Issue: I still have a Vial of Freezing Water leftover from an Elsa quest. I was surprised that the latest update didn’t remove it. That quest has long since been done. (About ready to do Elsa’s lv 10 quest) I just have it sitting in one of my storage chests since I can’t get rid of it.

Try sizing the room down (same way you expanded it). The game should kick the fort back to your inventory to put outside and complete the quest. It worked for me.

More details: Before the Dusk Fragment was finished restoring, the "Gather the Sun Meteorites" task opened up. Now that I have the Dusk Fragment, Mother Gothel cannot be given the DF in order to trigger the meteorites spawning (I assume?). When I speak with MG, she only has the instructions for the 'current' task, not an option to give her the DF.

I completed this quest. I cleared away the Night Thorns and received a glowing green Memory Orb that triggered Wall-E's next character quest. I completed the whole quest line and didn’t receive a reward and the quest still shows as Hidden Requirement.

I've not been able to complete this mission from the beginning & wondering if anyone knows any fix. For some reason, Maui only gave me 2 scrapping stone instead of 3 that is needed & I cannot find it anywhere. I have contacted Gameloft & got no response for almost 2 months now. Issue: after you place the celebration flags and it has you take the picture, I am unable to take a picture and am stuck in camera mode. All other menus work except the tool selector wheel. Have tried to reboot the game; teleported to another biome, saved, quit, but restarted back in the same stuck photo view in the forbidden woods. Can’t seem to do anything. The sounds for the forbidden woods (and a camera click?) can be heard during the loading screen also well before it transitions

Issue: Cannot turn in blue fur to Donald. The game soft locks when I try to give it to him, making it so that I can pause once, and then when I return to the game I am unable to pause again.

Somehow the blue fur is not in my inventory, and I don’t think it ever was. It is not on the floor at Goofy’s and is not in a chest.

I think the game tossed the blue fur directly onto me, instantly after destroying the last bit of trash, meaning I picked up the blue fur before the game told me to. Now I can’t progress the quest that is on a time delay based on the previous quest 😞

I have the same issue but for a different quest involving a picture! Tried the same troubleshooting you have. I don't want to lose all my progress and start over but that feels like the last solution since they've had a week to fix it and haven't. Only happened to me after the newest update....

I got it to resolve! I teleported to a couple of different areas, waited, saved several times. Made sure to change the quest. Exited back to title. Closed the game. Went and did something else (giving it longer than the quick close and reopen I’d been doing) and then came back and opened it back up and that seemed to work. Good luck, hope that works for your game too!

@here for anyone that put the **Fort ** in their house (like I did), I was able to make the room smaller and it put it back into my inventory. (if you put it in the main room, I'm not sure it'll work, but I had mine in one of the "addition" rooms off of the main floor room). Hope this helps! 😁

ISSUE: Missing the crystal key to progress for Main Story Quest: “With Great Power”Unable to progress in main story since I never received the crystal key because my pockets were full.

Because of this I am unable to unlock characters (Ursula, prince Eric, mother gothel & now scar and new content). Also unable to progress in friendship quests for the following ppl listed below. (Anna, Ariel, Kristoff, Remi, uncle Scrooge)

I can’t even see the Toy Story Realm!!!!!!!

I’ve had several gameloft tickets opened since 9/9/22. Extremely disappointed that I can’t even start on new content. I keep being told it’s being worked on but nothing is even on the Trello board! How can I have patience when I don’t even see the issue being acknowledged! So another star path I can’t complete since I can’t even access or unlock the new content.

I do not want to restart as I will now lose all 600 hrs already spent maxing out myself, characters, shopping spree at Scrooge’s and upgrades. Not to mention I stocked up on all resources. And not even sure if I did would i lose moonstones earned and starpath items already collected. Also the items you got for playing the game the 1st week. In addition getting all those critters as companion was a pain and I’m nicely sitting on 71k dreamlight waiting to progress further in the story and access new content. In addition I had already did two restarts the 1st week b/c of cloud save deleting the game save.

I continue to see I cannot progress with some of my friends quests cause they are tied to the progression of the main quest. So I am unable to unlock Úrsula but finished Merlíns lvl 10 quest and that still does not count for progress. We need a fix for missing questline items or a feature to abandon the quest and restart. I only need the crystal key to be sent or even a way to craft it so I can be on my merry way and finally enjoy the game like everyone else.

I exited out of decorating mode and it would do the loading circle/spin thing, but it would blip after one or two spins and start over. But there is nothing visually to see and it implies there will be a cut scene when the || Mysterious Claw is put into the Strange Device ||. Issue: When I thought to be happy again to download a hotfix so I can finally get stitch, became a big disappointment. Sadly the hotfix didn't fix the problem where I have no trash in goofy's house and it keeps staying on 0/5 trash removed.

Issue: I made the material to fix Stitch’s broken tv. However now when I go to the furniture section of the crafting bench and attempt to scroll down to the bottom to craft the tv. However about halfway down, the game glitches and just keeps scrolling up and down the line of items. It doesn’t let me go past halfway. As such I am unable to scroll to the bottom and make the tv.

I have the same issue, because I already cleared the trash before it registered the quest cos of the bug no item spawned. So the fix has only updated that I've searched goofys House. so the quest is still stuck 🤦‍♀️

Issue: When trying to craft Stitch's TV and scrolling down to look for recipe, crafted item recipes are duplicated and the recipe for the quest cannot be found. Scrolling further just shows the same items repeatedly. Restarting game did not resolve issue.

When I try to repair the tv, my crafting items just scroll like this over and over and don’t stop. I exit out and it just does it again.

Issue: When I tried repairing the tv, like everyone else, I can make the refined material, but under furniture once I scroll to the moss covered items, it glitches. That’s not me scrolling in the video I’ll add. Tried multiple crafting tables. Also noticed fencing shows up under furniture when it glitches.

Issue : When I tried to repair the tv, most of the items in the furniture section of the crafting table list were labeled new and were blank. After trying to track and untrack the quest, restarting my game and trying to put a new crafting table down, I decided to try to make one of the blank items. The quest registered that as me crafting the television, but I have no tv in my furniture or pocket inventory. So I cannot progress in the quest. My crafting table is back to normal now (so I can't give you a screenshot), but the television is not showing as an option.

Platform : switch. Crafting menu hops around and the item I need to fix for stitch is not available to fix. Sigh.

Had to reboot game on both quests for hidden objects to appear.

I found the fix for this. I had Donald Duck's house connected to the dock because it looked good there. Once I moved it away from the dock the quest was able to be completed. I hope this helps everyone!
