There's not a way in game and I doubt many folks do that. You could make your own spreadsheet based on the wiki, which usually has all the info directly from GL on day one of a star path. That way you also aren't dealing with the potential incorrect info that apps often have

Yes. No hangout option has been a common glitch for like three updates. When nothing else works you just have to wait.

Don't forget to check any storage you put away, ToM wardrobes you may have put away in the ToM menu, fridges, potion cabinets, and storage that may be in house that you put the houses away with stuff still inside, as well as storage inside realms, such as walle realm fridges, Mickey's secret room, etc.

Make sure that your time is correct and that "sync to internet" is on as well. Sometimes updates make things weird.

After confirming not there either, go in and out of her house until she shows up or wait until later when she's outside or goes to eat/shop

So normal ticket times are a week or so, more around updates. This is a different kind of thing, though, and we have no way to know how long things take. Once it's been a week, if you have no response and you check the status of your ticket in #ticket-support , it will automatically internally escalate it for you.

As Dipper mentioned, people have to have done the whole "forgotten memories" string of quests. Those are story quests, not friendship, but what we know so far is that you have to do those.

You will get a mail, it will tell you to find the slipper.

Oh no. This is an old bug come back around. I don't think we ever had a workaround for it last time. Run around the pillar, see if you can find the spot. If not, nothing to be done. Restarting your game won't help. You'll have to report in #1448270468959309895 and, unfortunately, it means it won't rain in your game until the bug is resolved

You can reskin your house in WBR by going into furniture mode, clicking on it, then clicking the appropriate button for "replace"

Yeah, the ravens and max now dig up the shards but they don't give bonus ones like when hei hei and the teal dragon did before they changed the roles. The ravens can give bonus pebbles which is not a soil so why can't they give bonus shards.

Usually works for me, it is a known glitch that started with the latest update. Sounds comes and goes. Gameloft is aware, we need to wait. Until then it will be quiet most times

This is a known issue with this Update. There are several ways to temporary fix it. Open Inventory, Open Storage Boxes/Chests, Talk to NPCs, teleport to another area. This problem often happens when Teleporting to another Area or navigating through the Star Path Event menu.

My friend (not on discord) uses Nintendo switch 1, not the oled version. With the Wishblossom Ranch update her game is essentially broken. The graphics have lowered in quality massively, it makes her feel sick to play the game because of it, and nothing appears in the game as it should do (very pixelated, graphics not displaying correctly, lag, etc). She contacted Gameloft about this when it happened, they advised to uninstall and restall which she did. It didn't fix it and she fed this back in an email response. She was told it was being addressed in 10th December update. She's gone on today to see and it's even worse. Does anyone have any idea what she can do to fix this?

Unfortunately there's nothing she can do on her end. Its all coding from Gameloft. The rendering and visual quality on switch has nosedived off a cliff in the last several updates.

Hmmm. I play on steam on an older Alienware Ryzen, using Steam Link, with the following specs and I have zero lag.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core
16gb ram
64bit os/based processor
Windows 11

Make sure your drivers are all up to date with latest Windows 11 updates installed. Make sure you are playing the game on dedicated full screen, not borderless. Check your background processes for anything using a lot of CPU and shut any down you can. Try lowering the refresh rate setting in the game. Use an FPS meter to check if your FPS is staying consistent, or if it is spiking and dipping.

It depends on what kind of memory issue, if DDV is using an insane amount of memory, it's probably from the memory leak issue when not using dedicated full screen. The memory leak only happens on borderless. If you change to dedicated full screen and fully shut down the PC for three minutes, when you boot back up and launch the game again in dedicated full screen you should see a huge improvement.

Happens when the schedule glitches. You can use a gather photo item to get him to show up, but you still would not be able to hang out with him. You have to wait until the glitch resolves. You can try again right now since the schedule just changed, teleport to a realm and come back out then look for him again. Schedule changes every hour on the hour, go to a realm each time on the hour to update the map and check for missing characters/hangout option

You have to wait for his schedule to move him to the next place he is supposed to be. The schedules change on every hour, but each character has a varying schedule. So if he was supposed to be in a place for three hours, then you won't be able to find him until after that third hour on the schedule change.

Hi! I’m brand new to the game and seem to have completed all my available quests except for “Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust". I can’t for the life of me figure out how to complete it (if I’m reading it right, I need Wreck It Ralph items for the photos but none are available for purchase).

I’m also not sure what else to do now other than that quest. No other NPCs have any quests for me. Do I just grind in order to unlock the areas in the castle (I made the mistake of using all my currency on unlocking a zone which didn’t open up any new quests/tasks).

It only does that if you clicked on "New Game", if you can open the local save on another platform, even if it's a very old save it can overwrite the cloud and get your game back, otherwise you need to ask support if they can find one but it will take time and they may not be able to.

If I had purchased Wishblossom Ranch DLC on Xbox Game Pass (PC) and then saved and then transferred the save via file renaming to use on my NON DLC Steam game, would the DLC be active or would it just not let me play the game? I just don't want to shell out more money (Reason for 2 different accounts, Moonstones vary in price)

In the future follow this to make a backup save, it can be saved on a thumb drive: https://discord.com/channels/938880698478125057/1295498853642010705 but at this point starting a new game has overwritten any cloud save so you need the User ID from the old game if you wrote it down to ask support if they can find an old save, they may be able to use just the email but it will likely take weeks either way so you might just want to carry on from where you are.

To clarify, everyone who has the game installed on a device has every file needed for the entire game, expansions included. Purchasing the expansion simply unlocks usage of the assets. When you play the same save on multiple devices, the only asset that remains locked is the actual map. Everything else (characters, ingredients, crafting mats, tools/ponies, etc.) Is usable in the main valley.

If you have a current ticket open, do not submit another. It will close your previous one and move you to the back of the queue. Ticket times are always longer around updates. You can check the status of your ticket at any time via #ticket-support and if you check once it's been a week, it will automatically internally escalate it for you.

When they respond, or if you are putting in a brand new ticket, make sure you specifically request that they send you the missing items
