You can just use your Gameloft cloud save. When you log in the game with your Gameloft account it will pull your cloud save.

thankfully, the new DLC will have its own tabs, similar to what Rift has, so that will help considerably. However, you should know....that as I make changes to the master file, they will not change your file. You will either have to download a new version, or figure out how to add them to your own file. I can help with that, but as I don't want to flood the helpchat with that (update weeks are absolute MADNESS around here) it's easier to do via DM as I have time. 🙂 And it usually takes me a few weeks to get everything updates.

Then make a backup save on your old PC following this guide #1295498853642010705 - then open the game on your new PC and log into your gameloft account and let it pull the old cloud save. Then using a jump drive or emailing yourself the backup, follow the recovery steps in the guide to recover your backup save from the old PC.

I can almost guarantee you will have to for star paths. I think this last star path had 2 duties to do daisy challenges. And it's really not hard once you've done it and understand what it's looking for - and you can always come ask us for help and we will help you figure out what's needed. 🙂

Easiest way to think of it is, DreamSnaps. It's exactly like doing a DreamSnap, except you put the clothes on a mannequin

HELP!! My brother got DDV on steam yesterday. I got it for my niece on her switch a few weeks ago. My brother tried to help her with a few things on her account before he started his account on his steam. So he logged into her cloud save. Once he was done he logged out and UNLINKED her account. She then went and played on her switch while watching him create his world and was telling him how to play... fast forward to today and she went to log in today and her world is gone and his is on her switch ... even tho she was playing last night at the same time he was. we are lost and confused how this happened

Filter one tag at a time, you can place as many items as you need. The tags at the top that are under the header of "both" means you have to place furniture with those tags, as well as put clothes on a mannequin with those tags.

The growth potion is known to bug the tree and make it not grow fruit. All you can do right now is wait and see if it grows new fruit. But if it doesn't in the next two days, you bugged your tree by using the elixir.

!support You can't logout of a save, unlink only unlinks the email so it can be changed, what must have happened is that his Steam account, and new game are on her Gameloft User ID, You need to ask support to recover her save from before last night, give them the date and time this started so they can hopefully recover the nearest save before that, you also need to have them unlink all saves from his Steam account so he can start his own game, he will need to uninstall the game and remove all save data for it from Steam, he also needs to follow this to find and remove the save folder instead of backing it up; https://discord.com/channels/938880698478125057/1295498853642010705 , once you have heard back from support that his account is cleared, he can reinstall and start a new game again.

Install and buy it through the Xbox app on PC if you don't already have an Xbox, the DLC "may" transfer to Xbox console but you would have to buy the base game again or use Game Pass for it, the game will run ok on many PC's though.

The short answer: because it's the rules.
The long answer (which is ENTIRELY an assumption, as to my knowledge, GameLoft has not officially announced why ToM is barred in snaps): It has the potential for inappropriate submissions. Additionally, not everyone is creative, and a ton of people vote on snaps as a whole rather than specifically on decor or the outfit. Adding ToM in the mix would provide an unfair advantage to those who ARE creatively inclined and/or are great at ToM. To keep everything an even playing field, ToM isn't allowed.

No I agree. I don't know why there are like... zero basic white items in the game aside from the ToM items. And I do really wish they could code basic white vs. decorated differently so the basic versions could be used in snaps. But alas, here we are 😦

It depends. If things are telling you to look for something or go somewhere "in the evening", it means after 6pm. But there's a specific quest where you have to look for things at morning/afternoon/night and the times there are wonky as heck.

Hey, has anyone encountered this before? A furniture quest item disappeared for me, I contacted customer service and they mailed it to me. It's now in my inventory where I can't place, drop or interact with it at all. Any idea on what to do?

Sadly there isn't really. Keeping a gold bar is smart because it increases the chanse of a burst, that could give a bunch of them all at once.
Other than that my tip would be to fish out all the rippels, no matter their colour so new ripples can spawn.
They can both be in blue and white, but most commonly in blue.
Do not use a potion as that will turn the ripples orange, so you won't be able to catch Tilapia.

Personally I fished out all the ripples, then camped by the pond as that was the spot that kept respawing the quickest for me. Then do something else in the meanwhile (like on the phone) to kill the time while waiting for it to respawn. (Which takes a few minutes each time)

I haven't done that quest yes, but going by the wiki, at some point in the quest you need to show that item and 2 others to Jafar. Were you already past that when your tree disappeared?

Can you show what your quest says?

If you are to place that item as furniture (which is the step after showing it to Jafar) then support send you the wrong item. And you would have to reply to their mail and ask to send you the furniture version of that item instead.

Thats the only thing i can think of. The stall is random generation, though it getting stuck on chicken is odd. If you have multiplayer there are many players here willing to trade or give away items. You'd have to ask in one of the chat channels

When I go to furniture > houses > player’s houses, I only see the seaside villa she got through a premium shop bundle. When I place that house, it has different stuff inside — not her original house. On eternity isle, her main house is still there with all of her stuff inside.

You can't demolish it. This is a rare bug, we have seen it before, and only support can help unless there was a back up save to revert to. THIS is one of the reasons we push backups so much.

If you have Nintendo online, follow this guide to make a backup save; https://discord.com/channels/938880698478125057/1295498853642010705 then uninstall DDV, make sure you have 25G+ free space on the internal storage, move things to the SD card until you do, then power down and remove the SD card, reinstall DDV and check to see if her house has returned, hopefully it has and you can replace the SD card after exiting DDV and powering down again.

No, the earlier version will have been overwritten if auto save was on, just want a backup of it now in case of disaster, a reinstall on Switch is pretty safe and will hopefully restore the house.

Oh okay, we did already try uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game. didn’t restore the house. 😦 we are pretty devastated - she spent so much time decorating the house, it had 4 floors and all the rooms, plus all her stuff was inside.

Not sure what a Disney login has to do with anything, the DDV cloud save account is separate from Steam and can use the same or a different email, you can change it by going to the Cloud save screen from the main menu and clicking the "unlink" button, then create a new Gameloft cloud save account with the other email you want to use.

Just go inside the indicated locations and they should be there, you do not need to take either of them or hang out with them.

That task is just opening more memory orbs, the Remembering quest has nothing to do with the Star path, it's just the usual poorly worded task.

Your game glitching should have nothing to do with the cloud save or email addresses, try verifying your game files in Steam or uninstalling/reinstalling the game, also make sure there is plenty of free space, 15G or more on the storage DDV is instaed on.

You need to go inside the ruins, to the room the rift is in, to the left from the trapdoor, see if they are there.

Pick it back up in furniture mode and move it to the correct location, if you can't select it - dropping a house on it will force it back into your furniture inventory.

I tried everything I couldn't figure out why my game Is glitching so bad. For my cloud storage is 100gb.

On my other steam account it ran fine smoothly no glitching what so ever. Then I logged into a different account and bought DVD and the dlc again. Gameloft unlink my previous account. So I can play on my new account with the progress I had on my old steam. I play on the same PC. Just wanted a different steam. After that it is glitching, but my other account ran smoothly.

If someone could help me that would be awesome I am willing to do remote access. I can't figure it out I know it's risky to do that.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game may help but it may not, checking for Windows and video driver updates may also help.

Try going back to your valley and activating the valley visit portal to get a code, then shut the portal down , go back to Ei and look behind the waterfall at the entrance to the room the robot suit was in.

So when it comes to the game, there is a natural order of progression. The game tries to push players toward specific realms and biomes in a specific order to both continue the main storyline as well as naturally unlock and progress with certain characters.

Thats why some realms and biomes are cheaper than others. The game tries to have you unlock everything in order from least to most expensive.

I only have a 60 hz TV, I get smooth 60 fps on Hogwarts Legacy, and Fortnite, but I’ve heard it’s a mixed bag with DDV. Last night I planted some pumpkins (500 of them). I planted them in the Glade of Trust. As I was finishing up the last row, it started to rain and, naturally, watered the entire plot. I went to bed understanding that, when I got up, I'd probably have to water them again. (Last I remember, pumpkins take 4 hours and require 2 waterings.) - All that said, when I got up this morning they were fully grown and harvestable. Only the one rain watering. If you've been waiting for a while (some of us seem to have deserts for valleys, some live in perpetual monsoon season), you can try and contact support. Let them know you've been waiting for weeks (or months, whatever) and it just hasn't rained and you're stuck on this quest, could they please send you the herring that you need to progress.

That's not a purchase receipt or a website, and that's a code they gave you in order to redeem the DLC on a secondary account, not your main account. If that isn't what you asked them for, they misunderstood your issue.

Create a second account on your Xbox console, attached to its own Microsoft account. Make sure to set your Xbox to the primary console for the new account. Then follow that link they gave you to redeem that code. Redeem it, and if it's successful, you should then get the DLC available on your console on that second account. When you switch back to your main account, you should still have access to the DLC as long as the Xbox was set as primary console for that new account.

Yep. You just wont be able to get mail, enter snaps or collect snap rewards, or open blue chests. Also if you're traveling across timezones, we recommend disabling the "sync to internet" for your time (this way if you DO connect to internet, the game wont view it as timeskipping)

The 600 is unique items limit - that means you have 600 different types of items out and that's too many. To get that number down, you have to remove ALL of one item. Example, if you placed 5 simple wooden chairs, removing all 5 of them would take your number down to 599.

Take a breath! There's no time limit, you don't need everything finished all at once! If you have a favorite character, focus on them for the joy of it! Otherwise, it's best to focus on the quests that are shown in the main story section of your quest log - that keeps you the most up to date with the main game story progression, and is the most important for new content updates. But there's no need to rush, enjoy the journey!

So what I did was choose someone and do their quests until I reached the point I couldn't because I needed someone else or a different place. Then I did what I needed to with them until it either unlocked my first person or I got stuck again. That way I didn't have a bajillionty quests to overwhelm me

If you are already feeling a bit overwhelmed I think that is a good idea, although there is no penalty at all for just going to the Isle and doing a little at a time - those quests only take place there, so if you wanted you could use it as a vacation from main game quests just any time you feel like it. Whatever suits you and your play style! 💜
