Are you using your own Gamertag? The cloud save is tied to the player account (Gamertag on Xbox) and only support can change it at the moment.

I was afraid of that, Game pass needs a family plan, you should be able to use your husbands account on your son's Xbox but it would be best to create your own and then have support unlink his from your game so your account can link it, if you add your account to both Xboxes, as long as they have each set theirs as Home Xbox, their game pass will work for your subaccount on both.

!support Give them all the detail you can, both gamertags and the email used for the cloud save, open your existing game to get the Gameloft player ID, they don't usually respond on weekends but have been pretty quick on these requests, once they unlink the other player account, you will be able to start the game under your account and put in the cloud save info, it should pull your cloud save and off you go.

I'm afraid I have no experience with either issue. The 5-digit codes seem to happen on all kinds of platforms, and I'm not aware of an alternate way to initiate multiplayer. As for that cloud save error, one thing I would try if this were me is log out of Game Center and log back in, see if that helps. But that's a general debugging shot in the dark, not something based on experience with this specific issue. /cc @vast kindle

The premium shops are not an option for the arcade version due to apple policies, anything added to the base game like new clothes decorations and such will be added for the arcade edition as well when the update comes out.

That is correct - this is a known issue with a lot of folks. If your platform lets you do touchscreen, you can do it that way, but any platform that is using a controller cannot edit/delete ToM.

There really is no wrong order, there is an order that follows the storyline but even knowing it ahead of time leaves a lot of leeway in how you get there, I've done the entire first act 6 times so far, each one in a different order, end up in the same place each time.😆

If you have a major surplus of dream shards, you can drop those and they can be made into dreamlight, it takes a lot of them.

The only volume settings for the game internally are the ones you mentioned, plus the overall volume slider. If the specific categories aren't affecting the sound, you may have to mute the main volume slider to achieve what you want.

The game autosaves every five minutes. If you're stuck in a loop, wait five minutes, then it should be safe to force quit.

Im having some issues with feeding the monkeys in Eternity Isle. Specifically the ones in the ruins and now the one currently in the overlook. i chase them and the "approach" prompt never pops up. they just seem to disappear and pop up somewhere else.

The teleportation glitch only happens when they’re in the narrow enclosed spaces. Fast travel to the valley and back to reset the spawn. You may have to do it more than once. Once they’re in the large open part of their biome, they will usually not teleport. (If you decorated the open area heavily or trap them in a corner, then it could happen there too. It's all about whether the computer can figure out a path for them to run.)

Yup! Well, sorta! It just changes the light levels. So if it's night for you, you can change it to day. But even during the day, the Forgotten is really dark. Your best bet is to put down some light colored pathing and some torches.

I pathed both forgotten lands with the pebble pathing. ANd i always make sure the toggle thing is at the noon mark. And that seems to help a little in the Glade.

I do the tree farm thing for all my areas. which helps alot with just going for one piece of wood

since i stopped gathering flowers (beast has a green house ) i put the flowers in one spot , where there is no shadow to check to see if they need to be watered.

torches do nothing really, but you can use them to make a path to something

I also forced the mushroom thingsa (the ones you use the watering can on ) to go into the glade.

I also forced the bones to go into that area where scar had his house.

not sure how i would do it with the stumps or ice. in a way to make it less obnoxious.

you can also use the brick pathing for glade and forgotten , but I find the pebble one easier to obtain, you just have to dig up the forest 😄

also you can buy stones and pebbles from kristoff

Also pathing the glade with the pebble pathing helps alot with the crocs. (and the glidding mechanic)

OH to add for the white wood, i find that the sinister pathing is the best one for a white wood tree farm

Mandini's Quick Cross-Prog Guide

1. On main platform, open DDV to the title screen. Click "Cloud" and either create an account if you haven't or make sure it's logged in if you have.

2. Load the game. Go to settings, help, and click on "sync to cloud" - make sure it says save was successful, then exit the game.

3. On second platform, open DDV to the title screen and click "cloud" and enter your gameloft account information and log in.

4. You will see a popup that shows you the cloud save it pulled from your account, with your player name, experience, days played, etc. and you want to hit accept. That's it!

5. It's important to remember to always manually sync to the cloud before closing the game, that way your cloud save will always be up to date and ready to play on all your platforms. If you don't do this, you can lose progress by opening an older save. As long as you always sync it, you'll be fine.

There’s no specific way to guarantee cores. Some players find it easier to bend in the valley. Don’t forget to bring a buddy along. It can take up to 3-5 days depending on how often you keep it watered. It won’t look dry but needs water every eight hours or so, otherwise growth is paused. Rain doesn’t count, water it anyway. Do not use an elixir except when specifically instructed to do so, it can permanently break the quest.

You may not be able to see the rain vfx. Plant some crops but don't water them, check them often to see when they become wet. When they become wet, it's raining but you can't see it. You'll be able to catch the glittering herring at that time. Also watch for villagers to make comments about rain, indicating it's raining.

I just got the DLC and have heard about people being able to 'banish' characters to specific locations. How does this work? Every single character is crammed into EI for me right now; and I really wish I could get a few of them away at least till I can unlock more. Ty

Open the map, open character menu, toggle characters on or off.

I'm so confused though. It shows on my EI map that they're all toggled off except for Eve, Stitch, and Simba; but everyone's here. If I turn Simba on and then off, his little marker goes away then shows right back up in a random location. I assume then it's not suppose to work this way? 😬

You have to toggle off the ones you want off, then go into a building and come back out.

When that happens with quest fishspots, leaving the area and coming back sometimes changes where the spot is. Other than that she just has to keep fiddling with it, they're sometimes very tricky. Try casting from different distances or angles.

I'd definitely move all fruit to the same area, and count each of them. If you have an extra of something else, your raspberry bush is pretending to be a different fruit, which can happen sometimes, but usually if you harvest the imposter then reload the game it will show its true self.

Mod peeps - are you all aware that your Server News and Social Posts announcement channels are not actually being published to other servers? According to Discord FAQ, you need to actually hit the publish button when you post something there, in order for the messages to be fed to those following your channels.

Not sure this if this is deliberate? But I've clocked it in four servers I personally manage after a friend contacted me to troubleshoot her connection on her server. If they're not meant to be follow-able as actual announcement channels, perhaps downgrading them to a server-only broadcast might be a good idea.

You can find the option by going into the channel settings > Overview > untoggle Announcement Channel. 🙂

You had to have had both pieces for the quest you're on to have generated. I would highly recommend rechecking all of your storage to ensure it wasnt accidentally stored somewhere. Its a quest item, meaning it cannot be dropped, sold, or given away. It has to either be in your backpack or in storage.

If you only have vintage chests purchased from scrooge, yes. However, those arent the only storage method. There are many in-game items that can be storage such as: dressers, wardrobes, fridges, aquariums, etc. As well as chests built by you at a crafting station.

The chests built at crafting stations do NOT link.

So I tried purchasing it 2 more times, it took the payment each time, but is still not in my inventory and is still on display in Scrooge's shop for sale.

That's a current bug with some shop items, the coins should return after a relaunch but you won't be able to purchase the item today, should be able to the next time it shows up.

After a couple tries she managed to get to my valley, I dropped her some dlc items ( she also has the dlc) but she can't see them on her screen. DLC items are hard to transfer across platforms, you could try dropping them before you open the portal or going to their valley to drop them, the only sure way is for both to be on the same platform when you make the transfer.

hmmm....the reason I asked is because using elixirs on quest plants outside of when it tells you to can cause serious problems (it's not a guarantee but it can break the quest). But I was just looking back through helpchat history and it seems like 5 days is possibly considered within the normal amount of time depending on how much it's kept watered etc. It should probably be done soon if nothing has gone wrong.

it can take a bit, but try to cloud save and restart your game. might need to try that a few times!

Because dreamsnap is a rolling reward give it a couple of hours, if after that you don't have it then we have a tip of saving to the cloud which forces the game to resync your connection with the servers then scrolling through all of your mail

I Hi everyone. I have been so frustrated. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. But I have been playing through expansion pack since it came out and cannot find one single ancient core level 1 artifact. Can someone please help? Thank you in advance

They can be difficult, but they show up most in the timebending orbs. The more you can get out of those, the better your chances as far as we can tell.

Thank you Tigerlilly. I open all the orbs. But nothing. Guess I’ll keep trying but it makes it really hard to play the game when you can’t find any at all.

You can always ask in #spoiler-chat or #no-spoiler-chat if anyone has any extras they would be willing to give you via multiplayer. I know we have some folks who timebend like mad. 🙂
