Badland?
Yep. Also Badland 2 + Brawl + Party.
@verbal atlas You know badland?
And no what system are they for?
Android and iOS
Got it, so do this get an Emulated either Mumu or Bluestacks and I can walk you through the rest. You'll have to turn virtulization on your PC.
Sorry.
But basically you will need MUMU because what you can do, you can download it on the Emulator and get it via PowerISO.
I needed to know what it was on because it can tell me what the files are.
I've been heard some guy named "Fleny" found a way to get it with "Scripts"
And programs.
You can try his method but I am still trying to figure out how to use it myself.
Do you have it on mobile?
Actually let me get it really quick
Requirements that he gave to me:
PVRTexTool (I installed it in my PC now.)
Python (I have 3.14.3)
foobar2000 (I don't have it.)
Foorbar you'll need for sure, you just need the files right?
He said it's for the Brawl and Party games.
He give you any steps on getting the games?
Not yet. But I'll ask him for the links to give me the games.
That is really the hardest step is getting them off mobile.
After that all you need is AssetstudioMod
If you get the games I can walk you through the rest.
Badland 1 and 2 used C++ and Cocos2Dx.
for the sound effects
first open the apk with 7-zip and extract the content to your desired folder.
download vgmstream, and put it in the game's extracted folder assets\audio_fmodstudio
Then run this command from that place:
vgmstream-cli.exe -S 0 -l 1.0 -f 0.0 -o ?n_?s.wav BadlandSoundEvents_BadlandBank.bank
examples of the result:
For the graphics there are some that you can open with PVRTexTool
I believe the game is made using cocos engine, therefore you may find some ccbi file converter
Hold up, let me invite the guy named "Fleny" for a little help.
I'm here.
I have the iOS version of Badland. But I have version 3.3.6 that I got from the Wayback Machine website.
Okay. So,
@ocean cape You get the .ipa file from this website, Download it. When downloaded, extract it. When done, go to Payload/Badland.app/graphics/hd or hd2 find for .pvr files. Use PVRTexTool to convert the files to png.
After that, go back to the Badland.app folder. Go to the audio folder. Select all .fsb files, Open foobar2000, drag and drop the .fsb files. And there you go! You have BL1 sprites! ๐
Okay :)
