start a new game later to create a new character with my preferred name if this ever gets fixed.. Would love to hear something regarding this. I read in Twitter that a name change option was promised 'in upcoming update' all the way back in September.

I was in the middle of playing and it popped up a message about being corrupted. I've tried closing app and shutting off the ps4. When I turn on the app, it takes me to create a new game. I was level 18 and had all multiple people up to level 10. Is there anything i can do to salvage my game?
Platform: Switch I first started playing the game on the PlayStation then recently I got a Nintendo switch I went to login to my saved iCloud account but it won’t let me I don’t know what to do

Issue: Game won't open. Says no connection to server, but I'm connected to wifi. I'm not at home so I can't try docking. I've always been able to play offline before this.

Issue: I am trying to use the save cloud feature but it keeps saying invalid credentials even though I had just created the account about 30 mintues ago
My moonstones on my switch is 740, but on my PC it's 8,740, is this a known bug or did i do something wrong?
My cloud save wont let me log in , Whats going on? even did a password reset...

Whole game crashed and my ps4 now not working properly

I am not able to save to cloud on my laptop. I have tried using the xbox game pass as well as steam. I also own it on the Switch which cloud saves just fine. I have another computer I loaded it on and it also saves fine there. Everything was working fine until 2/7 so not sure what changed. I uninstalled everything and even reset my laptop to see if maybe it was an issue with that. Nothing fixed it. I am at a loss does anyone know what could be causing this

Issue: cloud save will not automatically save and is constantly out of sync. I tried to log out of my cloud save but it said it couldn’t because it couldn’t local the last save. I really don’t want to start over as it would be my 5th time.
