2. It is likely Daisy's Boutique that is tagging as ToM. You can either move her boutique so it is nowhere in the direction you are taking the picture or you can edit the mannequins twice in the windows to remove the outfits. This is also not a bug, as far as we know. Please delete your bug reports.

I have no.vlue what I'm doing wrong. I don't have a bed to customize and put in all these design details, so this challenge feels impossible. Also, how are some requirements already checked off when I'm not even actively designing? 😩 Any tips would be great!

if you picked it up, it must be somewhere. You cannot give away or sell or drop quest items. Check every single fridge/chest/wardrobe/dresser/aquarium. If it says "interact" and it's not a light or a radio, check it and see, even if you think you would never put anything there.

Once you have your hourglass at level 4, you can transmute your extra items into other things you need, so one may be all you need for that! I was actually going to file a ticket but after restarting a couple times, it seems to have pulled 20 tokens out of the void and returned them or something, bringing total to 90 which will cover items at least, though still leaves 80 missing from the 7th tab, along with taking several moonstones (which I already knew were just a duplicate glitch) tldr: sort of fixed?

Did you purchase the option that gives you 100 tokens ahead of time? That is the only way to be able to collect the last page 11 times (1 for regular path, 10 more for the extra ones). It's a way for you to get back the cost of spending that many moonstones up front. Otherwise, for the rest of us who just do the regular old premium path, we collect it once.

So, the ones that say digging will have a chance to give you extra materials when you dig while buddied up with one of them. The ones that say gardening will have a chance to give you extra crops when you harvest while buddied up with them. That’s how all the roles work really, you just…get more stuff if you’re doing the right action with the people you’ve assigned to it.

Anyone else having problems with outdoor lighting? Many of my houses do not light up at night unless I can force them. I bought the Reflection of China house tonight and put it with Mulan's house and the Temple and none of them are lit. If I go to the Reflection of China in the Premium Shop and toggle the day/night switch to night, it turns on the lights in those three houses. Great, but when none of those houses are in the Premium Shop how am I supposed to get them to light up? My street lamps and other outdoor lighting never come on on their own - I have to turn them on and it takes two or three times to get them to turn on. Very frustrating!

Make sure you didn't put it in storage anywhere. If there aren't any sands left, you need to look very carefully on the ground for an item. You may have already got it from the sand but it landed in a place you didn't see and is no longer glowing. Check behind things, especially in the area where goofy's stall is, where you found the sign behind the crates and stuff.

@winged hill re: #1255450120980402286 message - character houses cannot be picked up from a different valley/isle. If you have maribel in the valley and the table in the isle, you can move her house by going into furniture mode on ei and selecting "houses". Any villager homes that arent already there will be illuminated and you can place them.

Nah you dont need it. Scar is in the sunlit plateau. When you enter from the plaza, head right at the opening and his skull house should be there.

Thats your problem then. You have to unlock the glade and do all of gothel's quesrs to unlock scar.

You wont be able to actually make the root beer until you do those things and unlock scar's nature v nurture quest.

Technically you can unlock whatever you want to unlock in any order. The game naturally tries to direct you to specific biomes by their cost - its cheaper to unlock the glade than sunlit.

Once you purchase all the costumes and dresses scrooge offers in the windows, you'll have sold out signs as clothing doesnt repeat and cant be purchased more than once by each player. The windows will remain empty until new window items are added to the game.

The accessory bar is a little different - the bar works on RNG and has the potential to "pull" an item for the day that you've already purchased, which is what you're running into. The more you've purchased from it, the more likely you are to get sold signs instead of items.

They should, but the indicator (at least) broke a few updates ago. We have not tested to see if they still grow faster even though they don't have the arrow.

However, it should be noted that they only grow 10% faster. That really only matters if you're going to be there the instant they need another water or are ready to harvest, imo.

On Xbox console, try logging out and back into Xbox, some have had that work but the usual cause is actually Xbox services being unavailable at the moment, sometimes it takes awhile for them to be fixed so you just have to keep trying.

It's possible as it's an Internet issue affecting people on certain ISP's it seems, it keeps them from sending and/or receiving information from Gameloft's DDV servers, the workarounds in that post are the various ways people have gotten around it when affected, not being able to login to a different cloud save is a different issue, the cloud save is to move from one platform/device to another, there is only one per game user ID and Xbox console saves a copy of your save data for you on their cloud for reinstall.

MTU is maximum transmission unit - it's how your network boxes up data packets to send to the gameloft servers. Nintendo Switch automatically has a small MTU limit, which is why it can play the game when other devices on the same network can't when those devices are using a higher MTU output.

You cannot. You can only use the original house as your main house that you spawn in at. You cannot get rid of it. What you CAN do is replace the house skin once you get it upgraded

Go in and talk to her to get the requirements for the challenge. Then, do what it says! The top section has to have both furniture and clothing match when it can, and then each individual section has it's own tags. It seems really confusing at first, but once you get it it's okay. You do NOT have to make items, you just use things you get from scrooge or wherever.

So, I put in a ticket already but today I started getting kicked intermittently and now it's almost immediate as soon as I log into the game. I've reinstalled (PC - Steam) and thought, for the briefest moment, it was fixed but no, it just let me stay in a bit longer.

Genuinely, the only thing I've done differently is I started decorating my village in earnest finally. I do it piece by piece as I've seen people suggest. Like, very small piece by piece. They did make them smaller with this update, yes, unless you have your hourglass equipped. However, some folks HAVE been seeing them disappear altogether. If you equip your hourglass and walk around and don't see them, you might report that in #1255449297995173898

Dig a hole, centerred and as close as possible in front of it, it will then give you a plant prompt and you can select the orb, be sure to tend (water) it every 8-12hrs, it takes about 3 days.

I've moved at least 4 valleys started on Switch or Xbox console onto Steam in the past 9 months, one had 14/15 achievements and all achievements have shown up on Steam, they can take a few days to register unlike Epic where they show up almost instantly.

So if I move my Switch saves that are further along to Steam via the Cloud Save, and I've finished tasks pertaining to Steam Achievements such as "Upgrade Your House 3/3" or "Collect Star Coins 1,800,000/1,800,000" or "Cook Meals 900/900", the achievements will be registered and unlocked after a delay of several days after the Cloud Save overwrite with the tasks done?

Yes, it doesn't always take days, but it has always needed at least one relaunch on Steam after the initial cloud save transfer, I currently have 6 valleys, all can be and are played on Switch, Xbox console and Steam, most can also be played on Xbox PC and Epic.

I don't think you're reading the resources people are providing to you. They discuss foods you can cook with pumpkins that will net you high profits when sold.

please read the whole image. You are not selling raw pumpkins, unless you want to. You make items with them. Yes, the shinies sell for a lot but they are rarer and a heck of a lot more effort to get than planting some pumpkins or whatever the highest profit item you have access to is.

Pumpkins are easier to farm than gems, and pumpkins are worth even more when cooked into meals. If your goal is earning the most money, then pumpkin meals is the most profitable.

Your friend can also simply sell everything in their own game. When i started out i sold EVERYTHING. Flowers, fish, gems, wood, rocks, etc. If it could be sold, it got sold.

Okay. Once I've finished those three tasks I mentioned with my house, Star Coins, and meals, I'll lock them in, and when the Steam version is working properly again after Gameloft troubleshoots the launch problems I'm having with it right now, I'll transfer the Cloud Save from Switch to Steam, run a couple of relaunches within 24-72 hours, and see if the achievements for what I finished on the Switch and transferred over are completed and unlocked by the relaunch. If it works, I'll do the rest, like gifts, daily conversations, gardening, Level 10 Villagers, Night Thorns, Dreamlight Duties, fishing, and mining.

I'm still nervous about all this, but I trust the advice and will give it a shot. Thanks, Dipper. 😃 ❤️

The problem with transferring achievements was fixed a month or so before early access ended last year, if you are having problems launching on Steam, try logging out of Steam from within the launcher, then log back in and try it.

I can log into Steam fine. The problem is the game launching as it keeps seizing up while loading as the progress bar stops around 40% and never moves, even after an hour or so.

Check the Bugs And Issues channel, sub-section "Update 11 - Crashes On PC" as I've already posted my problems there several times.

What platform? There may be ways to get a local save. However I believe any purchases from PS and Starpath may be tied to your cloud save. Have you ever been able to save to the cloud successfully?

My friend has been having problems for almost 2 months now trying to find the morning fragment. They have searched the entire Sunlit Plateau between 12AM-8AM, but hasn't had any luck finding it. They even cleared out their entire Plateau to try making finding it easier, but it's nowhere to been seen.

What should they do? Do they need to make a bug report at this point? Or are they missing something/doing something wrong?

They need to check ALL storage to make sure they didn't accidentally stash the dawn fragment somewhere and forget. When it's in storage it says it still needs to be found. Otherwise, it does spawn in sunlit between 12am-10am but generally most people find it closer to 12am. It doesn't stay spawned, so you have to "catch it".

Yes, most games will work when this one won't, because the issue is specific to Gameloft's servers not accepting MTU packets over a certain size, when that's not an issue other games have.

Yeah, it's not a problem that should exist in the first place, but unfortunately it does and they haven't fixed it, so the only fix is altering your MTU output to adhere to their server's maximum. That's likely why your hotspot works, its MTU is lower than that of your main network.

!support I was afraid of that. So the issue here is that there has been a save file created on their PC, which means it's been assigned a player ID. You can only have one player ID per platform profile. If they check they will see that the game on the PC has a different player ID than their game on Switch. You will have to contact support, using the player ID of the PC game, and ask them to unattach that game from Xbox PC platform so that you can attach your wanted game, and tell them that player ID of that game.

The only way to transfer a save from one platform to another is if the target platform/profile does NOT have an existing save.

The only workaround would be to use a different player profile, which you can do on Xbox console, but I don't think that is an option for PC gamepass.

Om Xbox PC you need to create a new user for the PC and soon they will have to have a Microsoft account which will be tied to your Xbox Gamertag, my guess is they will also try to require a Microsoft account on console at some point and stop allowing Game pass to be shared on console.

They won’t be in collections. No special critters ever are. But if you open your wardrobe menu while outside, go to the critters tab, scroll all the way down, select the bottom left most critter, and scroll down again, they will be there.

Pumpkins require a second water or rain at the halfway mark or they pause growth. If you’re willing to wait, rain is fine, but there’s no guaranteed pattern to weather.

That sounds like plenty to me, but it sort of depends on how much you buy each day at Scrooges (since you can buy a thousand things from back catalog per day), and how quickly you unlock various houses, stalls and other things that need unlocking or upgrading

The problem is the limit the game has in how much stuff you can place and im not sure if the measure is taking the second island in count aswell making it half half. Cant buy fences from scrooge or roads that i need anyway. I dont need much road anyway. If you could have placed 50.000 things then i would get the high use of money.

I think for me i guess is water crops right away and let the rain do its second sometime and then its most likely done the day after.

One girl in here said she has like 2500 crops of pumpkins and 1000 of pinapples. I asked why and i think she said that luxury pavement costs so much but i dont see pavements or fences in the shop to order. Also there is a build limit with settings maxed of each world at 6000 on playstation 5 so u cant build forever. Just fences and pawments can be forever placed but again cant be bought. I have no clue what to use 2m a day on and i have only 1000 pumpkins yelding me 2m. She had a crop of 3500.

One iOS user confirmed with me that they were able to catch an otherwise bugged quest item by pairing an Xbox controller to their device and using that to catch it. So if you have a handheld game controller that can connect to your device, that might be worth a try.

If you use the cloud save option on your Xbox, you can play your save on your Switch. You will need to buy the game again on your Switch. If you want to be able to travel to Eternity Isle, you will also need to buy the expansion again on the Switch. If you’re not bothered about travelling there then you don’t need to buy it again, you will still be able to use your hourglass and talk to the characters in your valley however you won’t be able to complete their quests that are EI based.

You get them from Mushu's 7th level quest and it being a favorite appears to be a bug.

Looks like the ones you have collected are shinies - it will only accept regular ones.

The green ain’t shine one. The gems are regular

And it counted the green one. Check the others, I bet they say shiny. They certainly look like them.
