I got inspired to do one of this part skin color dresses. It worked kinda... I think it might be a switch problem but no color really seams to match my skin that much so it looks more like a cheep halloween costume when the light isn't right^^'(and the light is almost always not right) and i think the limit is really small. I would have done much more swirls on the upper part of the dress without the limit. Everyone who can make really awesome dresses with this little freedom of colors and this little limit of patterns is amazing.

This was one of my best and most interesting Christmas costumes 😁
The stripes were quite a challenge, and I ended up having to re-do the dress because originally I did individual pieces of stripes, instead of trying to repeat the layers. Turns out repeating the layers and filling in gaps in the stripes was the better option. Less layers to have to deal with. The pattern was too good to throw away after the holidays, so I saved it for next year 😁

This is old, but I didn't think to post here a few months ago. During October I decided to have my avatar wear a different costume every day I logged in, and Sarah Sanderson was one of them. This was the first time I discovered I could do a lot of layers with Touch of Magic, and I decided to go have fun with it 😁 I even went so far as to do stockings and boots like hers, as well as eye color and makeup like the film. You could technically do this character with curly hair too, because she had it in the movie, though just for the first scene. It was straight for the rest of the movie.

It's inspired by Star Trek: The Next Generation. The outfit was based on the uniform Deanna Troi wore in the series pilot, "Encounter at Far Point." Felt it would be easier to duplicate than some of the other Star Trek uniforms 😁

Well that's just it, Sarah's hairstyle is easily achievable with the straight or curly hairdos in the game, though they're shorter than her hair, which was [I think] waist-length. Winnifred and Mary had such unique hairstyles that it doesn't surprise me that theirs were provided with a Halloween Star Path, because they are impossible with the game's existing hair (Star Paths and Premium Store stuff not included). I mean, how many witches have you seen with a pseudo-Elizabethan hairdo or their hair twisted to resemble a witch's hat?

careful use of pockets, cutting motifs, gradients, and a galaxy patterned motif! it took a good 3 hours. i would love to see more shaded motifs like pockets one day

This is based partially on my family crest irl, though I don't have any bugle horns, so I used swirls instead. I had this big, blank background, so I threw in some Dreamlight Valley stuff to complement the crest 🙂

Now that we have actual PJ's in the game, I put some of my custom ones in my bathroom 😊
Except for the yellow items, these are all inspired by nightshirts and pj's I have IRL 🙂

The gray one is my Depressed Outfit, the other is my Angry Outfit.

My finally finished Ingo, one of the Subway bosses from Pokémon Black and White, outfit! When up close the orange on the hat is really jagged in places because of sizing options insisting on not cooperating with me for it but if you don't look at it too deeply, I DO like how it came out. After spending probably an hour or so just on the hat to make it as perfect as I can make it, I hope you guys love it as much as I do (oh and Pua says hi 😅🥰):

I too am a newbie with TOM, mainly because I never bothered using it in the earlier times… especially since the switch couldn’t handle it (still can’t, but I don’t it’s as bad???)

I think this is the best TOM design I’ve made so far, aside of my celestial gown I made while testing TOM in the earlier days.

And since I’ve been hearing unfortunate stories about some TOM designers and this aggravating glitch that messes up their designs, I think I’ll stick with making more simple designs… just in case.

Seriously though, my condolences to those who worked hard on their TOM designs… only for a glitch to ruin them later. 😔
