The multiplayer feature, Valley Visits, allows you to welcome friends to your Valley and visit their own Valleys. Show off your creativity, exchange items, and check on Scrooge McDuck's rotating stock at his store.

You can also snap a picture, and use your other Royal Tools to harvest resources together. With the addition of the Boutique, players can also share Touch of Magic designs with each other. Don't forget to pick up Pixel Shards as well - a resource that only spawns while participating in a Valley Visit session.

Players on PC, Mac, platforms within the Apple Arcade ecosystem, and consoles are able to visit each other's Valleys through online multiplayer.

It doesn't matter if you moved the campsite stuff, the quest items will still be in the locations of where they were before you moved them

Hello so I am on the Wishful Invitaiton questline where you need to push the flower cart near the beehive to get the note and no matter how many times I push it near the beehive they don't move and I can't pick up the white feather eitther?

Unfortunately, like we've seen in this server, since DTs are mostly public, you'd just see the same people requesting the same absurd amounts of items over and over and over until they give up and join another team or someone gets annoyed with them.

I haven't even asked for enough stuff to know there was a cooldown at all. I'm glad there's a 24 hr cooldown, it's good to get our own stuff too and not just ask for everything all day. A few requests a day is enough, unlimited would be excessive.

The reason why I had to restart my game was because the bees for a Wishful invitation would not be attracted to the flowers so I figured that had to be a glitch now I lost my horse I don't know where he is

To get the glass slipper you only need to complete "Miracles Take Time", once the first 3 memories are collected from the Dreamscape and the trigger warning appears you can go back to the valley and the letter is in your mailbox, reading it causes the slipper to appear but you need to finish bringing her to the valley by completing the three "Forgotten Memories" quests in the Dreamscape and "What's Left Behind" before you can give the slipper to the Fairy Godmother.

If you are having trouble fishing out the pencil, there is a work around for that one. Fast travel to another area, it should move

Anywhere should work, worse case. You put a lily pad on top of it,save game and close your game. But fast travel should move it, or even entering your house. Aslong you get a loading done

Top left corner when you open your camera, if you are on a floating island. Make sure you have villagers on the island and then you can choose them to get in your photo( cant move them but will be able to choose who you want in the frame)

Only max can dig those shards up unfortunately if that’s what you mean by ‘dig in that spot’. Shards spawn in the darndest places. If you mean where you’re highlighted though, it might be because it’s near the ramp up.

So I unlocked all the areas in The Valley. Got Minnie in the valley. But I still haven't finished the Pillar in The Forgotten lands. That's the ONLY one I have to do. I just logged in in order to start working with Merlin to get that done, but I had to talk to Scar to complete the Nature and Nuture quest and then BOOM I got the animation letting me I have to start the quest with The Fairy Godmother. Every bit of research online has told me that I have to have ALL PILLARS COMPLETED.

So why am I able to unlock the Fairy Godmother now if I still have to do the pillar in the forgotten lands? Becaise asyou can see, I haven't completed the PIllar in The Forgotten Lands.

Just early adopter rewards as far as I’m aware. I got my moonstones and deluxe items. I submitted the ticket on December 4th via the qr code in game and emailed to gameloft. They haven’t responded

Are you able to see the conversation ID? Same thing with ticket support, as that should escalate the ticket priority. The only other way would be to submit another webform ticket but pick a different category and make your ticket description different enough that any AI/filtering they're using catches and archives it.

Not sure where to put this question so leaving it here —
I encountered the "Leaving Wonderland" bug where I accidentally watered the trees before I got the paint and my flower picking companions grabbed them. Now I can't progress the quest as there's no trees left to water, they're in my inventory as default "2x2" items. I just put them in a chest in my house since I can't sell or drop them. (I've already put in a ticket for this issue via the Gameloft DDV website)
However, I only started playing DDV 2 weeks ago and have never run into a quest progression bug. I don't know what the normal way to deal with it is. Should I stop playing until the bug is fixed? Can I keep playing and when it's fixed I'll still have all the progress I've made since plus I can continue the quest? I still have plenty of other things to do, but I don't want to lose however many weeks of progress I may make before the issue is resolved. Thanks for any help or answer!

If you have only been playing for 2 weeks I'd recommend you consider starting your game over now instead of waiting for a fix, depending on how much you want Alice and Cheshire. When your ticket gets answered they will just tell you they are aware of the issue and working on a fix. You will have to wait for a patch for it to be fixed, which can take months. If you don't care about having to be stuck on the quest for potentially months, then you can do other things and just wait for a fix. But it would be faster to start your game over by resetting your profile than waiting for them to fix it. Then when you do the Alice realm dismiss your pets first, and also make and maintain a backup save in case anything like this ever happens again so you won't have to start over or wait. #1295498853642010705

Again, they did not ignore you. It took them time to answer, those are different things. I suggest opening another ticket, now that yours is closed. Attach your proof of purchase from the beginning of your ticket, showing that you bought the game. Tell them you played during the time but did not get your early adopter awards, and request (politely! respectfully!) that they send them to you. And then...be patient. Once it has been a week, if you check your ticket status like you did before, it will automatically internally escalate it for you, just like it did. They are absolutely swamped with tickets and it just takes time and patience, unfortunately.

People have been watering the heart shaped rose bushes and the singing pansies in that quest before they are told to and their companions that pick flowers have been picking them, once the quest is completed they no longer pick them and the flowers are not otherwise pickable by the player.

Only certain items can be placed on them due to the size. You can only put single space items. For example an apple. But something like soil or fish you can't.

If she did it on a different console she needed to make sure she saved to the cloud manually afterwards, then when you opened the game on your console, you needed to choose cloud save when prompted. If you were not prompted to choose cloud save, then your daughter didn't manually upload to the cloud.

You need to get the old clothes from the realm, for Cinderella make sure you talk to TFG then talk to Cinderella, for flickers go back to the other locations, you can get them from those, you don't have to get any from Ratatouille realm.

Go to an island and enable her there, don't move her house there. If she doesn't show up, that means she is busy, either inside somewhere like the shop or eating, or busy with another quest. Check your log thoroughly for quests from other people that mention her, as she may be in a location for that quest.

There will be an option inside if a character is already in the house with you, but wherever you are it will only work when there are characters present in that area. It can't summon characters who are not already there.

If you finished the Flynn quests and don't have any other active quests involving Flynn or Merida, untrack the quest, reload the game, make sure the 2 meals are in your bag not pet rows at the bottom, track the quest, ask Merida to hangout, take her to her house then stop hanging out with her and move away varying distances to try to get the convo to trigger

To get the glass slipper you only need to complete "Miracles Take Time", once the first 3 memories are collected from the Dreamscape and the trigger warning appears you can go back to the valley and the letter is in your mailbox, reading it causes the slipper to appear but you need to finish bringing her to the valley by completing the three "Forgotten Memories" quests in the Dreamscape and "What's Left Behind" before you can give the slipper to the Fairy Godmother.

But I will give you the same advice I give even the newbies: take it one quest at a time. Start with one person and go until you are blocked - either by person or place. Solve the block and keep going until blocked again. The DLCs are nice because they're not quite so convoluted as the main valley, given that there are less characters.

That's the sound issue we are all dealing with. There is no permanent fix, we have to wait for a patch for that. But when it starts up you can try opening your inventory, talking to an NPC, or going in/out of a building. That will solve it temporarily

The mods do not escalate individual issues. They are for server related issues only, although we do ask them to flag things that are affecting a lot of folks. You need to check your spam email folders, as you should get almost instant confirmation that a ticket was created. Making multiple tickets only causes things to take longer for you

Truly, you're best off focusing on the main game itself instead of the star path. You'll get access to items necessary for the path by progressing in the main game and opening biomes
