#My model looks small

This is my first attempt at extracting models from the game Bust a Groove. When I preview them on the website, they appear very small. I don't know if this is due to the game's settings or if there's a way to adjust them so they're easier to view.

To extract the model, I used the 3D screenshot method.

I see this when the model is not centered in your scene, or has something in the scene a great distance from the actual model - like a remnant piece far away.

could it be the center of the object is far away from it?

After several days I tried to fix this again. But it still seems far off, and to top it off, the textures in the file it's asking for are corrupted.

#

I'm not sure whether to just not include the preview model, leave it as is, or if there's actually a solution.

why don't you upload your model here so we can look at it and determine the issue?

send me the obj or dae with the textures, please. i can make a new glb for you, but the one you have now seems too busted

#

whatever you exported it as a glb from gave it memory leaks

well, i've identified at least part of the issue

#

you have level geometry in the model that's stored far away from the character

#

go into edit mode, with the transparent mesh view and select every part of the model you can immediately see (do not use the select all option)

#

invert your selection, delete the geometry that became selected in the process, and save

#

i'm not sure how to fix her face coloration, unfortunately
