All my cats have loved me more. All of them, and this is the first time I've owned males. But it's my females that laid on me. The boys did when they were little but now that they're bigger they don't (and I miss it). None of my females really liked Wookie that much - sure, they'd let him pet them and give them treats but lay on him? NOPE. I'm the pillow.

These boys like my son, though. He gives them ALL the attention. 🙂

We just heard from a friend that the fire threatening our family’s home in NM has been pushed back away from our neighborhood and the wind is shifting away from town. I’m so grateful for the firefighters. I’ve been so worried about our home and our dear friends’ homes

Thank you! It’s been really nerve wracking for the last couple days watching the fire app and waiting for news. Sadly a lot of town was pretty heavily damaged and a lot of people have lost their homes. They’re getting rain now which should help with the fire although it’s causing a lot of flooding now. It’s just an awful situation. The fire line got pretty close to our neighborhood but our friend at the BLM just drove through today and let us know that they were able to push it back. I’m grateful that all of our friends in the town were able to evacuate in time safely
