To be honest, I never actually looked in the game to see if I have feet.
Guess it is kind of like real life.
I know I have feet and lots of other body parts, but i don't often go looking at them, unless I have specific reason to.
Not to mention, in combat, if you dont look at the bullet hole, it is not there, it does not count
