Issue - All ingredients in the Collections tab fit on a shelf except the coconuts. The size is the same but they don't have the ability to be placed up top. Pumpkins are visually larger and understandable but coconuts are equal to other ingredients and should be checked please.

Issue: Can't place any more furniture says my Valley is full when my furniture count is 261/600. Can't place anything outside or in my house. I take stuff away and the counter goes down but I get the same message when I try to add new items. It's stopping me from completing quests that need me to place items in areas.

Issue: If I do not have an item in my inventory (such as if it is placed) it is no longer in my catalog for me to order more from Scrooge, I have to remove the item from where it was placed. This also happened when I gave Merlin the Sorcerer Mickey costume (which I got from levelling friendship with Mickey). I had it showing to order more before, but now I can't order a replacement.

Brick Iron fencing will not connect. I place it just like I would the picket fence. However, after leaving build mode I am only left with columns no iron fencing in-between.

After adding a new room to my house, the radio that was placed where the new door spawned is now stuck. In Furniture mode, I am unable to move it, no matter how I zoom in.

I am able to enter the room, but that radio is just glitched into the door. I have also checked that the radio is not back inside my furniture inventory.

I am unable to pick up the Basic Tableware in the Ratatouille set when its placed on a Large Pale Wood Dining Table. Looks as though the placement squares are sitting juuust above the tableware itself and no matter what angle I try it's stuck there so I can't remove the table from the room.

Issue: This afternoon I was modifying my home's entrance and the oval table got bugged, everytime I closed the Furniture Mode it appeared again in the same spot even if I putted away so I stupidly thinked about leaving it there and put that flower pot on it, now I'm back in the game and the table and the flower pot disapeared and the other furnitures returned to where I put them first before the bug appeared, but not only they're disappeared from the room, but also from the Furniture Mode. I've tried going to order them from Scrooge but they don't appear there too like I've never unlocked them.

Issue: Unable to purchase previously obtained items from Scrooge’s Shop catalog unless I remove the items from my house/outside. Items do not show as available for purchase unless I do this. Unsure if this is as intended or not, but it’s annoying to have to undo decorating in order to purchase duplicate items (second nightstands, extra chairs etc)

I came on to post the exact same issue. The first day I was playing, I gave Merlin one of my friendship reward items (Mickey's Statue) for a quest where he required "something blue". Stupid, I know, but at that point I thought the item would actually show up in his house after gifting it to him. I thought I would be able to repurchase it, but it doesn't show up in Scrooge's store. And I can't put it back in my inventory because I gave it to Merlin.

It seems when I have a mass amount of planting spots it soft locks the ability to put any more physical items in the map. As soon as I took some of my digging areas away I can now place items.

I am having a similar problem in that the white desk I placed in the middle of the room yesterday re-appears there every time I remove it. I attempted to move it to a sidewall and then added some decorative items on top of it. It, and the new items, re-appear in the middle of the room.

Issue: Crafting/Furniture - Wooden Lamppost With Yellow Light offers 4 separate crafting recipes using different gemstones, but with the same label and picture and only produces a lamppost with yellow light. All other lampposts have different color light options when using different gems, so at first I thought this was just a label error, but I made the one that uses an emerald and it is indeed just another Wooden Lamppost With Yellow Light and not green light.

Most likely, you have dug up holes somewhere else — they count towards the item limit. Either wait 72 hours for them to close by themselves, or fill up a few manually until you go back under the item limit. (You can then close the rest of them by placing an item over them in furniture mode)

I have 2 already screenshot, but 2 issues ended up being fixable as one was butter, and the other a plate of cookies, so they were grabbable. The unfixable one in screenshot is the chess set/board. I'll find the 4th one and post it separately.

Issue is 100% reoccuring (more noticeable in a well-furnished Valley).

Dug holes count against the furniture limit (without showing in the item count.) This prevents item placement "You have reached the Valley object limit," and dropping items from your inventory "You can't drop any items here." Resolved when holes are cleared - but on a furnished Valley even a small garden can cause significant impact to the object limit.

If you approach the stall as your character, you can pick up the fruit, as long as its a recipe item, you can't remove it in decorating mode.

Issue: When placing a flat decoration item (place setting, checker board, etc) onto a table it gets stuck to the table and cannot be separated as the item is too flat to grab ahold of and remove. You will then no longer be able to remove the item or the table as the item is stuck!

Sometimes you can get it to show up by changing tabs back and forth, other times it won't show up until you close out of the crafting station or restart the game. When the tab does show, it doesn't list the white picket fence for crafting even though I've put the item in my inventory and moved it around the village.

Update; I was able to remove the stall I crafted by placing Goofy's stall close enough to remove the crafted one. Unfortunately the fruit display (from Moana or Maui) that was sitting in the crafted stall seems to have been deleted. It is not in my inventory nor am I able to buy it in Scrooge's catalog.

Another thing I have noticed for this category is, when you put something on a stall you made from the workbench, You can't put the stall back in your inventory if you no longer want it and the items you put on the stall are not removable to put somewhere else. I accidently put my conch shell that Moana gave me on a stall and didn't like the way it looked, now it is just stuck there looking not good. PS4.

Also the green rising penstemon and purple rising penstemon have different hitboxes despite being recolors of the same item. the green one has 4 while purple only has 1 hitbox. Also the bromeliad flowers have way too large hitboxes, hard to place them anywhere

I’ve had this issue with several items, but it ended up just not being highlighted green to indicate being able to be removed? But a couple of them I clicked even though not highlighted and it selected the item and I was able to remove it. Still obviously a glitch but maybe that can help the immediate issue!

Today I was redesigning the plaza. Moved all the houses to the meadow and then back to the plaza after I had finished some pathing. When I exited furniture mode, All of the houses were in weird places, not where I had placed them at all and Merlin’s house had disappeared. Future reference though: don't do a bunch of major things at once in furniture mode. Doing that seems to invite bugs and crashes. Just make your changes a bit at a time, exiting and re-entering furniture mode after every few edits.

Issue: I think I just found another bug – when you start the game, you have one of these chests made of dark wood. I just put it in my furniture inventory, went to Uncle Scrooge and ordered 25 of these chests because they can contain a LOT more stuff than the light brown ones.
Then I went back to my house, placed a few of these chests and wanted to transfer all the food items – when I opened the second one and wanted to place vegetables in it, I was stunned to see that it contained exactly what I had put in chest no. 1. Then I went outside to check the other dark wood chests and all of them contain the same ingredients??? That means we cant have more than 1 of these dark wood chests??? It`s frustrating because I thought I had finally found a solution to have less chests in my house and outside, but now this… it sucks, please fix this problem :/ I dont wanna have 50 light wood chests in my house and garden when 10 dark wooden ones would suffice...

@next locust @orchid kiln Some people have found that bug when there's stuff they've dropped on the ground somewhere. (Not "placed" from furniture, but specifically "dropped" from inventory.) Look around, that might be the case for you. If so, pick them up and try again.

@ashen elm No, it's supposed to work like that. However, the chests you can craft contain separate storage slots.

I was editing this area with the candles and when I used the undo button to put the table and the candle back, the candle duplicated on the ground and now I can’t remove it or walk over it. I can place items on top of the candle but it remains there. I can even dig holes where the candle is but it still stays where it is.

I just bought at Scrooge the Dark Wood Vintage Storage chest 10 times with the idea that just like the Storage Chest you can place several of them. I placed them in my House, but when I open them they are already filled with the items that I placed in one of them. Is their Storage shared or is this a bug? Because its easier to have several of those very big storages than several small ones.

Pretty sure crops don't. As for individual squares of paths, they seem to count for Scrooge's beautifying tasks but I don't think they do for overall item count. At least not individual squares, though maybe the whole path would count as one item.

The table with the cloth on it is bugged. It was given the wrong footprint. All the other tables have a footprint of two by four, but someone gave the clothed table an arbritary footprint of three by four instead, so now it cant slot up with any other tables, and chairs cant go up against the end of it either.

They are near each other on beach but not talking. I believe it's because Mauis house is blocking them; however, when I move his house over, it will not let me hit "B" to save it. I can place it, hit B to close the panel but when I hit B to save and exit it just stays there and will not do anything. I've rebooted game and console multiple times. Nothing. I tried to move trees in a couple of other things and get the same issue. It hasn't been fixed. I found my issue was that I had to many crop spots. I had to take half of what I dug away and once I did that I could place furniture again. Try removing some of your crop spots a little at a time till you can place furniture or items again.

More footprints that don’t make sense! Why do some flowers have a freakishly big four square footprint? Look at that thin marsh milkweed and the Lilly compared to the sunflowers it’s ridiculous! Also, just because something Dose have a one square footprint Doesn’t mean they shouldn’t also be able to slot in the middle of of the four squares like something with a four square footprint dose. Something with a one square footprint should be able to both go in each individual square AND slot in the middle.

The enchanting nightstand has the exact surface area of four squares, and has a four square footprint, and YET, it was given a single square slot. Those items should have a footprint of one square don’t get me wrong, but this frickin table should have four slots not one! There plenty of space! I’m sure the same is probably true for a bunch of small tables.

Hey, just checked and it should work if the radio is stuck on the hinge side too. It can be difficult to get the hitbox (especially if using a controller) because it really is tiny. So precision and extreme patience might be necessary. Good luck!

I’m on Switch and I’m unable to pick up anything I place inside the decorative stall item. This seems to be the case for furniture and not plants/crops I drop and place myself as I’m able to pick up in “live” mode. Because I can’t pick up the items I put down, I’m also unable to remove the stall. Please fix this. Im sure this is a cross-platform issue. I’ve tried everything - zoom, rotate, etc and no dice.

I found out you can use the signs in the valley and figured it would be great to organize them for quick grabs. The ONLY sign that says "outdoor only cant be placed in this area" is Dazzle Beach. Issue: I had that same "put it down and can't pick it up again" glitch with a mailbox (placed outdoors). I kept having to exit and reenter furniture mode, and it would let me pick it up once but if I place it and wasn't happy I had to exit and reenter again and so forth. Happens with other objects occasionally as well, but this one kept happening again and again specifically with this one mailbox and nothing around it. And sometimes I have to zoom extremely close to an object (especially small objects) to actually click on it, or click on the very edge of it, before I'm actually grabbing the object and not something large outside of my view, such as a house or tree that's behind the camera but for some reason the game thinks is the object I am grabbing.

Not in my house or inventory but still showed up in my collection as if I had received it before but couldnt order a new one at Scrooge's either. PC: I just bought this super pretty Tangled wallpaper at Scrooge's and when I went to use it at my house, it's not there. Has this happened to anyone else with wallpaper?

Issue: as many have already reported, it doesn't Make sense that my village is about 206/600 and nevertheless, I keep getting the object limit warning. I had to delete my entire farm (removing the crop holes) to continue the game, because. I couldn't place Moana's house. I think that crop holes shouldn't count as objects, because they do not appear in the "objects counter", but yet they mess with the game's object counter. Another thing that I noticed: flowers ONLY start respawning after the limit object issue is addressed. If you receive the warning, the flowers won't repsawn, which messes with the game's quests, like "a new Enchantment", where Merlin asks you to gather a whole lot of different plants.

Issue: I’m at about 314/600 and I’ve encountered an issue where it says I can’t place things despite nothing being there, and then I try to exit build mode to save my progress and it starts flicking like crazy..I can still open menus, I just can’t access anything, the only way to fix it is to open task manager and force close it. It’s happened several times now and is preventing me from building anymore

@stone epoch yes it was due to me having to many field spots. Once I removed enough I was able to place things on the map again. If suggest taking a little field away at a time till your able to place things again.

Thank you SO much! I've been trying to grow all of the crops and have like 300 plants in each biome. I guess I should just harvest and delete them!

@stone epoch your welcome I had a maga crop area in to biomes. Had to get ride of 1 and half the other lol.

Issue (Include furniture item name too): Iron Spike and Brick Fence - Expanding the fence only goes in 2 tiles at a time beyond the first tile following a fence post. This allows the fence to reach a quantity of -1 which then resets to the number before you started expanding the fence allowing you to keep placing them. Any Fences placed in such a way that you do not have in your inventory are removed upon leaving furniture mode leaving behind just the Fence Posts that you do have enough fencing for. All other fences continue to work as expected as demonstrated in the video.

Many of us have been having problems with placing items when we are not maxed out. I even removed items and harvested pumpkins and it's still not working? Anyone know what's going on with that?

The patchnotes say that "Tableware can now be selected properly when placed on a table" but that is not the case for me, it's still bugged and I can't take them off the table
