Funnily enough - the mining potions work for vitalys crystals. Not so much for onyx seemingly. Make sure you bring a buddy when you use potions.

If you wait 5min for the autosave before force closing the game, you should not lose any progress, after fully exiting the game I advise powering off your Switch, out of the dock for at least 5min to clear memories that could be causing the lockup.

Nope. It's stuck. But that's no reason to reset your profile and start the game from scratch. The book isn't needed for anything, it's just to sell for star coins. They'll fix the extra stickiness at some point.

Events are only turned on for specific time frames. Sometimes folks will encounter a bug where they keep spawning after the event is over, but that is fairly rare, and would only be for games that were active at the time of the event. This is something new, that has not been encountered before.

Now this one is not new, although mostly rare. But we've had folks with wrapping paper still actively spawning when the eggs came out, or candy buckets that were all cleaned up when the wrapping paper came. Those two things are hard to miss, since they're just in one biome and the paper is only outside Scrooge's!

But if you want to make sure you got all buttons and flowers, use a vacuum if you can. It picks those up. Do a full sweep of your biomes and then you will for SURE know

I’ve been having a problem with opening chest and getting repeat clothing rewards. Last dreamsnap I got a hairstyle i had already bought (was posted in different channel)

You could consider removing the custom items on the first 2 mannequins inside the boutique. The problem is that they show in the front windowsills too and that causes the dreamsnap issues.

If you remove those items, the mannequins reset to default non custom items and you'll won't have any issues from them in dreamsnaps anymore.

To remove the items, interact with the mannequin and select the items that you put on the mannequin twice (once to select and then again to deselect) and then accept.

What colour was that crocodile?
Non of the crocodiles should be around 5 days in a row. So if it is the same (colour) crocodile for 5 days in a row, I think something is bugged, and that's then probably also the cause that the feedings won't count.

But for example the green crocodile is around on Thursday Saturday Sunday and Monday so maybe you've veen mistaken that you also saw it Friday.
If that's the case, your game is not bugged but a crocodile takes at least 4 but possibly more feedings so this particular one might just allmost be there

Yeah this is why I was asking because if they have a schedule then something must have been bugged. I was after the white crocodile and was trying for several days in a row. It was always one of the first things I did every day I got on. Bugged makes sense why it never worked! Thanks 🙂

No I was saying that if I’ve been on the game for over a week then it definitely has been closed because I have to sleep and eat etc at some point lol. I close it every time I get off several times a day and overnight. I’m on PC. It also wasn’t 5 days in a row for the white croc but it was several days

With the recent announcement of being able to play cross platform from Playstation and soon be able to use cloud save I'm thinking of dusting off the switch where I have a founders edition game save. We stopped playing on the switch because of all the bugs and abandoned that save for the playstation. I think if both games have a different player ID, that wouldn't be possible.

They are not very likely going to give the items of the switch game to the PlayStation game. Unless maybe you have them both on the same account.

However I would recommend to first wait until they actually applied the new cross saving. Because non of us here work for the game and we can only guess how they are going to make that change.

Potentially you could consider bringing the old switch save to your PlayStation. Because regular progress can be done again. But starpath items and founders items cannot be gained again.
But if you have starpath items on the PlayStation too... you would lose those too so that's a hard choice.

Because they are very very random, and the schedule is not the same for everyone, it is impossible for us to tell you if there is a bug. You just have to watch your collections tab to see when it's available.

However, if you can get your hourglass to 4, you will unlock the ability to "upcycle" things. Visit someone, get ONE of the V8, and then you can turn any other extra fragments of the same "level" into dust, and then MAKE the V8

I have recently had my Xbox profile unlinked so that I could pull my Switch cloud save back to my PC to continue playing. I have Xbox Game Pass, but have also purchased the game and expansion on both Switch and through Xbox Game Pass. I got it! 😁 I had to pick either of the saves (neither of which matched my cloud save) to get to the settings where I made sure that it wasn’t connected to the cloud save email. I reset my profile completely, which apparently forced me to start a new game. Then I was able to log in using my cloud save and it restored everything in my Switch cloud saved file. I played for a couple minutes and then cloud saved again. I just opened it back on my Switch and the changes I made synced. Both of my games are now running with the same user ID so I’m back to where I was when I first started to play. Thank you!!!! 😊

How does one find the fairy god mother when she’s just not on the map??

When you go to map on the left there's a tap you can open. There you can select who is visible on the map and who isn't.
It is kinda buggy (at least in my game) but sometimes it helps to select and deselect the missing character. Even if they don't show on the map they often respawn in front of their door so you can catch them there. (Unless their schedule says they are at remy or scrooge or sleeping)

If that doesn't help, it might just be due to some quest progress. Do you have all orbs in the pillars for all the biotomes except forgotten lands?

I heard for some quests if you play on apple arcade you have to use controllers to be able to grab something. So I have been trying to get the dark wood farm thing to work and I can't get more than two to three wood to spawn. I adjusted the plaza trees since I first placed them a few times. First time I thought you had to move them 4 squares apart so I tapped right slightly four times and it didn't work. Then I thought I had to use the wood pieces as a marker so I moved the trees four wood pieces length apart from each other snd it still doesn't work. Can someone help me get the dark wood farm to work?

It sounds like you might have put it in a chest to keep it safe - this is what most folks do. Check every chest, fridge, wardrobe, dresser, aquarium that you have out. Check world storage - there's plenty of weird storage spots scattered about.

Yeah, it goes a bit faster with the zoom way out but ugh it is very annoying. You'll also probably notice that a section in the Frozen Heights cannot be accessed by the hand at all.

There were quite some complains about how fast it was originally as people struggled to get items on exactly the right square while decorating.
I suspect this was their first attempt to address those complaints. But they took it way to far to the other end of the spectrum and also didn't forsee the issues it would cause when you can't nove the cursor fwom the middle of the screen. (Like unreachable areas)

I hope (and slightly expect) that with the next update they will make changes again. Because there have been a lot of complaints about the new system now.

okay - not sure why they aren't growing but: water them even though it's raining. There has previously been a bug where rain wasn't actually watering crops and while we haven't seen it come back, it's worth a shot. Also, should they show dry again, use a watering can elixir on them.

Yes it does. But unfortunately with the time change the game may think you are time traveling which can cause issues. I'd recommend (ideally before you left the UK) to turn off "sync to internet" on your device so the device stays in UK time.

It's the one where EVE needs you to put the power cells in the north room, rapunzel needs to sing in the east room, and gaston needs to pose in the west room. I put the power cells in (they wouldn't go in with drag and drop, I stsumbled on right clicking the mouse worked), now it tells me to go to Gaston or Rapunzel, but I can't engage with them.

One piece probably bounced somewhere when you dug up the big mud puddles. You'll just have to check closely for the little piece. You can also check all your storage incase it accidentally got stored.

Those items tend to be under the Disney category, but you can check the wiki for other tags. Green should also work.
