I really want to reorder all the stories, but in order to do that, I need to craft both the slow and lure traps for every biome in the Storybook Vale. That’ll probably make it a little easier

If you want to (some people don't like this mechanic) you can place Lures in any biome in your main valley and use those white snippets to turn them into any snippet you need. Don't both upgrading them just craft 5 or so and go back every 30 minutes and use a snippet buddy if you have one.

I think universal holds the rights but not 100% sure on that. The original IP might have become public domain but Wicked is still fairly new (in the grand scheme of timey wimey stuff)

I made Disney Dreamlight Valley canon to my story, but it's more of a side thing than a main thing. It's pretty much just a dream of somebody (haven't decided who, or if I'll even ever decide who). The lack of Sony cross save updates kinda kills my enthusiasm for the game entirely. 600+ hours on Switch, but it’s quickly becoming unplayable for me with the load times and item limits. I was ready to splurge on the PS5 version Enhanced Edition for Christmas but it looks like that won’t be happening. I guess this is on Sony more than GL but they really shouldn’t have promised that if it wasn’t a sure thing.

What if it's the same length as the Rock Star Path, but costs the same as every path before it. (Only reason I did the Marshes earlier was because I wanted the yellow frog snippets so I could get the book glider from the Lorekeeper)

I think they're still trying to figure out a pattern that works for them. Putting a paid update and a free update at the same time was a disaster. Spreading them out seems better, but I feel like they're still REALLY close together. Realms are good, but finding the people around the valley and unlocking them (mirabel, Jack, stitch) has also been good (but also a bit frustrating trying to find the items, or figure out the requirements for people to get that far). It's all a bit messy and I suspect they're trying to find the sweet spot

Well you only get increased chances in the Storybook Vale specifically at the moment. Plus I keep myself with a golden stamina bar to increase chances. Honestly, I made use of the Elysium Fields to make good use of my chances. Just note RNG is still a thing.

Keep in mind if you switch to PlayStation you will have to start from scratch and lose all your progress and items and moonstones because there is currently no cloud save for PlayStation so you won’t be able to import your valley … PlayStation also has no stars in the sky and think they are both about the same likely for bugs

Go over to Moana’s fish stall and see what it says on the timer for the next fish. That will tell you how long you have until you “catch up” with the time you moved forward. Then that’s the problem … you will have to wait out the time difference between the time your platform did say and what you switched to and hope it fixes it but normally you almost always have to restart and contacting gameloft can’t help with this one

12 days is a lot better than a year and 12 days … I’m really sorry but time change with DDV is a total game breaker so restarting is the only way to fix it if waiting does not , or isn’t realistic due to how long the wait is … even gameloft can not help with that

You’ll need to turn off auto cloud save on your device, which should be outlined in the link I gave you in my comment right before this one

Keep in mind if you download your time travel save in 12 days, it will overwrite the save you make today. So you’ll lose progress on whatever you do for the next 12 days on the new save

If you want to preserve your current game and start a new game, you need to create a new game on a new Nintendo switch profile, because you cannot change cloud saves on a profile. Some people didn't have either issue. The other one I have is where I can't dig up the items for Flynn. There seem to be 2 versions of the bug. Either one of the items doesn't spawn at all or they spawn on a spot you can't dig on. I have the 2nd one because I put his house in the library courtyard.

Yup, I normally have to either wait until they spawn somewhere else or I can maybe get lucky and chase them out of the area then I can close the little makeshift gate I put there. There's also another spot like that in the statue's shadow part of the biome.

Think that one is sort of glitched (might be another memory as well) that only show 3 pieces. As far as I know you are just getting one of what would have been the 10 pieces, keep collecting them and the 3 pieces should show up. I've got 2 of the 3 pieces and had 7 blank orbs, hopefully for me the next one is the final piece

Im still mad about the flowers. Still. I have like... 10 shards total. After almost a year of gameplay. Half the time i don't even find the stupid things because im not checking 3 maps. The other half its raining when i load into my valley.

Imo if gameloft wants people to play without using Methods That Shall Not Be Named, they need to buff the orb spawn rate and figure something else out for the flowers.

I've collected about 11 pieces in total. One suggestion I liked the look of, was for you to get an hour from when you first open your game for the day before it can possibly start to rain, at least it would give you a chance to check for them. Also I haven't even considered looking on the third map, I've found them in my valley or on EI before it's rained, so never had the chance to look for them in the Vale

I just think having dried flowers on 3 maps is unrealistic. Imo that should be kept to the main valley only. Its bad enough that watering doesnt even guarantee an orb. To rush around like a mad woman as soon as my game loads to try to find the stupid things before it rains.. i never complain about the game being grindy, but this does not spark joy.

I got a flower CORB once. I stopped looking for the flowers for weeks i was so mad 🤣
