Can’t finish quest. Dark Crystal was already in my bag and not on lit pedestal. Nothing to pick up, so won’t trigger letting me give Ursula the Crystal, even though it’s in my bag.

Already prepared the root beer and put into the barrel and got the orb and went to talk to Merlin, but won’t let me talk to Merlin about it, now it says to prepare the root beer again! Which I can’t because I don’t have the dried ginger.

Platform: Switch Issue: Game crashed before I added the special food to fishing pole. Reloaded game and saw it was in my inventory and added it to fishing pole. Eric’s dialogue of adding food to fishing pole came after I added it. Game does not recognize food on pole. Nothing spawns to catch. Cannot move forward with quest. (Part of His world quest)

Not sure if it's a glitch, but since Elsa told me that she needed a glittering, it hasn't rained in my game. It has been almost 4 days now. I getting worried, because now I can't finish the quest.

You most likely do not have all the correct items. Always recount manually for quests because the quest doesn’t subtract when you use an item. Once you gather the correct numbers you will advance.

I have the quest The Curse. I am supposed to listen to Merlin and Ursula, but they don't say anything. Everyone else is locked inside their homes due to the bad purple mojo surrounding them. Help! I also cannot complete the purchase of Ursula's house until this quest is completed, I am told.

I buried the Gleaming Dusk Fragment in the Forgotten Lands, but no plant popped up. I watered the spot, and the water drip animation plays without the plant there. And now I can’t dig up or water the fragment to return it to Gothel.

Switch. In the Restoring the sunstone quest I buried the dusk fragment in the forgotten lands and now I can’t interact with it. It shows water drops but nothing else. I also have pumpkins close by that I planted at the same time and I’m having the same problem with them.

It takes an entire real-time day for the fragment to be harvestable. Make sure you water it (even if it’s still showing droplets) to be able to harvest it the next day

Issue: Trying to do "A friendly exchange" Quest where wall-e and ariel need to talk to exchange gifts and it wont do it? they wont intereact with each other and i cant have either of them "hang out" with me. they just move around the map as normal. ive restarted the game multiple times and it wont progress.

I would of if I did not complete all my friendship quests and maxed all characters I could unlocked. Maxed my house, fully upgraded WALL·E’s garden, Mona’s boat, remy’s, Scrooge’s store, and all of goofy’s stalls. I’m fully stocked up on resources and crops and I refused to collect 200 clay again. Simple fix is for them to send the missing item to my in game mailbox. What they do in other games, scratching my head on why that has not been the fix yet.

Issue: Cannot proceed with quest “A Deal With Ursula”
I see others have had the same issue, but could not see a fix. I have the 4 crystals but cannot interact with the pedestals to place them, thus not being able to proceed or unlock Eric as a character.
I have tried restarting my game several times, the Wall•E realm storage hack, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This is my last quest. ):

Same issue with "A Deal With Ursula". On PC and I collected the crystal before I had the quest, now that I have the crystal; moving it from my chest to my inventory does not complete the quest step.

While I am excited to have made SOME progress ... I am stuck on Scrooge's Bad for Business quest due to a glitch:
Scrooge entered Ursula's lair with my avatar, and they appeared to have the necessary quest discussion -- in that I could read the speech bubbles -- but there was no item actually given by Ursula that could be acquired, and upon leaving the lair, Scrooge remains at the "we need to talk to the Sea Witch" prompt of the quest.

What you were doing when this happened: Merlin quest, The Final Trial. I was able to collect all the items, even though the mushrooms were tricky and moved the well because they would not respawn. I was able to take the purified nightshards to Wall-E and the quest currently says: Craft the enchantment. I can't! They disappeared and wall-e will not make them again... please help!

Quest: The Ceremony
Issue: When I crafted and then placed the "Honored Place" near my house and placed the leadership fragments, nothing happened....until two days later after a break from playing the game. For days now I have not been able to play the game because the quest, now decided to work (I am assuming it is this quest because of the people that are always there for the photo) and trigger a group photo moment immediately upon loading into my game with Moana, Maui, Merlin, Mickey, and myself. Problem is the photo mode camera is pushed inside the boundaries of my house, and the movement of my character, the actual game camera, and the NPCs it wants in the photo are all busted. I can't take the photo or get the quest to move past the "Celebrate your leadership with Moana" stage. I also can't switch my tools or even get the tool wheel to pop up, it's just stuck on the phone tool. I can still open the + button menu, my inventory to change my clothes and move furniture around, I can still teleport to the wells but CAN NOT move or do anything beyond that. I have the worry/risk that in a new save, another bug like this may occur and force me to stop playing or reset AGAIN. Please help!!

Issue : After placing the Celebration Ribbon, the characters gathered around for a photo and my game crashed as soon as I took it. After restarting, the Celebration Ribbon is still there and it does not recognize me completing the quest, nor will the characters come back for the photo. I saw a suggestion that if you move the ribbon into peaceful meadows, save, and put back it will fix it but now the ribbon has completely disappeared.

Issue: Donald’s level 10 fountain quest. The game crashed when I took the picture. After that, the game was stuck on “celebrate” the fountain. I haven’t been able to do it since. I moved around furniture a week ago and now the banner thing is gone. My inventory shows that it should be there, but it is not anymore, so now I’m stuck. Leveled up Scar at Quest Making of a Monarch. Gotten to feed the Sunbirds but they never say approach. Just hover then fly away. Been feeding the sunbirds before the quest. Now that’s it’s part of the quest it’s NOT happening😩.

the spot where you fish to find eric's statue, can be covered by something like a house. I placed Maui's house before i unlocked eric's questline, and the spot where you fish out the statue face was covered by the house, so i had to move Maui's house in order to be able to access the fishing spot

Issue: I cannot see to get the pua quests. During the time that I was crashing all the time the past prints showed up and I cannot seem to find any indication of the quest or the paw prints anymore. I also do not have any pua in the game.

Issue: I’ve seen a few people mention this but I’m also now unable to play my game at all because of Moana’s level 10 quest. I was unable to celebrate with her, when I went back to the game later I’ve found I’m stuck in photograph mode with her and Maui and can’t move, exit or do anything. The only thing I can do is access my inventory or fast travel, but even with fast travel I can’t walk around. So frustrated, I have to either restart from scratch or wait for a fix because I can’t play the game now.

Issue: Village Project: Restoring the Sunstone quest. I am on step "Tend to the Dusk Fragment in the Forgotten Lands until it's restored." I harvested the dusk fragment and now have the Gleaming Dusk Fragment in my inventory, but the quest has not progressed. I have tried reloading, restarting the game, putting the fragment in a chest and taking it out again. Still stuck. I submitted a ticket to Gameloft as well, but got a response that unfortunately did not address the stage of the quest I'm stuck on. I wanted to submit here as well. This is the last quest I have left to do. Thank you!!

When will the DDV devs acknowledge the bug with Falling Water in Merlin’s lvl 10 quest. I see people having issues with it dating back to the first week of September. We have not been able to progress in the game since. It’s not even on the board despite many reports over the last 2 (almost 3) months. Please please please please.

Issue: I was doing the lost in the dark grove quest and I was collecting the feather, plant, emeralds, and dream shards. The game auto thought I had everything, even when I didn’t, so the next time I talked to Merlin, he prompted as if he was turning something into the enchanted feather. Except he didn’t, and now I have everything, but he won’t change it

Issue: i finished this entire questline, and talked to moana. it said to pick up the leader shard from the ground but after looking all over i haven't been able to find it. i did a basic search here on the discord and some people said it usually spawns somewhere nearby but i haven't found mine yet. just wanted to report it for posterity.

edit: i talked to moana directly on the slope that leads from the plaza into the forest of valor, so maybe it tried to spawn it under the slope and moved it somewhere else? haven't been able to find it yet.

But after i placed the other 3, the first one was literally gone, and now i’m stuck at 3/4 signs and cannot craft/buy another one. Issue: Merlin's Final Quest - I can't collect falling water because there is nothing to interact with at the spot where it should be collected. I've sent a ticket probably over a month ago and got a reply about how the Scar update should have fixed it. I replied saying that it hadn't and heard nothing else.
I submitted another ticket and explained that my previous ticket wasn't resolved but just got a message back saying that the new ticket was being deleted because I had already asked for assistance with this issue!
I've done every other side quest available and all my characters are up to level 10 friendship so I don't really have anything else to do until I can collect the falling water.

Submitted a ticket too, but for Anna’s “The Enchanted Ring” quest, the final mushrooms aren’t spawning. Ive double checked the hints and tips in the discord as well as restarting the game, and clearing the area of other items to make sure I wasn’t missing them.

This bug has been ongoing since September. Some suggestions I’ve seen, though none have worked for me:

• pick up all wood, flowers, mushrooms, dig all spots, etc in the glade and go check
• spam the pickup button on the spot
• turn the game off and on again

When I reloaded my game, the quest still shows active on the final part and taking additional photos with only Donald Duck (not all the characters who showed up for the first celebration) it won't complete the quest.

Now I have Donald following me even if I request another character follow for assistance (eg, Wall-E to increase gardening yield). Any ideas on how to complete this quest after the celebratory photo crashed the game?

@tropic lark for me, Pua is under the critter selection screen, not a character that follows Moana. Instead Pua follows you! So I'd check there first.

The object falls where you spoke with Moana for that part of the quest. I kept searching the beach near the boat, but I spoke to Moana about the quest in the meadow. So for me it was back in the meadow!

Well now the quest is glitched and won't let me finish it. I tried to talk to Moana hoping it would trigger the stupid picture again but nope. She just says that I still need to collect the parts. This isn't possible since the item and quest items that goes with it have already been placed. I did also pick it up and place it back down hoping that would also maybe trigger it but it did not.

Ursula's final quest still doesn't work as I can't place the crystals. Reporting it to Gameloft either gives generic messages, or a super unhelpful link to IGN's quest guide. I know development is hard but it's so annoying that a bug that blocks a character from being unlocked isn't even in the "known issue" section of Trello (this is not the same as the bug where players are told to pick up the crystal) if it's ever fixed can someone @me? I've reported it three times, and multiple players have complained about it.

It just spawned for me in Sunlit Plateau and it is 11:45pm I would try logging in around midnight your time to see if it is spawned in.

The one in the forest is next to Anna's house and try about midnight your time for the morning one it not spawning correctly between 5am-10am

Issue: While fulfilling the Breaking Bones quest, I already dug up the wildebeest bones and saved my game. When returning the next day the bones weren't in my inventory and it reverted to saying that I need to collect the bones. There's no bones for me to collect anymore so the quest reset and the item disappeared, but the item didn't respawn for collection and completion for me to move on.

And now because I have already made it and I'm on the quest step to prepare the Extra Fizzy Root Beer, it won't let me continue since I already made it prior to the step telling me to make it. Since I used the items in the chest, and more specifically the DRIED GINGER which was the special quest item to use in the preparation for the drink, I cannot recreate the drink because I can't make or get another dried ginger.

I have been having massive issues with the camera since the scar update - particularly with finishing the level 10 quest for Anna. I believe I am on the last step or close to it - I have to take a photo with the snow family I crafted. With the new, more complex camera, every time I hit the shutter the game forces closed. Before the update the quest was also not working, as I would take the photo in a variety of ways and nothing would trigger the quest completion.

Issue: placing the gold potato in the hidden room for storage, made it duplicate. I also put my duplicate vial of freezing water in there for the first time, and then noticed a patch of sparkling Water in frosted heights the next day giving me another one, when I haven’t seen any sparkling water since the quest. Continuation of problem: I restarted my game progress to try and see if this would bypass the bug to finish the How Far You’ll Go quest… I just got to the point that I can unlock other biomes so I unlocked Dazzle Beach to place Moana’s home. hey i had this same problem & i found if you hold down B to skip the cutscene then continuously pressing B until it backs out of camera mode you should become unstuck, i hope this helps

So I have a game breaking issue. My Mother Gothel Quest is STUCK on "tend to the Dusk Fragment in the forgotten lands." Here is the thing. I have already watered it a ton AND harvest it. It's actually sitting in my inventory but because the quest itself hasn't registered that its done, I can't give it to to Mother gothel. I have submitted a ticket and gotten advice that had nothing to do with the issue I'm having so I submitted a second ticket cause I wasn't sure if reply emails get read and I've gotten no response to my issue. I am so upset by this bug. Does anyone have any advice? The game does not allow me to drop the "Gleaming Dusk fragment" so I can't try dropping and picking back up OR replanting it. When I finished them and only had Minnie's left, the behavior fixed itself and I was able to continue.

EDIT: I figured out how to fix it. If anyone else has this problem, just move the Snowman to any other area and then move it back to Forest of Valor and you can get back on track!

There seemed to be a bug during Maui’s last friendship task “The Heart of Dreamlight Valley”. I retrieved the missing piece of the Heart of Dreamlight Valley. But when I went to go back to talk to Maui. It reset itself. I had to go back to the fountain at the top of the castle and wait a bit for it to register that I already completed the task.

Hi, I’m a little confused. It says I have all the items to craft the raft for goofy but when I go to craft it, it won’t let me I’m assuming this is because I have to have my items in my pocket. I thought that if you have them inside your chess somewhere it doesn’t matter. Ok I'm getting really frustrated.... How come in the update and patch almost every quest glitch was patched but the what feels like home guest for Elsa??? Does anyone have a time frame for this patch I can't access half the frozen area cause of it and its Christmas that quest should have been patched to go with the winter season.....

So I read the bug fixing update.. and the Moana one is not on there, so with this new update tomorrow is my bug in the game going to be fixed now?? I sure hope soo :/ platform: ps4 the bug I have is finding pua. In the night thorns. I have pua as a companion but the quest is still acting like I have to find pua.

I got Wall-E to level 10, but his quest never activated. I completed all of Wall-E's other quests as well.

I somehow picked up two frozen water vials during this quest line when I only needed one, and now the second one is stuck in my inventory taking up space. I can’t sell it, it’s not useful for anything, and I can’t drop it anywhere. I’m not really sure what to do since inventory space is valuable for me

Platform: PC/Steam Issue: For the Nature & Nurture quest, I was able to get the box with the ginger before I started the quest as well as make the Extra Fizzy Root Beer. Now I am stuck because it needs me to make the drink but I can't get more of the Dried Ginger because I used it.

Issue: Focus your magic on the map in your inventory part I am stuck on. Scrooge has not given me the red tinted glasses that you are supposed to wear while looking at the map, to find the items.

Issue: Scrooge and Ursula not talking on "What's Bad for the Business" quest. I followed Scrooge to Ursula and spoke to her. Accidentally clicked on "Let's go see your house" instead of "can't talk right now." Now I can't get Scrooge to talk to her, but the grey checkmark next to "Go see Ursula with Scrooge McDuck" is checked off. Still, it's not giving me the next step in the quest, nor letting me finish the quest.

Issue;
On Mother Gothel's last quest, in which you're supposed to collect fragments from different areas of the game, the one that bugged out on me was at Sunlit Plateau.
I had items on the area the fragment was supposed to spawn at, and after googling the spawn location, moved them aside. The fragment however, never spawned to the location even after waiting til next morning.
And yes, I was there at designated morning hours (5am-11am)

Issue: Before the last patch update had the same problem everyone else did with proximity of placing near house, however the item disappeared from my inventory after removing it from the overworld (as it wasn't working) and I thought it would be fixed in the patch and re-appear. It didnt. Still no item in inventory.

Contacted GL a long time ago and was told aware of issue. I haven't seen anyone else having my issue.
