Yes, you will have to buy it again. In your current game, go to main menu and make sure you have a gameloft account linked to your save, if not, make one, enter the game, save to cloud, then exit. Then when you buy, install, and log in to your new device it should load the save.

If the chest isn’t there, that means you already opened it. Quests will not necessarily know you have found quest items unless they’re in your player inventory. Check all storage everywhere, including in realms or in mickey’s secret room if you have that open. Fridges, wardrobes, and some other furniture have storage slots too.

If you have triple checked everywhere and it does not exist in your game your only option is to contact support.

hello, I probably have issue with this quest, I've found a page with this quest, where it says in which houses they spawn (Buzz, Remy, Merlin, Anna, Woody, Donald, Goofy, Mickey), I went through them yesterday and found 1 in each of these houses, so 8 total, I stored them in my house, but today, I went through those houses (except Remy as he is sleeping now) and I couldn't find any.. do I have to have all those toys I already found in a bag, or is it possible, that spawns are different?

I don't think there's anything specific about different characters; just have your daily conversations, do chores with them (especially their buddy job or gardening -- gardening is apparently actually fastest even if it's not their job -- but they get some experience from everything), give them gifts (their favourites and flowers), and feed them at Chez Remy (check https://discord.com/channels/938880698478125057/1084168410658766939 for their schedules).

Is anyone else never getting clothes at Scrooge's? All I'm getting is the little piles of gold saying that it's been bought.

That means you bought everything, or nearly everything. You can only buy clothing once, so if you buy enough of it, that happens. Occasionally one or two items randomly show up days or weeks after it starts to look that way, but you probably have most or all Scrooge available clothing pieces.

There is a collection bug right now where some items are not saved, such as the Aladdin gold piles. If they even show up at all, it resets when you quit. It’s likely part of the same overall issue, which is known. #dreamlight-help message

Crafted items are, for at least Dreamlight Valley section, not counting in furniture. It's hard to know if that's the case in EI because that collection is broken

When you relog, they will disappear again. And again, they WERE counting in both. The main valley collection stopped tracking crafted items, and in theory the EI collection did the same. However, until they either fix that collection number or fix the tracking, there's no way to confirm if they did or not

That's the problem - we literally don't know. Because either the number for the collection is off and the crafting shouldn't count, or they should be and aren't. We just don't know until GL fixes it. #1084168410658766939 has a list of everything included in the collections, if you want to look and then mentally discard crafted items

If the time is different on your switch than it is on your computer, loading it on one from the other one will break the game.

If anyone alters the time on either device for any reason, even if DDV is closed, it breaks the game.

You need to check the system time AND date on your switch, then check time and date on PC. See if they are off. If it's by a lot, it's a big problem. If it's by a little, it's a little problem. If they are the same, then someone changed time without you knowing and you need to know how much the time was changed in order to know what to do next.

I'm sorry friend, but not being able to harvest herbs only happens when time has been changed. Knowing how much is important, because the only way to fix it is for real time to catch up to the furthest time travelled to, or starting your game over from scratch by resetting your profile.

Hey guys have a issue going on lol... so the wife had star path premium, did most of the duties and had a good amount of the rewards. she logged off, saved to the cloud and everything was good March 14th. two days later when she logged on, she had no star path premium, and all her rewards were locked again but her duties weren't reset, and she did not get her moonstones back either. Any idea whats going on or how to fix?

Unlinking is so broken, mentioning it sets off our panic response 🤣 - the only other thing I can suggest is to make sure to restart both steam and the game. Today is steam maintenance day, so just make sure it's fully online and connected when entering the game and not in offline mode or getting failure to find steam account

The star path is Gameloft account bound, meaning even if your revert your save file you keep star path progress because it bound to the account, not the save file. Each white dot represents the need for a vacuum, but you can place the vacuum anywhere in the area, doesn't have to be where the white dot is exactly, just has to be in that color zone.

Yes, when you press the analog stick down, that's analog click. There's right click and left click. If you are better with right hand, make the right analog click rebind to x button with turbo enabled

That way the x button will still function completely normally, and when you Timebend you use analog click instead of x

Green flytraps only spawn a max of two at a time in this entire area and like to clip into foliage, even non removable foliage. Check the entire area very carefully and use a level 2+ vacuum to double check if possible.

To unlock Ursula as a villager, which is a prerequisite for the dream bundle quests, you need to finish the “With Great Power…” quest. If you are trying to put the “Crystal Key” in the pillar, that’s incorrect, you use it to open the Mystical Cave, which is on the grassy part of the beach, by interacting with the glowy thing near the entrance.

They should be
a) on the ground next to the telescope in front of the tall bookshelf,
b) on the traditional desk
and c) in the back left corner on the ground in front of the Potion Cupboard, next to the open book.
If one is missing that should mean you already found it. Check all storage, as quests items don’t always register as found if they are in storage. This includes chests, wardrobes, fridges, aquariums, and any other furniture that has storage. Also check all random storage in realms like the chest in Beast’s library or the broken fridge in WALLE’s realm, as well as Mickey’s secret room, if you have that open. If it’s nowhere at all after triple checking everywhere, all you can do is contact support and ask them to mail you one using the in game mailbox.

I’m not sure myself, but a veteran helper has previously suggested that a clean install may help, perhaps try this? It seems very inconsistent as to whether that fixes the issue though #dreamlight-help message
It also seems like this issue is sometimes platform specific, so if you play on multiple platforms, perhaps try the other one if you can.

Absolutely, non dlc players cannot take dlc items. There’s also some issue with trading in crossplay, it’s only really consistent if both players are on the same platform and game provider.

Ohhhh, I'm guessing that letting them take DLC items would mistakenly activate new recipes/needs for DLC items, which could potentially create softlocks.

When you open your inventory, like this week is clothing, you'll open it like you want to change your clothes (which you do!). Then you have two options: You can click on the dreamsnaps icon that Nori just showed you and it will only show you clothes that match the tags for this weeks theme OR you can click on the filters icon that you see on the right, scroll down, and manually choose the tags.

When you take the picture, and you press the "show dreamsnaps" button, it will tell you how much of the mandatory tags you have and/or how many you still need. So this week, it requires that you have 4 items from the Elegant category and 3 items from the wonderous. Some items will count as both, but you need that many that have those tags as a minimum!

Does that help? I can do an image walkthrough if it will help you. I don't want anyone missing out on free moonstones!!

I personally play on ps5, what I would suggest for you is to log into your alt account and go to the playstation store where the rift in time dlc is, it should say free or download for you..I do not believe you need psplus for it.but that is one way to be certain

So at first I played Dreamlight Valley on xbox pc gamepass but then bought it on Steam aswell.
I continued playing on the same cloud save and everything is working fine.

I saw on tiktok that people use the apple arcade version of Dreamlight Valley to visit themselves so that they have an extra Scrooge store and stuff like that.
Unfortunately I do not have the iPhone model required to download it there but a person on tiktok said I could use my xbox gamepass version for it.

Issue is: When I log onto the gamepass version, the main save is there and I am not able to make a new one there. Can I fix it somehow?

To make an alt account on a platform you have to make another player profile all together, such as using a second steam account and using family share, you can have an alt account that way, never needing to unlink

You can actually start a second valley by creating a new player profile on Steam, either use the beta family setup or family sharing, it's the only safe way.

I've found it helpful to upgrade the hourglass to level 2 before opening much area on Eternity isle, upgrading your other tools is also very helpful when going into a new area but it takes longer to get to new materials, critters and so on.

does anyone else have issues on the iphone, where when you move the screen by accident or something similar and the audio disappears? Then you have to restart the game to get the audio to come back....It's mostly happening when the phone detects something on the edges of the screen where that white/black/grey bar is at the bottom. I was just looking, there isn’t a level eight quest listed for buzz at all. So either one is labeled as for the wrong level, one is missing, this is from a quest at a different level, or this item is from something else entirely. I agree it doesn’t seem like a Woody reward though.

The teleportation glitch only happens when they’re in the narrow enclosed spaces. Fast travel to the valley and back to reset the spawn. You may have to do it more than once. Once they’re in the large open part of their biome, they will not teleport.

As I said, he can spawn in different places. If you fast travel to the valley and back it could reset the spawn. It might take several tries, but he can and does spawn in the open area sometimes.

Pixel Shards appear every 7.5min after the portal is opened when there is a visitor in the hosts valley, one for each player present that only they can see and pick up, they appear in whichever biome the host is in when the timer hits and time inside buildings may not count.

The tree takes 3-5 days to grow and needs to be watered every 8hrs or so even if it looks wet or is raining, it also needs a large area clear of any furniture or houses - to the ramp into Forgotten and halfway to the bridge.

Yes, you have to start with the gold and then work your way through all the steps for all the potions to eventually get the fox. The guide we linked you is the most accurate and has every step and location for things.

If you're in the same cave as the gems, you're in the right place. Your next gate tells you to plant certain seeds in a certain order, and you'll put it in front of the statues on the right. If there's no holes, dig one.

If the gate is open, the gems are correct, the holes need to be directly in front of the next set of statues, there is only a single spot you can dig for each and existing crops must be removed first.

Try a different game and see if it works for that one, if it does then may be a your wifi network is acting up and changed settings it wasn't supposed to, if it doesn't work, the nthere is a good chance the subscriptions were due for a renewal and you just have to go through and manually force it to update

Are you on any quest that involve him, even if not from him? Sometimes they interfere.
