dreamlight tree takes about 4 days of multiple waterings ( dont be tempted to use fast grow potion) here and there are easiest outside circles between 6 and 10

You have to water the dreamlight tree every 8 hours even when it doesn't look dry. It won't highlight but you have to water it anyway, every 8 hrs, then it takes 3-5 days to grow. The here and there fish can only be caught between 6-10, fishing outside of bubbles like for seaweed.

Might need someone else to save it from your shop and then put it in their own shop for you to come save. Not sure if that's still possible, I haven't tried it since they changed the shop to show the owner of the designs. Can also try equipping it from the mannequin and see if that works.

It's the most annoying repeating bug, the second most annoying repeating bug is how they can never remember to make villagers not ask for new garbage you can't actually get yet.

Every single time they add something new to the game files that comes out later, the villagers request it immediately. Every. Time.

The one that's in the normal menus is easy. Just leave the red dot setting active for inventories, then open furniture and go to all and open clothes and go to all and you can remove the red dots really fast that way, and it removes them from collections too without scrolling endlessly through collections.

Hi, I need help with a bug I’m experiencing. I have Tiana all the way to level ten and I’m on her quest called “Back From The Bayou.” I have to place the inauguration ribbon next to her stall however it appears to be broken. I ask Tiana what to do further and she tells me to speak to Scrooge and then then I go to buy it, it has a lock on it. However I can still buy it. It has no blue Diamond on it marking it as a quest item. I’ve tried buying it anyways and placing it but to no avail, I’ve tried picking it up and replacing it, still nothing. I’m just stuck and can’t progress. Any ideas?

All the reports of this glitch that I've heard said they could not pick the ribbon up, it can be very hard to see in furniture mode so you may need to carefully look around for it.

The three are a different item. You generally cannot pickup the quest one once you place it, so make absolutely sure it's not placed somewhere- sometimes item glitch through the ground and end up in a random biome, so search everywhere in the valley

I made the mistake of placing it in front of Mulan’s house first, as decor. It most definitely let me pick it up but maybe that’s still not the original ribbon then. I will look everywhere.

The quest ribbon has a much larger footprint than the store ribbon, because it's a picture item, so it takes up a lot more spaces in a larger square.

I wouldn't say most, but it's not uncommon. Luckily they added clearer instructions than they had before

In the boutique, open furniture inventory. To the right you will see the the list of tags that Daisy wants for the challenge. The tags under the heading that says Both means you have to use both furniture and clothes with those tags. Search one tag at a time, place the items. Then go to clothes. Dress yourself in clothes that match the tags listed under the clothing heading and the both heading, then interact with the mannequin and put the outfit onto the mannequin, just like you do with a mannequin in your house. All tags need to have a check mark next to them to show you completed that requirement. Clothing requirements don't check until put onto the mannequin.

Go to clothes, and use the tag quirky and see if you have a shirt that is quirky. Put it on then put it into one of the mannequins. If you don't have a shirt that is in the quirky tag results, go to all and put on anything quirky and any shirt

Next, open furniture and go to the quirky tag. Then click into tables. If a quirky table is in the results, place it. If not, go to all, and place anything quirky, then go to tables and place any table.

The two ways to leave Dreamlight Valley and go to Eternity Isle are to fast-travel through the map screen or use the ancient vessel in the Dream Castle’s Stardust Port (the way you got there in the first place in the very beginning buying the DLC).

well there must be. Quest line has been glitched. It tells me to water the boutique in Daisy's house. But I done all that back in April. And I had a huge issue where everything froze. When it told me to place the boutique in the valley. And then my quest went back to ' Water the Mini Boutique in Daisy's House ' have sent video proof and everything. And they havent helped

Ah, that's a glitch not specific to that quest, it can happen with any quest. If you have a backup save you can fix it yourself by recovering your backup. If you don't have a backup save your best bet is to start your save over from the beginning and this time make and maintain a backup save in case of catastrophic crashes. #1295498853642010705

On PS you can only make a backup if you have PS+ and have auto sync to the PS cloud turned off. If you don't have auto sync turned off, the backup gets replaced every time you close the game, backing up glitches.

Do you already have the rainbow fox companion? Generally there's only no interaction when you have a second golden potato due to a glitch that occured a while back. You can only do the quest once, so the second golden potato is not usable.

The gold potion is the first one you make, so if you have the other potions you have the gold potion somewhere stashed away. Check all realm storage, and the secret room in the castle etc.

We are having an issue regarding missing furniture (pumpkin kings throne) and Gameloft are no help whatsoever reached out to them 3 times they are absolutely adamant that we have it on our furniture lists but We have gone through ALL the FURNITURE multiple times and it's not there! Yes jack's friendships quest is completed and Max level. Does anyone else see it on the video? We have had several people look and they all agree it's not there Gameloft are no help. Feell like they'd rather call us Liars instead of admitting that something is not right. Family love this game and spent £100s buying dlc and moonstones it's actually quite upsetting that we've been palmed off like this. So if anyone can spot it in my furniture lists please speak up

We are only players here if they are saying it is in the list but you cannot find it it would appear in their systems you still own and it is possibly placed somewhere you may have forgotten if it has entirely gone missing then include pictures of all the biomes and furniture list to let them know as they only see what their code shows should be

If it isn't in your furniture inventory then you placed it somewhere. You can't buy another one and placed items you only have one of don't show in your furniture. You need to find where you placed it.

You need to systematically check everywhere. The entire isle as well. Each biome carefully. Every floor of your house, as well as place every house you own and go into every room.

Do it again, and video that. That's the only way to prove to them you don't have it, is by systematically placing every house and going inside them all, every room, every biome. Not by showing them your inventory. It's also not in my inventory. Because it's in the forgotten lands where I used it for my DreamSnap recently.

Even then, they might not give a second one to you, since after the quest you don't need it for progress in the game anymore, and apparently they don't want us to have 2 of those thrones.
You can't "delete" a furniture item. So in theory it couldn't be gone.

Now due to bugs reality and theory don't always align, so it's worth trying to convince them with proof like how Sir Mandini described. But there's really no guarantee they will.

And there's nothing we can do for you sadly

I think in theory support could send you the quest version again. But you have to be absolutely 100% sure it's not placed somewhere or you'll be stuck with an unmovable ribbon forever.

I already told you that support cannot help you. You only send a message to support if you don't get the items back that you are supposed to once you reset your game, get through the castle, and check your mail and inventory.

If you have already restarted and did not get some of your items, please send a ticket to support at the link below. As of right now, ticket times are anywhere from 1-5 weeks because of the ticket volume. Please be patient, and do not submit multiple tickets as it will just move you to the back of the queue.

Hey there! If the player ID on the game is the same on both platforms, then you can't reset one and not the other. Your two options are to either make a new switch player profile to play a new game on, or contact support and ask them to completely unlink your game from the switch so that you can start over with a new player ID. (don't use the unlink button on the cloud save screen, that is not what it is for.)

Okay so I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, then I realized that the shop resets on Wednesdays not Tuesdays. But my shop still wasn’t showing so I messed around with my time/date and find out it was set to 11/13 instead of 11/12. so I switched it back and now I can’t harvest any crops. What do I do? Because if I switch it back to the 13th yes I can get my crops but my shop will be non-existing…I’ve looked on Reddit and other people have had these issues. Any help would be appreciated.

My sisters are very excited to be able to finally access the DLC!!! I followed the support instructions to contact Gameloft since I purchased before March and they sent me a code telling me to use it with one of the secondary accounts since the Main Account already has the DLC as owned.
I did this but now only the secondary account it was installed on has access to the DLC and the third account on my console still doesn't have access, can anyone help?

I can tell you that you will need to install it on internal storage NOT an sd card. You'll also want to remove the sd card during updates or you risk the update installing to the sd.

Make sure DDV is fully closed after each session, either remove it from quick resume or exit from the game card, fully shutting down the console and unplugging it for 5min can also help prevent it, or at least delay the onset of the bug.

Ok so you shouldn't be able to use those in making a gear path.
That means they should still be somewhere, in your storage, or you haven't caught it yet.

Try untracking the quest, closing game, power down the console (and undock if applicable) wait for at least 5 minutes and start everything back up. Track the quest again and see if it works.

Rift was only available on release day from within the game after installing the update, assuming it will be similar this time.

You wont be able to get the cosmetics from the gold edition once it leaves on the 20th of november at reset time. At that point you'd have to buy the enchanted edition that includes the base game + rift + storybook. You would forfeit the gold cosmetics and get the storybook cosmetics instead.

I dont think Gold is going to go back on sale. The only thing i can tell you with absolute certainty is that if you want Gold specifically, you'll need to purchase it before it is discontinued on nov 20th at reset time.

As it stands, we havent received any indication that cross-prog will be available on 11/20 but we also typically dont get patch notes until 1-2 days prior to the update.

I can't find any other requirements, if you already caught the night mite, you should have a quest for Merlin, otherwise it will be running around the plaza or meadow, I have not heard of it being missing or elsewhere.

If your plaza or meadow are heavily decorated, it may be much more difficult for you to see the bug. Its black and purple and leaves a purpleish smoke trail as it runs.

It's a whole other area, it's not going to be like the valley. They're broken by rifts, that doesn't change. You can clean up the area, remove things to make them less "Cramped" if you want to

When rift dropped, it wasn't available until an update was installed. My guess is it'll be done the same way here, but we dont really have a way to know, since this is the first time they're releasing a dlc separate from a content update.

Xbox says everything is working for whatever that is worth, you may just have to keep trying until it works, definitely log out and back in from inside the Xbox app before each try, I have a feeling Xbox services are not working right.

If you are on the same device you last played, you do not use the Gameloft cloud save, if you are using Xbox cloud gaming or it says Xbox cloud services are unavailable you will just have to wait for them to be back up.

!support Moonstones are platform locked, so technically they're not gone but stay on the original platform, where you can do back to to spend them, and use the items you bought across platforms.
The gold edition items should not be platform locked. I think it's best to ask support for help.

Unless you mean you are using multiple accounts on the same switch. Then only the one who bought it gets the special items and extra Moonstones.
I did get support to move them from the main account to the account I actually use, but it was quite a trouble.

Yes they do, but they can be hard to find, being green in an area with lots of plants.

You have to do their quests, not just have their friendship levels up

You cannot find rich soil in the forest, they are wrong. Rich soil comes from crops, and wheat is the fastest.

Dreamlight isn't too hard to grind. Focus on your little dreamlight duties that pop up. If you have extra dreamlight and night shards, you can make purified shards and eat them to help.

Creating a gameloft cloud account and saving to the gameloft cloud will also preserve your save. That way it'll be available on another platform if yo choose to purchase on another platform (except playstation at this time)

So a lot of the expansion quests and item requirements will be contained within the expansion, however this is what i'm prepping.

This is what I plan (as a casual'ish player) - 100k coins, a handful of dreamlight shards to boost socials, enough food, some general resources (wood, cotton, glass, etc) - anything else to be aware of?

You don't have to claim it within the week. They don't delete the mail. You just have to log in to the game to receive the mail, then it has a normal expiration date like other mail and you just need to claim it before that expiration which is longer than a week.
