I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I’m doing “ all the right notes” and it won’t let me cook the tea or soup for the quest, the bar is fine with other food but the second I add her herbs it greys out and I can’t cook it

It plays really well on the switch for me. It takes forever to load up but once your on the glitches have been a lot less than they were before.

It definitely plays well for me and I do like that it’s portable and I can hook it up to my TV if I want the full screen version like my PS5 would have if I had it on there. For me it’s more worth it on the switch but I know everyone’s different I just like that I can play the game outside of my house as well

One thing of note however if you love to decorate, the item limit on series x can be 6k, while on switch it's capped at 3k.

The graphics quality on Switch is much worse than other platforms, and it shows on DreamSnaps. There's no blur background capability on the switch when taking pictures.

Tbh once I upgraded my ps5, it’s hard to play the switch in general. It runs so well.

I play on switch and the switch really struggles with the game sometimes. Especially when it rains the game stutters/has lag a lot for me. It's still playable though.

I do like playing handheld though. I can just play whenever I want, oftentimes in bed too and on the road.

Basically the sunrise triggers at 5am so go off of that, the dusk one will take a bit so make sure you water and stuff but it'll APPARENTLY take 48 hours to grow. So when it says takes a bit plan for 2-3 days (my step rn)

So I originally misunderstood what step you were talking about you have to like after, restore them and the dust fragment is through watering in the forgotten lands. So you plant it there and wait 48 hours for it to grow.

Only other advice I usually try is to save and reboot your game and hope that resets the sparkles. NGL, a lot of the time a restart is the best fix.

Quickest way is Dreamlight duties. You can turn dream shards into dreamlight but you may need these for quests so I personally don’t use them until I know I won’t need them

This sounds like you stayed in furniture mode too long/placed too much stuff before exiting and the game got confused or the computer overheated, either way it crashed and a relaunch should get it going again, you need to exit furniture mode to let it save fairly often.

One of my achievements for clearing night thorns is glitched and I can't redeem or advance it, And the one quest about chasing the gears on eternity Island is glitched at 9/10 Even though I already got 10 gears

The night thorn task is glitched for everyone. It is still counting in the background so if you reach the next tier, you will be able to claim it.

For the gears, have you tried throwing all 10 into a chest, untracking the quest, saving, closing game completely (not to quick launch - fully exiting), reopening, retracking and taking them back out of storage?

And it depends on what you are moving around or doing, the game seems to be constantly re-rendering everything on screen while in furniture mode and it puts your device under a huge load, just have to feel out how much yours can handle without a break.

How would it work with the dlc? If I buy it will she have access the same as with the game? Or do I have to buy it for each account?

Yeah, that seems to be an issue. They made them smaller, with the intention that they only be big when the hourglass is equipped, but they seem to have made them so small we can't see them at all.

Floors and walls goes like this: Prior to update 5, they weren't being tracked at all, even if you bought them. Update 5 brought some changes to scrooge's and you were allowed to buy floors/walls even if you already owned them and they would appear in your collections tab because they were finally being tracked - but anything you were not able to buy still wasn't tracked. Then, update...8 I think...brought the new change where it now had a dedicated space in the shop but you could no longer buy ones you owned. This last update they fixed some of it, but not all. So things are still really weird. (the collections tab is my passion since I run the Check it Ralph sheet and help out on the wiki a little)

You have those items when the account is the same. However the issue with people who already have games on PlayStation and already have games on other devices is the accounts are not the same, as each game has a different Player ID, therefore it's gonna be a mess.

Example, I bought the cozy edition on Switch and I have the cozy items on my Steam save, where you couldn't buy that edition, because my player id is the same on both platforms, due to transferring my one save initially. People on PlayStation and another platform with already established games though are likely going to have choose one save over the other, or make a separate console profile for the different saves.

We will just have to see, but based on Gameloft's handling of saves and accounts so far, I am not banking on a smooth or easy solution.

yup! Just need to access the sign outside to fully upgrade so you can add skins, but the elevator inside will let you add rooms and make them bigger. When the main room is the biggest, you can add three side rooms.

Yes and no. if you own the DLC on one platform, on the other platform that doesn't own it you will still have access to the DLC characters, any DLC ingredients and seeds stored in the valley, and can still use the hourglass in the valley. But to physically GO to the Isle, the platform must own the DLC.

Following those instructions is your only hope. This has been an issue for over a year now, and Gameloft has not even acknowledged it as an issue. They have fixed this issue for a total of zero users. Our workarounds are the only things we have that work and allow online play. If the first solution for Xbox PC fails, you can also try using your phone as a mobile hotspot and connect your PC to it instead of your home network if the other options intimidate you. The way I'm reading that is they need something showing that the player profile you asked about was the same one that your receipt shows as buying it, it should have nothing to do with the cloud save account unless they actually want you to create one, I'd advise replying to their message and ask for clarification, they tend to reply quickly in my experience.

Yeah, the flytraps seem to have a low spawn rate. I can usually fairly reliably find a green guy in that space between the wild tangle and the dunes.

Assuming all star paths are the same, there's a maximum of i believe 1200ish tokens necessary to claim everything in the star path. If you include the cost of premium at 2500 moons, then 100 moons for every 10 tokens, you're looking at roughly 14500 moonstones to purchase everything without doing a single task.

It's not technically a problem with the game, it's a problem with your Internet connection. It means your connection is not reliable. You have too much packet loss to be able to upload your save to the cloud, which is a different issue than unable to connect to cloud services. You have to find a way to either improve your internet stability and connection, or use a different network, such as using your phone as a hotspot with compatibility extender turned off.

Yeah, the hotspot doesn't always work because it depends on a lot of factors. For example I had someone use their own phone as a hotspot, would not work. Their friend was visiting and they tried the friend's phone and it worked.

Is there a method of which people use to farm for the watering flower memories? I'm at the point where I'm 100%ing my collection's tab and I'm lacking those. I'm aware that certain bugs were patched, but I was curious if anyone knows if you can just keep watering flowers repeatedly, or if they must be dry for them to drop anything? Or if there's a nifty little trick to assist with this.

I suppose I have the same question for critters too. Can I repeatedly feed critters, or is it once a day for the bottom right checkmark?

Critters, once a day. If they have a green check, no memory chance.

Flowers, they have to be dry. Dry flowers spawn in at 5am. To maximize chance of watering them you need to check as close to 5am as possible because as soon as it rains (which can happen with the game closed) the flowers are wet and then no memories.

To make this easier for me, personally, I move all the flowers in each biome around the dreamwell of each biome, so I can quickly go around and check for the dry ones.

Hello I havent been able to find the sunstone for mother gothel in forest of valour for months. I go at night

Make sure you haven't put it in storage anywhere. When it's in storage it says it still needs to be found. Otherwise, most players find it closer to midnight 12am, but it can spawn all the way up until 8am. It doesn't stay spawned though so you have to catch it. Start at 12am then check for it every hour after.

Time bending buddies are honestly a lifesaver. Get as many of them as possible and you should be getting 1k each time they do the swooping thing at least. That's what I did. I have 28 rn and I get 1350 ish each time they gather a mist bonus.

Make sure you're using a variety of pieces that can move in different ways. You want to think one move ahead. Obviously the goal is to get coins, but it's also about positioning your pieces to stop your opponent from getting coins too.

I had the part where it told me tp Pick up the Mini Boutique in Daisy's House and then place the Boutique in the Valley but then the quest glitched and went back to watering the botique in daisy's house. And been stuck like that since June... and havent had any success or follow up email from support email since. They basically said that its being looked into and will be fixed on the next update. But that update didn't fix my issue

As of the 5/1/24 update, blue chests specifically no longer spawn in EI and ONLY spawn in the main valley (and again - you have to actually own the dlc for chests to spawn there). My suggestion is have a friend over to look for your blue chests. I struggle finding chests in my own valley but excel at finding others' chests.

Aside from the extra touch of magic pieces you can customize is there any benefit for doing any of Daisy’s Daisy Boutique challenges? ToM isn’t my thing and if they’re the only rewards I get from the challenges I don’t want to waste my time.

New/beginner here and wondering if anyone can help. I did the Scrooge signs all four and placed them. I logged out for awhile and came back. It saying my task isn’t complete. The sign is no longer under my furniture option in the store or the backpack

Make sure all 4 are in the Plaza, around Scrooge's store is best, pick them all up and replace them if needed.

Make sure you are in dedicated full screen, not full screen borderless, also have vsync turned off. If still having some issues may need to play with view distance.

Scrooge grand reopening. Place his signs around the village. Access your inventory via the backpack icon, then find the Scrooge store signs ins the furniture section. I should have known something was going to happen. Every time I talked to him he said the same thing after the task was checked off and completed.

I prefer doing Remy first, since his restaurant is a nice boost to friendship and needed for the star path. If you are thinking you want to restart id definitely do it now, so you have some time before the next star path starts to really progress!

I did moana first because pua. 😂😂 but you're right - you're so early game that restarting might be more advantageous than running around finding the signs

The best way to make money early game is gardening. Plant and sell carrots until you unlock tomatoes, then tomatoes until you unlock okra.
