Thank you! I do it on the switch which is probably worse lol!! I have found that if I center the ombré starting with the bottom and make it as big as you can. You only need two more before you go to the next color. You know about the double (the second tool in) to make a duplicate right. Then just slide it over to line up and duplicate it again and make sure its lined up on the other side! Then I always duplicate it again and change the color so I don’t have to keep going into the shapes to grab it. If that makes sense. If you need help can you message me on here? I don’t know how that works 😅

I put a tan layer of mesh over top of a pink square to create a skin tone that matches! You can do the opposite as well, it’ll just look like you’ve been baking in the sun!

Anyone know how to clip a gradient to the circle behind the epcot motif? I've tried a bunch of configurations but it always clips to the color of the hoodie, not the color of the gradient

This may seem like a silly question but I haven’t really dabbled much in the custom design area, how do you add different colors to an item? Like the ears, I hate that they’re all one color with a black bow. Can we add color layers?

Yes you can add colors, just choose a basic shape motif and make it a color you want and place it on the ears where you want.

I would record tutorial but I don't have time to play game and not epcot motif unlocked yet so I just can tell how I would do this... I would put circle and gradient on them. (as big that cover full circle. Them you can use one or more circle frame motifs and press scissors motif to cut anything outside main circle. And put epcot at the end.

Thanks! I made that early on before Touch of Magic got updated so my method is probably inefficient these days. I maxed out my layers to get the right look. I used the whiskers from the Ratatouille hat motif and daggers to make the bow tie. Random shapes including music notes (fangs and inner brow) shaped the head and face. Then I used the duplicator tool on the magic wand for the pinstripes.

Get familiar with all the tools and you'll be able to pull off some interesting techniques. The cutout tool is possibly one of the most important tools imo.

Oh my god! The carpet design is awsome!!! How did you do it!

Here's what I did for the Icy Carpet:
In the material selection at the very bottom choose the red stones as texture ( the light - dark ones ) and drag it as big as possible .
As the first color I choose blue ( the lightest ) and for the gaps gold ( the second darkest yellow ).
Now I activate the metal effect until just before maximum. 🙂
For a nicer effect I now take the large gradient symbol in white and place these left and right on the sides, so that it is brighter outside than inside.
Depending on your preference, you can now insert symbols etc. - these are then not displayed in full color but adapt to the effect.
And there you have your ice path carpet!
