You need to read the guide I linked about restarting, don't think you will lose anything of concern and starting over is fun, take it from a nut with 5 valleys, another thing to try is plopping a house on the circle and relaunching, use Donalds or Ariel's to leave room closer to shore for the spot to go.

Resources, yes. Items, no. It depends on what's being dropped - DLC items have been very finicky unless both users have the DLC and are on the same platform.

Hi is anyone able to help me please? I’m currently doing the ‘No one heroes like Gaston” quest in the DLC and I have crafted his coconut gym and bought a queen of the sea mirror. It’s told me to place is near the entrance to the docks which I have done this but I didn’t work. I have moved them around to different places in the docks and it’s still not worked. I have tried to re craft the coconut gym to see if that helps trigger it again and I can’t even find it in my crafting station to craft it😕 I’m at a complete loss and been stuck for days. I am on a switch. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!☺️

The only ones they can take are the ones in your scrooge store, assuming you take them in there. Otherwise, no. You are safe.

It's a quest item so the only way to get it out of your pack, other than for the quest, is by transferring it into storage, can't be dropped, eaten, cooked, sold or gifted.

As for rules of multiplayer, all platforms can play with one another except for PlayStation. When visiting someone's valley it's polite to not pick anything up without permission - a lot of people decorate with dropped items. That's really it. Don't wear any offensive custom designs, or have any offensive designs placed in your valley if hosting.

Have you done a search for lost memory orbs? at night they can be fairly easy to see in furniture mode, if you have an ancient vacuum, you could try it but I'm not sure they can get memory orbs.

The option to play shows up as an option in the dialogue menu when you speak to a character. If Mickey doesn't have it as an option try reloading the game, waiting for reset at midnight, or finishing up any quests you have active that may interfere.

Ok that’s the touch of magic tool! So to use it you have two options basically.

1. If you want to make custom furniture, go to a crafting table, craft said furniture piece, then go into furniture mode, choose customize, and create a new project (note that you have to have at least one of whatever object crafted to place it)
2. If you want to create custom clothing, go into your wardrobe mode like you would to change clothes, then click customize, and create a new project

PS5 (it's fully up to date), it's crashed 5 times last week and just again today, Nori suggested removing the companion home and like 2 paths (I can't remember the names but I didn't have them placed anyway) I didnt even think about clearing the game cache so I'll probably try that here in a bit. Most consoles benefit from a full power down and unplug for 3-5min every so often to clear out things, not sure if it works on PS5 or not. Waiting 5min for the autosave before force closing the game after a lockup will keep progress loss to a minimum.

Also don't have the game installed on external, only on internal, and make sure there is plenty of free space. Don't be wearing a dress or a hat, wear separates.

They added sparkles for the bottles, so check each location carefully for the sparkles. If there are absolutely for sure no sparkles anywhere it means the bottle is in storage somewhere.

Crossplay does require a separate game purchase on every platform. If you do that, you’ll need to create a gameloft account on your current platform if you don’t already have one, cloudsave, fully exit, then log in and load on the new platform.

If you have a save with dlc already, you can still access everything except physically traveling to the isle on platforms where you don’t own the dlc. So quests, duties, getting crafting resources, etc may be impossible.

You can move Rapunzel's house after you do her friendship quest that clears the night thorns and gives her a door. I think Gaston's can be moved after you decorate the inside of it. Both of these houses now live in the Forest of Valor for me.

The teleportation glitch only happens when they’re in the narrow enclosed spaces. Fast travel to the valley and back to reset the spawn. You may have to do it more than once. Once they’re in the large open part of their biome, they will not teleport.

Guys did anyone else have an issue with the burying the eel quest for maui

it keeps saying to tend the crop until it grows into a coconut tree but i have the coconut in my invetory and i cant take it out my inventory and i contacted support weeks ago and no one has gotten to me

You can try untracking the quest, then put the coconut in either a chest in Micky's secret room or a fridge in Wall-e's realm, save, exit and relaunch, retrack the quest and retrieve the coconut, might get it to move forward.

If it won't let you move them in furniture mode, save, exit and relaunch, that should let you pick them up in furniture mode again.

There is no way to predict the weather, it is completely random. You can only get watering orbs from flowers though, so if the rain waters your crops that’s not really a problem unless you wanted the buddy xp.

The watering orbs only come from flowers. There are foraging orbs that come from harvesting wild plants, trees, and bushes, and there are gardening orbs that come from harvesting crops.

There is no way to predict or control the weather, it is completely random.

There is none because they cannot be protected from rain, that's all

This is actually the Ancient's Landing Pedestal that you put the orb on to open the door in the storyline. There's a glitch where the pedestal disappears. If you remove it in furniture mode you can find it in your furniture inventory afterward, but there it just looks like the pedestal without the orb.

And if you go back down and dig the same spot again, it makes a hole you can plant something in to keep the rock from appearing there again.

No, that's not a problem, it's a bug when more than one of the same premium skin is in use, same bug can cause player energy to quit recharging when in the house.

You may need to just go to each location in the graphic with shovel in hand and poke around for the sparkles, you have to almost stand on a couple of those before they sparkle, make sure you are holding the shovel.

Not necessarily. Though arcade version doesn’t support cross-save, you can still visit other player’s valleys and their Scrooge shops.
HOWEVER, one of the biggest drawbacks in Apple Arcade version compared to a console version of the game is that Apple Arcade doesn’t get access to things like the starpath or the premium shop, which are two ways players earn/buy extra in-game items
So basically, you’re missing out on some paid content, but most free content you’ll still have access to

Switch controls after first turns:
Joystick down to get to the menu of selecting (more accurately, to select your own characters for placements rather than your opponents for descriptions), left right to select, a to confirm, use joystick to place on board,a to confirm placement, b to go back. If you accidentally pressed x it checks the board

Also fun thing about the switch is you select the opponent characters too so if your little selection thingy in the menu for select the next charzcter vanishes it's probably because it's selecting the opponent characters to display you the description

Once you have placed character, you can select the character via the pointer on the board itself navigated via joystick and press a to select that character (once pointer is above the square with that piece), then use joystick to navigate to square you want and press a to confirm . By via pointer I mean there is a upside down triangle looking thing and a white square and that's your square selector.

Joystick via pointer - down joystick goes to the bottom right, up joystick goes to top left, left joystick goes to the bottom left and right joystick goes to the top right of the board

You will find them in between these times, the fragment wont always be there during those times as it randomly spawns in. You will just have to try and search when you can between these times sorry

Then go onto Steam and sign in with those credentials and choose the cloud save option when prompted. just make sure you save to the cloud on your end when you're done too

Ok i think i got it. If one of us is playing on Switch let's say, when the current "session" is considered to be finished, we need to manually "save to the cloud" on the Switch so that very save can be used from there on PC... And this maneuver is the same after a session on PC.

The cloud save is only to transfer games from one platform to another, in that case you always have a good save on the original platform to fall back on, a backup is in case of disaster, I've only had to recover one once because of a bug in the game that nailed my main game (I have multiple alt games) but I still make backup saves at least daily.

The cloud save is being written on a remote server over the Internet, it can be corrupted in so many ways on that trip it's not funny and Gameloft's idea of error checking appears to be not doing any.

There's a serious problem in this game. Goofy is supposed to have stalls in the Grasslands, the Prominade, and the Lagoon at which to buy Ruby Lentils. But the only Goofy Stall in these biomes is in the lower part of the Grasslands. There is no Goofy stall in the entire Prominade, nor in the Lagoon. There are only Scrooge's wells in those two biomes.

This is a MTU issue on Gameloft's end, but until they fix it, here are some optional workarounds.

ATTN: We can only provide you the base workarounds, we can't tell you exactly how to do them as we are not tech support or permitted to do more than give you options.

Option #1
VPN: Use a VPN to get around the issue. If on a console you have to install the VPN to your router.

Option #2
Change the MTU setting on your router to 1450. If 1450 doesn't work, do 1400.

Option #3
Play on Switch: Switch has a base MTU below 1450 allowing it to work when other devices won't.

Option #4 (PC ONLY)
Run command prompt as administrator then type in the following to find out the interface name and current MTU:
netsh interface ipv4>show subinterfaces
If the above command fails, instead remove the > and add a single space. Do the same for all following commands.

If your MTU is above 1450, run the following command and change the name in quotes to match your Ethernet or Wifi name (whichever connection you are using):
netsh interface ipv4>set interface "Ethernet" mtu=1450

This change will only work until you reboot your PC.
If the above command works for you, you can make the change persistent by running the following command:
netsh interface ipv4>set interface "Ethernet" mtu=1450 store=persistent

If it doesn't work or if your MTU is already set to 1450, try an MTU of 1400 instead.

I said "or something" because I don't know what time it is for them for sure. As we said, it's usually 9am Eastern time, but we don't have an official time. And then it's a rolling update so it may take 2 hours to get to your device. Just watch the channel, they'll tell us

No, it's never been at that time. Gotta wait for GL's offices to be open. We often suggest not launching and checking the store at that time so that when the update arrives and you check the store, you have the potential for all the new stuff.

I’m not sure about that. Depending on the biome they spawn in, I seem to get anywhere between 6-12 splinters per day.

It should be ten, but right now it’s 8. They’ll all spawn in one biome.

If you’ve left them for the Starpath for a long time, there is a maximum number though.

So you know when u remove say thorns and you can harvest coins, how come when u remove the splinters on same day they don't do coins ...is it just 1 a day for a chest?

You need to water it every 8 hours, even though it will never look dry. If you don't water it, it continues to be dry, yes

There are only 2 things you can do with the menu after picking it up to get it out of your pack, give it to Remy or put it in storage somewhere, if the quest says to give it to Remy, it must be stashed somewhere, don't just check chests as all fridges and wardrobes are also storage as well as numerous cabinets and other things, also check in Mickey's secret room and realm storage like the fridges in Wall-e's realm.

PS will only cross save with PS, Switch will cross save with everything but PS and Apple Arcade.

Yes, Xbox One or newer, Xbox app, Steam or Epic on PC, Mac app store version can all cross save, I use all but Mac.🤓
