They are in blue bubbles on dazzle beach only, and they do share a spawn with another fish depending on time of day. If you're having a hard time getting blue bubbles, make sure that you are fishing all the other bubbles to make them disappear, increasing the odds that you will get another blue one to pop up

Have you been checking the very top section of the Grasslands, in front of where you first find Rapunzel? It can be in the grassy areas on either side of the creek, if it's not there it's most likely in storage as it looks like a radiator but has a quest symbol.

I’m playing using Xbox game pass but have purchased both DLCs. I have recently started having a lot of game issues. If I purchase and restart the main game what happens to my DLC progress?

If you purchase the base game with the same Gamertag on Xbox, it just means you can play it without game pass, nothing else changes and the game doesn't restart, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, that often fixes issues caused by the way update files are added.

Hi! So I just added another house to my valley. I have my main little cottage, which I put in the forgotten valley and now I have this beautiful Rapunzel castle in the plaza. I’ve really been enjoying that the castle is it decorated or matching what I had in my other house inside and I can decorate that really regal. the only issue I’m coming up with is that in this new house, It doesn’t seem to want to let me add any floor level so I only have the first floor. Is that normal for All the houses besides the main one I have or am I missing something?

Nope, you cannot have any other main house, just additional houses. You can change the skin on your main one so that it is what you want, but no other house can be the main aside from the one you started with.

In short, I have a few missions where I'm supposed to follow certain characters to complete the quests, but they don't do anything, and as a result, I can't complete them.
This only happens in the Fairytale Valley world.
It happened to me with Merida’s quest (Rivalry and Archery) and now again with ades’ quest (Mythological Restoration).

Have you tried untracking the quest, fully exiting your game, restarting your game and then retracking the quest, this often fixes broken quests. It fixed one of the Merida quests for me (and a few others)

I am having an issues where in the Eyes in the Dark quest, Nala doesn't appear after she leaps across the thorns at the very beginning.

There has been an issue with several characters missing in the realms.

First, if you have a pet equipped unequip it and go out of the realm and then back in.

If that doesn't work proceed to the steps below but please make sure not to skip anything and do the steps exactly.

1. Untrack the quest so it isn't showing on screen.

2. Save the game and fully close the game.

3. Launch the game again and enter the game.

4. Open your quest log and track the quest again by clicking on it, so that it shows again on the top corner of the screen.

5. Go back to the realm through the dream castle (not fast travel) and search again.

He's playing boats!!!! 🤣 There's been recurring issues with characters not being able to hangout for short periods of time. Try teleporting to a realm and coming back out and seeing if that works. Try going to a floating island and enabling him on the map and seeing hanging out works there. Reload the game and try again. Otherwise just have to wait it out, it will come back.

PC Clean Install

This doesn't mean uninstall/reinstall. (OPTIONAL) First make sure you sync to the cloud so it's up to date, by pressing sync in the game settings under help.

Then you need to make a backup save following this guide: #1295498853642010705 - after that, open windows file explorer and search 'this PC' for "dreamlight valley'" - delete ALL folder results EXCEPT the backup you just made, and your pictures folder in my pictures.

Then uninstall the game through your gaming client. Empty recycle bin. Reboot PC. Reinstall the game. Open the game and log in to your Gameloft account if not already and let it pull your cloud save.

I recently updated my cloud data from switch to ps5. I actually put the cloud content onto my husband’s profile on the ps5. After I made my own ps5 account/profile, I tried loading the game and cloud data onto my own profile but the menu says that the cloud account is already being used by another profile on ps5. Is there a way to log out and move it to my ps5 account or can I reset the profile while my cloud data stays saved still? I definitely don’t want to risk deleting it all on accident

Wood is by biome, and every biome has a set number of wood it can drop. So "flat level" doesn't matter in this context, it's just "somewhere in ancient landing" for example.

I'm not sure what you mean, but try removing any foliage that might be interfering. If the spot disappears after you cast, then turn on hold to fish so that you can just hold the button to fish without needing to see the circle

Yeah, the only way to do it is to move the house off the river kit and onto an existing water feature. Then you can move it off the island. Since Frosted doesn't have a native water feature there is nothing you can do.

It might be an issue with you putting one in before you had them all. I haven't seen this before. I can't remember how the flag was interacted with, if it pops up a box try to take out the one you put in. If there is inventory box, try untracking the quest and reloading the game and track the quest. If that doesn't work, I got nothing.

Cloud save failing doesn't make you lose progress, but choosing the wrong save when prompted does. If you are playing on the same device you last played on, you always choose local save. Cloud save should only be chosen when moving to a secondary device.

i always cloud save as a back up it never has asked me to choose a version when i load the game on my pc i dont play it asny where else

i had just amde a storage room for EL and was about to work on one for stotrybrook when i saw that the room reverted back to a previous dreamsnap from the peterpan release

Cloud save is not a backup and does not function as one, it's only purpose is to transfer your save between different devices. If you weren't prompted to choose between cloud and local, then your cloud save isn't the issue, your local save is. Local save failing most commonly happens on switch when an SD is used, but it can happen on PC as well, usually when the game is installed onna drive other than C, but there's rare cases of it happening regardless. It's best to maintain a real backup save just in case. #1295498853642010705 has a guide on how.

If however you mean this error happened when you exited furniture mode after making a room design, that is a different issue and means you were in furniture mode for way too long. You must exit furniture mode approx every five minutes to make sure changes are being saved, the game can't handle too many changes and long design sessions

When coming back i have the "You got mail" Quest with mickey where i have completed all of it but the last part "Use Scrooge's sign to unlock Daisy's House"
But i have never received the house and i have completed everything with Vanellope and placed the Visit portal

I have watch videos etc and still can not work out what ive missed or if this is a known issue as i powered through to another area

This doesn't mean uninstall/reinstall. (OPTIONAL) First make sure you sync to the cloud so it's up to date, by pressing sync in the game settings under help.

Then you need to make a backup save following this guide: #1295498853642010705 - after that, open windows file explorer and search 'this PC' for "dreamlight valley'" - delete ALL folder results EXCEPT the backup you just made, and your pictures folder in my pictures.

Then uninstall the game through your gaming client. Empty recycle bin. Reboot PC. Reinstall the game. Open the game and log in to your Gameloft account if not already and let it pull your cloud save.

You may also need to log out of your Xbox account and log back in, reboot PC and log out and in again before trying to load the game

The problem is somewhere in your connection with Xbox. Either your account or the Xbox network. You need to try uninstalling the entire Xbox app and reinstalling it and all the necessary components for it. The user ID it can't get is your Xbox ID needed to load the game, because the game itself can be loaded without a player ID without issue.

And put them in like a hidden off spot , on your island and that stops the sticks from spawning randomly. Can you do that in this game , with the random sticks , flowers , ingredients , ect. . Yeah thats normal. Either pick up and drop as many wood as are necessary to prevent spawns (for example, in the glade it would be 10 hardwood, 10 softwood) in a stack, or just hide all the individual pieces in your decor. The big piece here will be making sure you dont equip critters that can pick up your hidden items without setting them to not pick up anything.

You can also force spawn some of the obstacles. For instance, if you place paths everywhere in the Frosted Heights, but then remove 4x4 spots in specific areas, eventually ice will appear in those specific spaces.

The red dot is because of the premium shop mails not coming in - tons of people are getting that, and it's been flagged, so no ticket necessary there.

For Dreamsnaps, go to settings>help>save to cloud. Exit at least to title screen if not all the way out. Go back into the game and do those steps again. Then check your mail.

Everyone has the red dot of doom, from premium shop mails. But that's not affecting other mail. What is it that you are trying to get from the shop? Those things are generally just...given when you purchase them.

Check the hidden tab in your wardrobe. Dreamstyles for villagers are equipped through the collection menu - go to collection>characters and then go to the character, select them, and choose the dreamstyle you want for them. None of that comes in the mail, it's just automatically given when you purchase them.

I struggled with this this morning - that duty is ONLY for the bonus items, which they throw when they are level 4.

And no, if your inventory is full, no one can pick up anything.

You need to use the recommended updater for the graphics card you have. Nvidia cards use the Nvidia app, AMD cards use the AMD Auto Detect Tool or AMD Radeon software, for Intel they use the Intel Driver and Support Assistant.

First go to the top, left corner of the Steam interface, click "Steam" and sign out, then reboot and sign back into Steam, this has been fixing the 2nd error for many and it may fix both.

I'm leaving the bonus items that they're finding for them to pick up but they aren't picking anything up. I've unequipped them, restarted my game, re-equipped and they're still not picking anything up. (This goes both for their bonus items they're finding and the bursts)
