I've tried many different angles yet Donald keeps looking at me confused toward my vain attempts to do what must be done. I think because I moved the fountain I might have messed up the quest? I don't know how he wants me to position the darn ribbons -_-

Try putting the ribbons next to the fountain's new location, if not try it next to it's old location, if you can remember where he put it.

Can you physically see the Leader Shard or the game said she dropped it? I'm asking because those Leader Shards have had random spawns. You could find it anywhere on the map so just keep an eye out for it. Now if it's stuck somewhere you will need to put in a support ticket.

Issue: I am doing the Magic Moments quest for Ursula. I am at the part where I need to give Mother Gothel 2 dishes, sushi and lobster roll. I made both of those dishes and my quest said to bring them to her. And it is stuck so that I can not give the the quest items to progress my quest.
I have tried giving her them as a gift and it did not work.
I have tried restarting my game and it also did not work.
I can not progress with Ursula at all with this quest broken which prevents me from continuing in the game and unlocking more characters.

You are partially right that it's 2 different types of dishes but you actually need 3 total. 2 Sushi & a Lobster Roll. Are you missing the 2nd Sushi required for Mother Gothel?

Look in your Furniture Inventory. For some reason that flower is down as furniture. If not there check up in the Forest of Valor. Also, you are at the wrong cave.

It's not that specific. I think he will accept anything that is blue. Just don't give him something that you can't reorder, others made that mistake.

Ursula's quest "Magic Moments" has stalled. Gothel does not offer an option to accept the quest items. (2 cooked dishes) Tried to gift dishes just in case. Remade dishes; they are in storage and are marked as quest items. Prompted Ursula for quest info but it did not trigger anything.
At the time, Ursula was lvl 6, Gothel was 7. Ursala is now 9, Gothel is 10. Am locked out of end game content including: can't get Eric, final missions for Ariel, Eric, Ursula, Wall-E & Minnie, Forgotten Lands, 3 pillars are still locked and more.
Submitted support ticket on website 4 days ago, no reply yet and Gameloft support twitter was not helpful. Do we have to wait for another patch or do they address any of these issues directly?

@bold kindle No, you can still move them. I only meant that until you get access to the other half of the area the regular way, you can still get to it by moving the well and then quick-travelling.

@pliant pond I can't remember for sure, but there might be something in the restaurant that you're supposed to pick up.

I have placed the ribbon next to the fountain but it won’t register as being placed down. I’ve tried moving the fountain and the ribbon, rotating both items and restarting the game but it still won’t register so I can’t complete the quest. Not sure if this is a known bug?

A few days ago we had some people have success fixing that Donald Quest celebration by going into Furniture Mode & placing the banner in another biome. Then exit out of furniture mode, go back in & place the banner where it's requested to trigger the picture/celebration.

Issue: At the end of the quest, after giving Anna Kristoff's Climbing Gear, she won't go talk with Kristoff. When I talked to her to give the climbing gear she was at Scrooge's shop. This worked for me also!!! I had to change my computers time though because both Donald and Maui were inside either their own homes or other builds when I went to try, so I went back to a time when one of them was wandering around the valley. Neither wanted to go see their house, but when I changed the time so Maui was outside wandering, then he wanted to go see his house. So I would say one of them has to be outside on their own schedule for the prompt to show up.

That's great you got it working but it's not recommended to time travel for this game. It can mess with spawn rates so I hope you didn't just fix 1 issue but gave yourself another 🤞

I've had an issue with spawn rates since at least the patch. Anna and Elsas quest are the last story stuff I need to do, so I felt it was a necessary evil. I'm also Super impatient 😬

@burnt mist Some of my piles were invisible. I kept running around and clicking and randomly my character would kick something that wasn't there and then the items would spawn. I got to 57/60 and thought I was completely bugged, went behind the crafting station where my view changed to really zoomed in and I started clicking again and my character moved back to normal view and kicked another invisible pile giving me the last 3 trash I needed... >.<

Try leveling Ariel up. Someone posted that to get Eric to have a conversation they needed to level him so maybe that's a common issue.

Lots of issues in having with quests seem to be resolved by getting a higher friendship level with the person or person you need to talk. I'm stuck unable to get WallE to talk to Ariel but maybe she isn't high enough level.

I had this issue but figured out it was because Maui and Donald were already in their homes. When the hour changed and they started roaming, the "let's go see your house" option popped up!

That's weird, how many Stone Soups did you make already? I've seen people post that they made 5 Stone Soups before they ran out of Craggy Rocks. Hopefully you will just dig up 3 & use the Basil & Oregano from your inventory 🤞

Last night we had an Honored Place with a flower grown in it. They said to fix it you go into Furniture Mode & zoom way in until you can select it. I would assume they meant the flower. So try to zoom in real close to the meteorite & try to select it out from the fountain.

In this screenshot you are not tracking the quest. I don't know if that will make the difference but it's worth a shot 🤞

I find that if I track the quest then the dishes don't appear at all

I don't think tracking a quest should make a difference if I can interact with an object or not

This is going to sound strange but track the quest & then water where you know the dishes are. You definitely have a bugged quest but maybe you can water the invisible dishes 🤞

So far I have done everything I can think of whether its different timings on when I track the quest, talking to remy first, last or what not, watering the dishes and leaving and coming back there is just nothing that I can do more. Its a bug, I know it is because they come back when I cook something in the kitchen but I really need the ingredients for further quests

Here's the announcement from today. They are saying no new patches next week either. I wanted to make sure you saw this because it gives you the decision to restart or wait it out. I'm not sure how many hours you are in but tbh I don't see a lot of reports on this Remi quest (I have been helping a lot recently) so I don't know if it will be included in the next patch. #📢game-news message

I used Maui and it worked. At first they did not give me the prompt to go to the house but I just had to wait about an hour until I got it.

Placed the snow family for the "party", took the group photo then my game closed due to server error. I went back in and it didn't save that I had attended the party but I can't remove the snow family to try again. I can move them, but not fully remove them. I talk with Anna and she just says we need a group photo but I can't get the group to go over there. Elsa is also frozen right in front of her house. I can talk to her but not ask her to hang out.

Oh you have Ariel with legs so I'm not sure you can still have the conversation. I've only seen it done with mermaid Ariel, although when we did that quest it did say so she can switch from mermaid to legs so I wonder if an update will add that feature 🤞

I also have this issue, except my game crashed using the memory in my inventory. WHen I got back in the game, I just used the map again without thinking about talking to Merlin again to initiate that step. Now I'm stuck on this on top of Breaking the Ice.

The only thing I can think of is use Furniture Mode & move the Snow Family to a different biome. Exit out & then go back in & move them back to the requested location. Hopefully this will trigger another picture 🤞

Issue: After my partner put down the ||enchanted flower|| where Ursula told them to and returned, a frozen loading screen (probably for a cutscene) came up and the game froze. It had the prompt for skipping, but the game didn’t react to any input at all. They gave it a solid 2 minutes of nothing happening before closing the game and starting it back up.
Now the quest says “watch ||ursula’s spell||”(as seen in attachment) but when they try to get ||her|| to do it again, nothing happens.

Do you still have the Enchanted Flower? If so move it to another biome & then exit out. Go back & put it where it's request but maybe not as close to the entrance. Hopefully this triggers the cutscene but won't freeze the game 🤞

Issue: I haven't gotten any memories from night thorns in a long time, and haven't gotten the memory that's the hidd3en requirement for Wall E to do the quest. It's the only quest I have left, and everyone else I've spoken to says they got this early on. Wall E (and everyone for that matter) is level 10. I just cannot get this memory for the life of me.
