as someone who has a lower back hernia, my best choice was buying the secret labs! when i was still streaming, i did a 24 hours one on the secret lab and i really thought it would be harder for my back but it was okay! (ofc i did had a bit of pain but i blame the lack of sleep, aka no sleep in 24 hours )
So i can highly recommend the Secretlab chair! i did went with a bigger one so i can tuck my feet under my butt

Yes. As long as you have welcomed them then attractions and quests can still drop tokens so you can level them up after the event too.

Also roughly a year after the event ends, they usually get added to legendary chests. Same with Kingdom Pass characters like KnowsMore and King Candy for instance.
