I logged a ticket with gameloft support and they sent me a response a couple days ago apologizing and saying they were aware of the problem and working on a fix. That's about it. No deadlines or anything. But at least some kind of indication it will be addressed.

Hello, I can't pick up the item from Wall-E, a chest and a souvenir in the "Frozen" biome, and money in the "Bayou of Trust". I've notice that some items are stuck in some places that i can't interact with. When an item from foraging/gardening/fishing spawns multiple with the timer/music the items disappear before the music stops and I never manage to get them all, this doesn't happen with coins that appear like this when I'm digging, I get all of them and then the chest appears, it's just all of the other items. This isn't necessarily picking things up, but I don't know where else to post this. I can't remove this Night Thorn in Moana's house. It was part of a quest. It somehow didn't effect the quest where I needed to remove them all from her home, but it's still there and I can't remove it no matter what angle I come at it from.

Issue: I have 2 issues in the Frozen Realm:

• first section: there was a chest (unsure about the colour), the purple item bag that got out was placed just outside the invisible wall. I tried getting closed but the invisible wall is pushing me to the right. The purple item bag (furniture?) is unreachable. Sadly there is no Furniture option in the realm to grab it closer;
• further in the realm, where there are some water pools and it branches to the left and right. The right section with the (now gone) frozen stones on the river. Once everything is unfrozen and cross the river, you can see some breakable rocks with a chest in them. Problem is, there is no way I can reach those rocks to break them.

I have heard about that too that if you go to the time you time travelled to everything starts working again. But you can never then go back to your normal time

On Switch.. Does anyone know how to get a memory unstuck from furniture? currently doing the remembering quest and it got stuck in scrooge mcduck's desk. Please help lol

It says bring the gleaming dusk fragment to mother gothel yet its still where I planted it and I never once had to water it, it’s shown the watered animation above it and more then 24hrs later nothing changed except instead of tend to the fragment it says to turn it in….

It took mine a little longer then 24 hours before I could finally harvest it just give it time and keep watering it even if it doesn’t look like it needs it

I had a chest that was needed to be mined out in the frozen Biome, I managed to get it out, but it went into the unreachable area in the forest, I can’t get close enough to open it to get the item inside.

Issue: I placed the “honored place” near my house as instructed, but I’m worried it’s not close enough, because after I placed it down the quest did not progress, it still tells me to place the “honored place” near my house. That wouldn’t be an issue if I could just move it while in furniture mode, but it won’t let me even grab it. It’s registering as if I never even placed it..

Issue: when mining or digging in the frozen realm to get towards Elsa, many of the spawned minerals/items got stuck in the foliage. First happened to me on switch several times over and is now happening to my wife on Xbox to where she can’t get a furniture bag

I opened the chest in Mickey's house, but my inventory was full so I couldn't initially pick up the bag that dropped. I made some space, but now the option to pick the bag up is gone, and relaunching the game does not fix it.

PC: Stuck on "The Remembering" quest permanently because I can't pick up the Leader Shard. Have tried switching to different platforms and it is stuck on all of them. The usual fix of picking up items in the Inventory/Furniture menu doesn't work because it's in Moana's house.

I just went to open a daily blue chest and it showed I didn't have internet connection...so I sorted that out and the chest disappeared so I couldn't get the moonstones.

Issue: The "dark crystal" I'm supposed to pick up for this quest "A Deal with Ursula" is not showing up (and nothing to interact with). I'm unable to progress past this point in the quest. I tried relogging and it still will not show up. I had to look up a video on youtube to even figure out what was supposed to happen (and verify it's not just me being unobservant but actually a bug that is preventing me from seeing/picking up the quest item).
