Those are just there, all you can do with them is read the title, they are decoys for the more important one you can pick up.

Look in Utilities, filter by universe=other, trait=wondrous to narrow it down, btw, I use the same tags but category all for crafting tables.

If you make another one and still cant find it, then you may actually been skipping over it as "effie" said. I too have passed it by several times in my inventory. The icon picture is smaller than you might expect it to be

The traits tags for it are: Lavish, Calm, Strong, and Wonderous. Try adding all 4 of these traits to the filter.

It was probably a glitch then that the first one you made never really got crafted or you inadvertently exited crafting mode by hitting the wrong button. I've done that before, and swore I made or cooked something and found it never came into my inventory. Happy for you that you got what you needed though.

There is no fishing glitch, the bubbles do not respawn so if you have not caught all 10 salmon there is still a bubble or bubbles out there to find.

Totally different question but is there somewhere I can see what edition of the game my friend bought for me? I play on switch. I thought he said it's gold edition. But in the mailbox I only got an 8000 mail and no special items, but I do have access to the rift (just haven't entered it yet).
And internet says the gold edition comes with more moonstones and a house skin and a capibara and such a I got non of those... or do I need to unlock them somehow?

As soon as you start the quest the gold circle is already spawned in as soon as it is raining. It doesn't need to be made to spawn by fishing other circles, it's just THERE as soon as it rains. If it is not there, you likely already fished it and put it in storage and need to find it.

Try a sync to cloud just before trying to open it.

Make sure sync time to internet is turned on and sync to the cloud before opening. If the message still occurs it means the anti cheat was triggered. When the anti cheat gets triggered (by time discrepancy, sometimes by accident through changing platforms) the way to fix it is to not open ANY blue chests for four days.

They seem to have increased the allowed time difference between platforms the last update, I've had very few balky chests even when collecting on a different platform each day in one alt and the 2 locked out chests I had prior to that update were openable after.

I've kind of had this issue, if I recall--I put the game down for a while because my game refuses to let me enter furniture mode without crashing--but I just toggled all my lights on manually and left them on 100% of the time. Though, my chronically sleepy brain can't remember if they turned off automatically or not when I left and re-entered the game. Does it do that to you when you re-enter? ; n;?

!support - on your steam version of the game, if you have EVER played it before, you were assigned a player ID. You can only transfer an existing save from a different platform to an account that doesn't yet have a player ID, meaning an account that has never played the game. You will either have to ask support to unlink the player id from your steam account, or else make a brand new steam account and use family share to load the existing save you want on the new account.

I originally had the game on switch, and then bought a pc and moved everything over via cloud save. If I wanted to start a new game on my switch, will it also wipe everything on my PC or is there a way to unlink cloud save so I can have a new account on my switch and keep my old one on my laptop? Yellow chests seem to stick around until you open them, but green ones will only stack to 3 between the valley and isle (if you have the DLC), once there are 3, no more will spawn.

after using all my ancient vacuums in my village, the lil timebending orb that's usually floating around is just...gone. not in a single biome. there was originally one floating next to the pond in the Meadow and it's poofed. i haven't even used my timebending on them yet, but i had planned to.

But like I do all the stuff to get moonstones like getting the chest and voting on dream snaps doing more on star path to get as many as possible but like i always seem to barly have enough to get the signiture bundles and etc

Best way to earn free moonstones is by entering a snap every week.

Dont buy things from the premoum shop. But what mandi said. Entering dreamsnaps weekly guarantees at least 300/week if not more.

If you get higher scores with your dream snaps you also get rewarded more moonstones, so that can help. I don't think you'll be albe to buy all premium items without putting in extra money though.

The signature bundles have zo far never left the shop so they're not in a rush to be bought.

That quest has two parts of you are trying to complete the Boutique part of the quest. Part one of the task has you put an outfit that you create on one of the mannequins on the floor. Part two requires you to talk to Daisy and complete one of her challenges, which means you design on the platform matching the tags she gives you. What part of the quest are you on?

If it still isn't connecting online we have a fix for that. As for the other things, a lot of that sounds like input issues. If you are playing with a mouse, make sure in devices your mouse shows up as a mouse, and not as a generic USB device. If it shows up as USB device, update your mouse driver. The game really works best when played with a controller, the kbm coding is not great.

For Daisy's Challenge, you use regular items, not stuff you design yourself. You use normal clothes and put them on yourself, then you edit the mannequin on the platform to give it your outfit. Add regular furniture from your furniture inventory to the platform to meet all the required tags. The tags listed at the very top are required for both furniture and clothes, then there are clothing requirements tags, then furniture tags.

Even if you had 1k of every item, you'd never run out of "storage" because the items in your furniture and wardrobe inventories dont count towards anything.

Also your house is capable of 20 floors, all with 1 main room and 3 side rooms. A lot of folks will build themed rooms for funsies.

Double check any/all storage, including: realm storage, mickey's secret room, potion cabinets/aquariums/refrigerators, the yellow chest at the docks in EI, etc.

Its a quest item so it cant be sold or dropped. Can only be placed or stored.

Your windows are empty because there are a finite number of costumes and dresses and clothing doesnt repeat. Once you buy everything that spawns there, the windows are empty.

The accessory bar is 100% rng. So it "rolls" for whatever items to provide daily*.

Ive been told the clothing display can also work the same.

So if the accessories bar "rolls" things you already own, you get the sold out placard.

Also its... hard to say whether or not you have tbh. The last 3 updates barely got clothing added tbh. I think the monsters inc one got the most and thats simply because of the goggles that come in like 5 dif colors.

In one of her friendship quests she'll lead you to the last part of the main story.

Note that the "main story" is relatively short and a major focus is on all the side/friendship quests and on the cozy elements of just decorating the valley as you please

If you contact them and you don't give them time to respond (response time is a week on average) and you contact them again, it closes your first one and moves you to the back of the line. You must be patient.

In that image it looks like your pathing is disappearing? That is happening to a lot of people. There's nothing to be done at this time but wait for them to fix it, hopefully in the next update.

Those of us who already had the game before the release of gold edition in December were given the gold cosmetic items for free, but the mail had to be claimed within a time period that has now passed. You cannot. You can pave an area, leave holes/gap where you want them to grow, and then pick them up and let them spawn back in and never touch them.

It's not a problem I've seen anyone have. Try removing the items completely, then exit furniture mode. Then open furniture mode again and go to All, scroll all the way to the bottom right before the grayed out items start and the couches will be there, place them again, and try again to destroy them with your axe.

I am currently on the quest with Maui “tale of stone and fire” (I had started over a while back and am getting back into it) but anyhow when he tells me to follow him to look at the debris on dazzle beach, he’s like stuck going back and forth on the ramp to the meadow no matter how many times I talk to him or restart my game and going to his house he then runs back there to continue pacing 😢 idk how to get him to continue in order to progress anyone have any tips or experience a similar issue before of a character being stuck?

Can always try: untrack the quest, save game, exit game, reload game, retrack quest, reattempt. Sometimes that fixes the npcs

Hey everyone, I just had a quick question. I play on switch and pc but want to keep my save data on my pc only, will removing it from my switch completely delete the cloud save or just on the switch?

Before you remove it from switch you need to unlink your account. Make sure your game and save is up to date on PC. Then open the game on switch, and on the title screen choose cloud. Click unlink under your Gameloft account info. Then exit the game. You can then delete the data. Do NOT reset profile in the game settings. On PC afterwards when you load the game again, choose keep local save if prompted. However keep in mind, this will not let you be able to start a new game on the switch. Once a save is created, that's it. To start a new save you have to also start a new switch player profile.

Incorrect. The game is stored on Gameloft servers via their cloud services. When you create a save on a device profile, a player ID is generated (or in the case of bringing a save from a different platform, transferred) and that player ID is linked to that device profile. You can delete the data all you want, but you cannot change your player ID, and when you open the game Gameloft servers recognize the player ID and recover your Gameloft cloud save.

No. Same goes. Again, to create a new save, you have to use a new player profile, or else you can start your current save over by wiping its progress. You can not have two different saves for one player ID.

I don't want to get into all of the specifics because it's a lot of technical overload, but technically it's possible to wipe only one, but you shouldn't do that because it's messy and complicated and easy to mess up. Also, if you plan to ever visit your other valley by doing multiplayer with yourself you wouldn't be able to because it would create a session check every time you logged in one while playing the other.

So no, really, you cannot wipe one and keep the other. To create a brand new game, you HAVE to create a new profile on switch that has not played the game before. The ONLY other possibility if for some reason that is something you just really don't want to do, is to contact support and ask them if they can remove the player ID associated with your switch profile. Those are the only two options.

Oh, no, that sounds like you may have placed it on a rock in the glade and it bounced, those are usually found along the wall in Sunlit overlooking that area of the glade, if you wait for dark (or use the slider at the bottom of the graphics settings) they are easier to find because the crystal glows.

It will work, though the game runs quite poorly on switch however, the outdated switch really shows its age with this game. Also switch does not let you have the increased item limit you can have on higher performing platforms, which can be a drawback if you love to decorate.

I play on a Switch lite on occasion, docked Switch OLED with controller quite a bit more and PC mostly but Switch is usable if you don't care much for decorating and I love my lite for portable use.

I'm not trying to make it harder on you, but I don't want you to have too high hopes either. The Switch is very limited by hardware capability. I have it on both Switch and Steam and the only time I will play on Switch is in a hospital waiting room. And yes there are storage chests. The difference to decorating is that on higher performing platforms you can place up to 6k items around the valley, including trees, furniture items, flowers, etc. on switch, the most you can have is 3k. With 8 biomes to decorate, 3k limit is quite the challenge. But that will mainly depend on you and how much you love to decorate.

Check under Settings/Gameplay to see if you turned off the requests, some will still show bonus but that disables the bubble, you have to talk to them, they usually kind of loosely follow you.

You must have started the game on vacation or when your Switch was still set to the default time and the game staye set to the time zone it was first started in, there is currently no way to change it.

Then you need to uninstall the game through the Xbox app, then delete the folder you just made a copy of, only then should you reboot your PC and try reinstalling DDV, hopefully it will let you put in your cloud save credentials this time.

Since DLC is a paid add on, it makes sense that you need to purchase it separately on each platform just as you have to buy the base game to play it on another platform.

If you want to reinstall DDV on your Switch, make sure to use the same player account as before and before reinstalling I recommend removing any SD card so it installs on the internal storage, after starting the game it should find your cloud save and once loaded will hopefully be where you expected, you can put the SD card back in after exiting DDV and can then leave it in.

How do flower spawns work in each biome? Has anyone monitored that? I dropped 12 Nasturtiums and 9 Impatiens in the Forgotten Lands, but I haven't seen any new flower spawns for two days. In the Glade, I dropped 19 Milkweed in an area and only got one spawn. In the Frosted Heights, I dropped 12 Lilies, and I do get new spawns. I was trying to show my area when Moana decided to dance on it...

Hi everyone! Just joined here, but have been playing since launch
I already did a terms search here so i saw people had some issues with the same thing as me, but not exactly the same situation.
Several weeks ago when the Alice bundle returned to the premium shop, i finally bought it. I remember i had about 500 moonstones leftover and i played for a while and saved properly. I didn't log on again until a week later in the new shop cycle, and when i did i noticed suddenly i had over 2000 moonstones again? I immediately checked my entire inventory for the Alice items and they werent there! It just... unbought and refunded itself. Nothing else was undone from the same save, just that. Anyone know of this glitch?? I'm probably gonna submit a ticket.

hello i am doing the “ Breaking the Ice” quest and i gave Elsa the warmth of summer potion and then saved my game and logged off without mining anything. I logged back and now she wants the potion again but its not in my inventory. When i go up to her and select the quest she just tells me the ingredients. I can’t craft it since i already did once. Has anyone else had this problem or something similar?? What is the possibility of gameloft sending the item to my mailbox? Will they have to reroll my save? Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

Did you request for them to send it? If not, thats fairly up in the air. Sometimes they'll do it proactively, most times its reactive (so if they dont send it when they first respond, you can always reply back and ask that they do!)

No i agree, and it was the correct thing to do. It may take a bit for them to reply (seems its been taking about a week or so) but they will get back to you as soon as they're able. The only caveat is make sure you dont submit even mlre tickets - that will close your current ticket and move you to the back of the line.

You have to do the level 10 quest to obtain the reward.

I need some clarifications about the Starpath moonstone rewards from page 7 and buying an additional 100 tokens (AFTER completing the STANDARD PREMIUM Star path):

If you already spent the 10 tokens you have left over, and then buy the discounted 100 tokens after that, can those newly acquired tokens be used on page 7 again?

And is the “+100 token premium” path still more rewarding than the “standard premium”? Or have any values changed recently?

If you can still purchase tokens, yes you can still use them on the last page.

Yes purchasing the bundle with extra tokens still nets a lower cost star path than the standard premium path. More info in #1224028347454197790

As Far As I Can Tell.

Grabbing The +100 Token Thing. Is The Same As Grabbin The Standard Version.

Just With The +100, It Makes It So You Can Skip 6 Quests. In The Star Path. Because You Unlocked Everything. From The Early +100.

Whereas If You Don't Grab It. You Gotta Do All The Missions. To Receive All The Pages. Includin The Page 7 One.

It also nets a lower cost in the end because of the amount of moonstones achieved if you do the entire path anyways.

I Always Grab The Premium With +100. Cause Sometimes There's Quests I Can't Do (Due To Missin Character). Or Some I Just Don't Wanna Do. Like Mine 10 Shiny Gems. Or Fish For Certain Fish. lool I Skip Those.
