I think only pretty recent, last 5yrs or so Samsung TV's can run Steam Link directly as they use Android TV, need a Chromecast with Google TV or an ONN Streaming device from Walmart or a Fire TV stick otherwise - all plug into an HDMI input on any newer TV, I also run it on various Chromebooks and a couple of Android tablets, all those only need a Bluetooth controller and a fast WiFi network that your PC running Steam is also on to play.

Looks like you need to harvest those and plant more before you can water them, only newly planted or dried crops can be watered.

You had to water those carrots unless it was raining when you planted them, you already have the watering can so ypou just press the button indicated to water plants that can be watered, those carrots are grown and can't be watered, harvest them and plant more seeds then water them.

No, it streams directly to the screen, whether it's from an app on the TV or an external device plugged into an HDMI input, your phone is receiving the stream of the game and has to repackage it to cast it to the TV.

Yes, if your network is fast enough it works very well, I like to play with the various devices and ways to play and Steam Link is great if you already play on a decent PC using Steam, none of the lag problems from cloud gaming.

Only if you had two different save files, one from another platform, and chose to log in to switch with that Gameloft account attached to the other save it would replace the game that was on there. It warns you about that when you do that. However if when you moved to switch you did it properly, no it wouldn't cause it.

#1020465825859248169 has a lot of information if you scroll back, but it can be summed up as this: Hold maybe half a stack of things, but sell everything else. Keep some gems for quests, keep your wood and iron, but you can sell everything else. Farming, Fishing, and mining (for gems) will be your best options. Here's a graphic that shows you the top crops for profit by biome.

So this is either that the sync to internet is turned off (that happens sometimes and is why I asked you to check that) or else someone DID timeskip on your device. Those are the only two things that cause herbs/spices to be unable to be harvested, and that's the one consistent side effect of time skip. Doesn't even have to be for this game, if it was done on the device at all, even for another game (animal crossing being the big one), then this game is affected. I have been attempting to merely log in on the PC to enable the cross save with my switch (accounts already set up) consistently says there's issues connecting to the cloud, since around noonish, and the only other message I get says my credentials are invalid, but I've yet to receive a password change email. Both issues have been sent to Gameloft individually

Just to be clear, you want to move the game on your switch to PC, and which PC platform?

On switch, open the game to title screen, click cloud, and check the email you are using there to make sure it's the one you are entering on PC. If you can't remember your password, reset it from the switch, not the PC. Back on PC, log completely out of your steam account via the steam desktop client, then log back in. Once you have the password changed, enter the info.

Check each location again carefully, and after you check inside the treehouse, check outside in forgotten lands too, dig every hole. Make sure you talked to the jade skulls and answered their riddle to get their note. Make sure you fished the note from the cursed cave. After checking all locations and doing all of the above, check all storage, including realm storage. If you still don't find it after checking all storage, submit a ticket and ask support to mail you the missing note.

As far as we know, there's no upper limit to the bonuses, so it's really just up to you whether you prioritize certain jobs or try to spread them out. Some people have all their characters with the same job at once in order to maximize that bonus.

The crystals for Gothel take at least a day but usually more, the sunstone takes 24 hours to grow, the quest for the sunlit pillar takes three days, the quest for the Dreamlight tree takes three days, the quest for the Capy picture for Mirabel can take a week, Buzz's alien quests take at least a week, have to wait 24 hours to get the relics quest, the Stitch quests to unlock him took a total of at least 9 days.... And more. A few of the time locks have been removed now, but there's always more.

You need to go back to the PlayStation, make sure her game is still linked and logged in and sync again to the cloud. If somone unlinked her game on that PlayStation, there will be nothing to pull when you log in on a different platform. If that's not an option, and you have her account ID from the PlayStation game, you can submit a ticket and ask them to recover the cloud save for that account ID.

Again, it depends which step of the quest you are on. If you the quest says to FIND the feather, the feather is on the ground as soon as you enter the portal, you do not do the maze at all. If the quest says to FOLLOW the feather, that's the part where you do the maze through the fog.

No, if you have 16 Gardeners, you would get +4 carrots. To start having a chance at +9 you would need 17 gardeners and it would be a very low chance.

It's a moo point now though if you already rolled back. Okay, let me grab the clean install instructions but first make sure if you have any third party antivirus you disable it, then follow the instructions I'm about to give you, and after you clean install, log out of your steam account through the Steam desktop client and log back in, then launch the game.

This doesn't mean uninstall/reinstall. (OPTIONAL) First make sure you sync to the cloud so it's up to date, by pressing sync in the game settings under help.

Then you need to make a backup save following this guide: #1295498853642010705 - after that, open windows file explorer and search 'this PC' for "dreamlight valley'" - delete ALL folder results EXCEPT the backup you just made, and your pictures folder in my pictures.

Then uninstall the game through your gaming client. Empty recycle bin. Reboot PC. Reinstall the game. Open the game and log in to your Gameloft account if not already and let it pull your cloud save.

It shouldn't matter as long as you follow the path exactly where the prints are supposed to be while wearing the mask, and received the frozen thorn in the mail and the here and there debris. But if you follow the path exactly while wearing the mask and you have the items and it doesn't progress, the gems must have broken it even though you don't need to interact with the prints.

The more likely issue is that because of the gems the item couldn't spawn, and receiving it in the mail did not count for progressing the quest.

The debris spawns around the frozen thorn, so either you didn't follow the path correctly while wearing the mask, or the gems prevented the thorn from spawning but somehow it didn't get sent to the mail. But again, the prints don't matter. They matter zero. Their only purpose is to lead you to the item. The item is the only part that matters. You do not need to even be able to see the prints, you don't interact with them, you only follow them. As long as you follow the path wearing the mask and find the item, that's all that matters. So watch a video to see the exact path and follow along while wearing the mask, if the item appears great, if it doesn't then the problem is that you prevented it spawning.

Yup. You need to keep decorating sessions short. No more than 5 minutes, then back out and let it save, go back in and decorate more. It cannot hold the position of so many items in longer sessions than that

That can happen when you spend too much time in furniture mode, we recommend backing out of it so the game can save changes every 5-10min that will avoid all your work disappearing.

Not in the store, when you first open EI there is a yellow chest in front of the store and many have stashed the glue in either that one or the one in Eve's room that you get the armor from.

I’m currently on the switch and I feel like I run into a lot of problems. I had to restart my valley because the lost in the dark grove flower for Donald Duck would not spawn and now I’m at the beginning trying to get WALL-E and the boot in the pond won’t spawn it’s been about 2 hours of catching the same fish and I chat GPT and apparently it’s the same glitch as in lost in the dark grove which is “Common for switch users”

Nope. Furniture is purely RNG. Buying things out doesn't make new things appear. Just make sure you buy everything with a red dot, since that indicates something you don't have. A LOT of the basic items have a lot of variants.

Clothing, however, does not repeat, so buy out all of that!

Hi - I need help. It looks like I deleted a user profile for my ACNH game from my Switch 2, so now when I clicked on DDLV, it says I have to check my virtual card in the Home Screen. I checked and it is showing DDLV as downloaded on the virtual card. But the user that plays DDLV is not recognized. There is no set time for them to respond. It could be hours, it could be longer. They don't work nights, last I knew. IMO, you're always better off sending a manual ticket. But you can check the status of your ticket (and that includes chat) via the #ticket-support . It does not update real time, it won't tell you a message is waiting. But it will give you an idea of what the status is, and if it gets to 7 days without a resolution, it will internally escalate it for you.

It says that the virtual game cards has been loaded, but when I clicked on the game, it says “to play this game, you’ll first need to load the virtual game card on this system”. So I went back into the virtual game cards and it shows is as “downloadable content”, and there is a little blue disc. But when I go to the Home Screen and click on the game, it asks who is playing and I click on my user, I keep getting the “to play this game message.

Well, at current, there is a bundle that will allow you to get both current DLCs. Come Wednesday that will be gone, and there will be one to get Wishblossom and SBV, but you have to get Rift separate. So it's wholly up to you what bundle you want, or if you want to buy them all individually.

You hold down the button to cast and release it to land the bobber. When the bobber lands in the circle, you tap the button once to hook the fish, then watch the circle as it closes in, at the right time you tap the button again. There is a guide on how to fish in the game guide settings of the game that shows you this process.

If after following this you still cannot do the mini game, go into your settings and turn on the hold to fish option. With hold to fish enabled, when the bobber lands press and hold the button and do not let go until the fish is caught.

Hey gang so I've been having some issues with the rift in time dlc, I owned it but I couldn't access the content (I went away from ddlv for awhile) so I uninstall and was going to reinstall but now it's completely vanished and is expecting me to pay as if I never owned it, pls someone help 😀😭
