The game will have 4-5 full servers during peak time and it'll be floating around those so at least a few matches of it will be full
It'll just be difficult getting it full at a specific time for a specific match, especially since it's gonna be on a Thursday
So better to just throw it out there and see wherever it gets full randomly

I mean use what you can but you always want to invest a bit more into fans, cases, and psu then other products. One because airflow gives you a better lifespan for years of future hardware but also those aren't really things you will consistently need to upgrade performance wise. So getting higher quality that'll have twice the lifespan will always be a good investment, and if one dies you can always carry the rest to your new system unlike a motherboard and a cpu among other components.
Its kinda opposite what the expectation is cause everyone wants the shiny new higher tier gpu and cpu, but if you dont need the performance its kinda wasted money cause you'll still get about the same lifespan as something cheaper
