Switch seats in vehicles button

A button to switch seats in a vehicle for me particularly the vehicles with machine guns. I think maybe a 3 to 5 second cool down for vehicles in motion so people couldn’t go from driver to gunner in a Hilux to do drivebys solo. To keep with the theme of the game and to reenforce team plasters ya know? But I think for vehicles not in motion there should be no cooldown.

The reason I’m posting this is because I’m in a game where I saw a vehicle with a heavy mg and we had a heli overhead so I ran to The empty vehicle to go gun down the helicopter before causing my team too much damage. When I got there I couldn’t get out of the drivers seat, I look through all the key binds and couldn’t find any button listed I even googled to find nothing.

Were you on a server? If yes, then you were probably playing with the OHD Vehice Overhaul mod, so ofc it wasnt in keybinds

I should’ve clarified sorry I was in a mod but when vehicles get added with full support I was hoping to add this here so it wasn’t something they added in a patch after

imo it should be like arma, to switch seats, you get up and walk to the sheat you want. But your opinion doenst bother

You can change seats with the F keys (F1, F2, F3,...)

I think it is planned to switch them via a radial menu with future updates

i just hope we can still be able to use f1-12 keys to change seats besides of this very unusual and unnecessary system, with cooldown ofc

I really like this system however I would request that mouse movements for vehicle control are ignored while using this menu.

do you mean keyboard movements or mouse movements bc idk where do you see that the camera is moving when he is moving his mouse to select somthing in the menu while in the vehicle
