good evening everyone, I have a little problem with Rapunzel's quest (dlc) where I need the gears of the Sundial the mission tells me that I need 8 so I have all 8 in my inventory but the quest tell me "make sure you have all the gears of the sundial in your inventory" I don't understand if anyone has the answer thank you very much

support didn't address that, they simply told me to complete new duties. however lots of people have leant me dream shards in multiplayer so i could convert it back to dreamlight. You can try asking in #spoiler-chat to see if anyone would be willing to lend you some or trade the shards for something else!

This might be a dumb question but can anyone tell me how to find Ancient Cores? Level 1? I've been using my Hourglass tool a lot and when I looked it up that's what it said to do. Is it maybe a rare item I just have to keeping looking for maybe? I hope this is the right place to ask!

Its not a dumb question. You do use your hourglass staff and it seems to be a random drop but I started finding more cores once u upgraded my hourglass one time. The more upgraded the more I find.

Are Belle and Beast harder to level up than everyone else? I harvested a whole 10x10 plot and Belle didn’t level up once. She’s lvl 2 and usually I can get characters to lvl3.5/4 on their first harvest

Anyone have a problem with your Dailey favorites not being visible for villagers? I can see it for all my villagers, except Jack Skeleton, Gaston etc. Basically the new characters. I tried closing the game out and restarting it twice but nothing!

What flowers are you looking for? What does the quest say exactly?

It says to gather flowers for the forgotten, the only ones I can't find at all are the white and pink falling penstemon

Okay so there's only 2 of them at any given time. They're likely hiding under a bush somewhere. Try removing the foliage and see if you can find them in furniture mode. If you pick up ALL flowers, it takes 2 hours for full respawn, so I advise not doing that if you're looking for ones for quests. Only pick those ones up

Hey all, XBOX specific issue. My sister can't see DreamSnaps and gets an error at launch, that she can't see other people's content because of her settings. She's a whole adult (no family/kid account) and has XBOX ultimate. All settings we can find are set to allow but still same error and no dreamsnaps.

they should! make sure you check in the hidden spots. in the borderlands if you go by the cave of wonders, turn left you'll see a pathway that leads down to the bottom. you should see a some glass like flowers and bones. they can appear there. there's also one in the oasis

Doesn't matter what you do, you just have to do it for as many minutes as it says, and it updates in 5 minute chunks

So I recently started over on my village as I’m doing missions for Maui I’m stuck on one quest. & when I mean stuck I mean quite literally.” A Tale of Stone and Fire” Is the quest I’m currently on I’m suppose to follow him to the beach & he stays in one spot. Are the realm doors after the first three meant to be opened in order from least to most expensive? More specifically, I’m a bit tempted to open the Beauty and the Beast door before the Lion King door and I’m wondering if there’s any downside to that like Belle and Beast (or other characters I already have) needing progress with Simba or Nala for their friendship quests.

I’m on the switch and I’m going into my inventory to get the item (I.e: getting garlic), however, the game is telling me that there’s no garlic in my inventory—but I can see that it’s in there. Which platform do you play on? If you learn how to exit without saving then if you get a glitch you can quickly exit. Also you can back up your save frequently on some platforms in case you hit a glitch.

Yeah, you have to exit without saving within a very short period of time before the autosave hits every 5 mins. On Switch I believe that means holding the Power Button until the Switch Powers off. Hold on I'll check.

Ok, I just looked it up. You hold the power button & you will get a power menu. Don't let go, keep holding the power button until you get a black screen. The game has now exited without saving. So if you do choose to restart & you hit a glitch just immediately hold that power button until you get a black screen.

hello! I've maxed up every character exept I'm on the final quest with Ursula but the final Crystal (which I believe is supposed to be in Sunlit Plataeu based on my googling) is not anywhere. (esp not near the pond/river areas where it appeared to be for others). I am playing on an ipad and have closed/reopened the game a few times as I was hoping that might fix it. These potions automatically apply when made so your shovel has been upgraded, it could dig for oasis glass without the upgrade - it now can dig up the smaller ruin debris.

It's a random glitch, in testing I can usually do the exchange of DLC items by reversing the visit, the original host visits the original visitor.

Well I have one account associated with my email on my PC & then bought the game again on my Switch to make another account with another email to play when I am chilling, as the account on my PC I was using for when I was streaming etc.

I emailed Gameloft as I only had access to one specific account & now when I logged in, it brought up local & Cloud Save of my other account... & so I am backing it up on my switch. Does anyone know how to stop the constant screen freezing during quests/claiming stuff/opening stuff/fast traveling ... Have you done Fairy Godmother's "Miracles Take Time" quest? If so, there should be a tree in the Forgotten Lands that has a pumpkin engraved on it and you'll need to find 4 matryoshka dolls and put them in the tree. (They'll be spread around the valley.)

Definitely back up your saves before you do anything. Moonstones are tied to the account, not the save, though. And you may get a little wierdness the day you switch them, but nothing major.

If it is their PlayStation account information, then yes it can pull their game data over it’ll ask to use local or cloud save pull the cloud and make sure to save to cloud as well before they take it back, and they click cloud too when they resume their play

Series S can often be helped by a full power off, then unplug it for 5min to clear the persistent memory, also make sure there is a good amount of free space on the storage DDV is on.

GLITCHY PIXEL DUPLICATES
cliffs: they are bugged,DO NOT USE THEM. put any dupes you have somewhere non-inventory (floor, ground, Mickey's secret room chest) and always check all materials when crafting for any red materials - DO NOT CRAFT if any are red.

• when they're in your pocket it makes it pretty obvious they're being used via the purple hammer icons and counts - don't craft or it will use them
• when they're in an inventory chest (like any of your regular chests) it makes it less obvious they're being used because the purple hammer on top says zero and it's not on the bottom/craft button, but your crafting ingredients that are short and which would cause a glitchy pixel duplicate to be used are in red - don't craft or it will use them
• if you drop them on the ground/a floor or tuck them away in a non-inventory chest, like the one in Mickey's secret room in the castle, you should be safe, but see the last image/point 4
• always double check right now that none of the materials is in red before you craft

the dupes are meant to act as a wild card fill in for missing materials (e.g., in the first three images, I have two missing materials and two available dupes). the glitch is miscalculating and using up all of the other items used for crafting - so in the last image by MusicMoon, the dupes would fill in the missing tomato and corn, but it would also use up/zero out her Dreamlight and carrots.

ok so it's one of the outdoors ones - she may have to try moving buildings as well, and unfortunately they don't always render if you move them in furniture mode, so you may actually have to MOVE move the buildings & close out of furniture mode to check.

there's also this guide, it may help with some trouble spots to check - it's mostly focused on areas where there are clipping issues (so items can spawn in somewhere that they shouldn't be able to be and you might not actually SEE them, but you can usually walk through and get to them/get the "pick up" action) - please note, it's a guide space, so if you have any follow up questions or comments you can ask them back here

Can anyone help me figure out how to re-link my gameloft account? I purchased and have been playing the game on my switch but decided I wanted to try it out on my husbands Xbox. I tried logging in with cloud save and it was saying that I was logged in somewhere else so after googling I saw where someone said to log out of cloud save on the original device. So I took that as “unlink account” so I did that on my switch. I’ve logged back in with my gameloft account and now it’s showing that my local save has my progress but my gameloft cloud save is brand new.

I’ve sent a message to gameloft. Just waiting to hear back.

Unfortunately, waiting to hear from Gameloft is all you can do, this function has been glitched since they added the unlink button. You should be able to open your game using the local save and then save to cloud but that has not always been working either after you unlink.

You may be able to purchase some of them from Scrooge and others can be crafted but thats really all you can do on those items.
