Finally unlocked Lumiere and Cogsworth. Not sure if it was a bug or intentional but after siding with Lumiere about the ghost being real, at the end of the quest line the game had my character tell Beast "Lumiere thought it was a ghost but Cogsworth and I knew it wasn't". The random gaslighting made me laugh. Sorry Lumiere. 🫠

Use a potion it helps the most though it is only counting the one dig not all 3 that drops in a mini stack. I ended up w 60 clay b4 it fully triggered

You dont have to finish the main game b4 getting dlc. The only thing I suggest is unlocking and doing WallE bundle b4 going to the rift. And getting the rift b4 the vale. As the bundle story makes sense b4 going to the rift and the vale has a secret questline that makes more sense if you unlock the first 3 characters of the rift. (But no base game or dlc doesnt have to be finished b4 going to a new dlc)

I’m so close to completing the path, I just have two earn Dreamlight duties, mine shiny gems and hang with Daisy

I have finally figured out how to min/max the Event duties so I am not wasting time or feeling like a grind. Save up the Royal Tasks things to overlap with earning Dreamlight. Save up mine red/green/blue/yellow with mine round/square/shiny. And any hang out with X for Y minutes I just leave my game on and do housework.

I get stuck on the "feed critter" because there are two or three sunbirds or whatever per day but you have to do it five times for the challenge so it takes two days.

I just give them the most predominant colour of the bird , and it’s safer to feed actual flowers from sunlit, I found feeding flowers in general from actual biome made it more likely to be their favourite

I love the sleeping beauty storage chests so much. Really hoping wishblossom ranch brings some pretty chests too, with proper space in them.

In a perfect world the storage would sort itself and we wouldn’t have to figure out a way to label chests at all. Just throw things into the next chest as one fills. Then when we open storage it would be automatically sorted and we just select.

I use specific storage items for specific furniture: Aquarium for fish (x2 for main valley), blue chest for the seaweed and algae (equivalent in dlc), brown for sticks, red for mining resources, yellow for diggable resources, the monster inc. shelves for crafted stuff. Then there's daisy's flower wardrobe for flowers, scrooge's safe for gems (x2), the night thorn cupboard for all the night shards, dream shards and purified, and then finally the merlin's potion cupboard for misc stuff from events throughout the year. Green chests are for seeds. (Think that encompasses everything)

I just needed the logic cause I am trying to organize my own. There are house skins that have specific purposes, Like the flower shop has a storage room for flowers. This just makes it easier to decorate the spaces and give me clear coded things

IIRC the last time they had us return to a realm (Timon and Pumba) I thought it was sort of advertised to us as "a smaller update" where they were re-using a realm to save time and focus on other things. I would have liked if these updates (like this new one with Lumiere and Cogsworth) were sort of the QOL-focused ones for that reason

That’s common for any character. Sometimes (when looking at the map) you gotta hit ‘x’ to pull up the maps character list and play around with that. But if it still don’t work then either it’s not the characters active time or gotta restart game. Double check you weren’t mistaking woody n buzz for squirrels

I feel like this update overall was good, the star path rewards and premium stuff so far and the new bundle are all decent quality. However, I can't help feel it's a little short. Only a handful of new items in Scrooge's, the starpath duties are all fairly quick ones etc.
We have the DLC coming which should be fun but the next free update is like 60+ days away.

Oof it's not super cold here yet (which is incredibly rare. It's October and I'm still able to wear shorts at 78-80°F) but I can definitely feel it coming. Winters are really rough for me. I think you're one of the few who gets that cold isn't always better for certain issues lol. We get about the same temperature here in winter, sometimes colder 🥶

Shoutout to whoever has mentioned the event task "Open up fresh Memories". Once I saw that was coming up I just left any memory orbs that popped up while I was playing to return to later. I had 10, but the ones with coins in them don't count towards the total. But I'm now just 1 away from completing the task less than 30 minutes after it showed up. I probably would have never completed it otherwise. I think I'm going to start playing those like the thorns and just not touch them unless a task comes up.

Highly reccomend thermal leggings. I live in nordic country and layering a few pairs under skirts works wonders during winter. Also partial to wool stockings, but i know not everyone likes the feel of wool.

Oh I already own some of those lol. Born and raised Canadian. The area of Canada I live in can be -40°C with the windchill in January/February and I am frequently outside in that. I have skirts specifically made for winter 😂 I personally however live in the wrong country weather wise and need to move to somewhere where "winter" is more like our fall and the warmest jacket i need is my fall coat and where I can go to Disney every weekend

Ah, the coldest i've expirieced is -30C. But I get you wanting milder climate. I cant deal with heat, so i'm the opposite. Love the winter because can bundle up and nobody looks at me funny for wearing fluffy sweaters and scarfs/mufflers.
