Nah, it has a story and full voice acting and stuff tbh. You use a grappling hook instead of webs though, so its actually possible to swing much higher than you could in a Spidey game. If you hold the trigger down after attaching to a building, you pull yourself toward it, so if you let go, you carry that momentum and can fly across the map in one swing lol

Of course I just muted the music and had the Spider-Man 2 OST playing while swinging around. 😄 Pizza Time!

Oblivion is truly a great game, even with its flaws. I spent hundreds of hours playing and never even did the main quest. With its mod support (I played on PC) it extends even further.
