Mandini's Quick Cross-Prog Guide

1. On main platform, open DDV to the title screen. Click "Cloud" and either create an account if you haven't or make sure it's logged in if you have.

2. Load the game. Go to settings, help, and click on "sync to cloud" - make sure it says save was successful, then exit the game.

3. On second platform, open DDV to the title screen and click "cloud" and enter your gameloft account information and log in.

4. You will see a popup that shows you the cloud save it pulled from your account, with your player name, experience, days played, etc. and you want to hit accept. That's it!

5. It's important to remember to always manually sync to the cloud before closing the game, that way your cloud save will always be up to date and ready to play on all your platforms. If you don't do this, you can lose progress by opening an older save. As long as you always sync it, you'll be fine.

IMPORTANT: You can only transfer your save data to a platform profile that has NEVER made a DDV save, meaning it CAN'T already have a player ID when you check the settings page on title screen.

NOTE: If the second platform says an account is already registered, it means you have used your Gameloft account to log in on that platform before under a different player account. OR. It means the profile you are trying to use already has a user ID assigned that is different from the save you are trying to attach. It does not have anything to do with platform 1, so never unlink your main account trying to transfer to a second platform, it won't work and you might lose everything.

There is a possibility that they could be in the arborist's room in the mine, that quest opens the room and if you have it available it would be an idea, it's his level 7 quest.

my crate full o fish will not let me open it. It does nothing. I was actually able to go back into Aladdin’s realm. Get the last two keys and do that. I am left with charcoal that shows it’s for something, the gold shards will not let me make anything with it (I have 34). This is what I’m left with. And I also went back into the monsters Inc. realm and got that done.

Hopefully that's where they are hiding, I've done the quest many times and this is the first time I've been stuck, also the first time I didn't have that room open before getting the quest.

If you've finished all the Aladdin realm quests, the gold shards should be able to be crafted into gold nuggets, and the charcoal should be able to be crafted into coal.

If you've finished Goofy's "The Ones that Got Away" quest but the fish crate can't be used at all, it sounds like it's glitched, so I'd just ignore it. Sometimes extra quest items get stuck and they usually remove them later, though I don't know if they know about this one.

Having that key still in your inventory suggests you haven't finished unlocking everything in the Alice in Wonderland realm? It would end with unlocking the big gate at the end.

I had to restart my game for some reason. The gold shards were not turning into gold Nuggets. I had to restart twice. Finally got it to work. And I actually just tried it again and it let me open the crate.

There's a whole sequence of things to unlock, and if you haven't done all the ones in one section you can't move on to the next. It's actually probably easiest to find a video of them, because of how mazelike the whole area is

Is this a glitch? This morning I had a task that involved a curious young villager (Alice) but I don’t have her unlocked yet. But then I loaded the game back up again just now and that task is gone and has been replaced by this one. I haven’t done it but it says 10/10 and doesn’t let me collect it or do anything else. I quit the game and restarted it and it still shows the same thing. Am I glitched out one task for the rest of the Star path?

And actually cooking the meals doesn’t make it go away either, I tried that too

is there any real rhyme or reason to what color pools spawn when fishing? i’m trying to catch specific fish and i’m only getting white pools.

It's pretty much random, you can catch blue ripple fish in white and fishing all bubbles gives better chances of the color you want respawning, also you can use potion to turn white ripples into red/gold ones.

I harvest and plant crops while buddied up with them, carrots or sugarcane both work well if you have 200 or so spots, need to go around 2 or 3 times (5-600crops) to move that far.

You can't place lure traps in the Valley, only in Storybook Vale, unfortunately

Hey all, I picked up Wall-E’s items earlier in Daisy’s house in the Furniture Fluster Quest. Those items have now disappeared entirely. Not in my pocket inventory, not in my storage boxes, not at Daisy’s house.

I have:
restarted the Switch
Fast traveled to a different dlc
Talked to daisy and wall-e
In and out of daisy’s house

I’m stuck in this Cheshire Cat quest because I picked up the items out of order.

The switch does not appear to have a restore from backup… that said, I looked through my chests manually vs searching for the items in furniture mode and I found all 3! It didn’t categorize them as quest items or furniture. All better, quest complete!!

Sometimes you can turn them off on the map, enter/exit a building to make it take effect, then turn them back on and do the same thing. Depending on the villager, there's certain places you can look where they hide. Who is missing?

Oh they absolute can! That's the best way to level them regularly, without gift spamming. Make sure you do the daily convos and gifts, but 100% have them follow you around while you do stuff. And welcome back! If you have any questions or encounter any issues, don't hesitate to come ask us.

Thats the odd piece. I've not had it not work then - only if rain caught the first water (because it doesn't function on subsequent watering). The charges not going down is a good sign - they should only go down if the elixir works. Can you plant 1 crop and water it?

Tt means "time travel" or timeskipping. Most often happens on switch - lots of folks use it for other games. You do it by intentionally changing the date between game loads to try to manipulate whats available. Unfortunately it breaks ddv. Usually the only course of action is to wait it out, or restore a backup that was made prior to the tt incident.

Do you mean by keeping the saves separate? As mentioned, you cannot merge saves. There's no way to take your pc save and your ps5 save and smoosh them together so you have the items from both in a single game.

If you want to play the same save from PS on you main Steam account you need to wait, otherwise you won't be able to. Once a game is created you can't import a different game. To make an alt game on steam you'd have to make a whole new steam account and use family share.

Only time it pulls cloud is if it detects a difference and it asks which one you want and you click load cloud it loads the local save by default

Something else you can try is untracking the quest before saving and reloading, then retracking. Sometimes that helps more

So, guys, could you help me out?
I recently started progressing through the main quest again after buying the PC version of the game. I’ve been rushing through it — no friendship quests, no realm characters, just focusing on the main storyline. Of course, I unlocked every biome.

I completed all the Pillars in each biome, and finally did the one in Sunlit Plateau. I planted the Orb of Nurturing, watered it over the three days, and the animation triggered as expected when it was fully grown.

However, I think the issue might be that I unlocked the Forgotten Lands before the Orb was ready, and now, the main quest seems to be stuck. The Fairy Godmother doesn’t appear, and no new quest triggers after placing the Orb back into the Pillar.

Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know what I can do to fix this or what might have caused it?

i’m trying to utilize a better storage system right now, and i’m curious how everyone else makes use of that chest that comes with your house and always has the same stuff in it

currently i only use it to keep dreamshards/ nightshades since they are the one thing that i collect across multiple biomes and some of each critters favourite food so i can easily access it from every biome, (i have a separate large chest in each biome for biome specific resources i collect)

but this leaves the “ender” chest (as i call it since it sorta acts like an ender chest from minecraft😅) very empty most of the time and i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for what else to keep in it to help make gameplay easier?🫶

Option 2 is she can forego having the achievement and do the event next year, but retain all her vacation progress.

!support your only option is to see if support will have your old game data if you have your old player id, you accidentally overwrite your save with hers when transferring save data you have to use a a different user as it can only be a single user to an account per platform

Both of those are common game errors. For scramblecoin it usually works if i go back to the home screen then click back into the game. For the solid characters, sometimes fast traveling to a dif map works. If not, a reload def does

For gameloft support id just provide proof of purchase and the fact that your microsoft account isnt attached to your gamertag and ask if they can correct it by sending the items to your game. May also be worth asking microsoft if there's a way to associate your microsoft account and your gamertag.

The only real option is to look for them. You could try a ticket to support and ask if they send you the missing dolls, but no guarantee that they will or that it'll work.

If you have any paw prints in the realms or any dig spots still left in the valley you can finish what you have but no more will spawn so if you don’t have enough currently left then no not fully
