is it different for each application? I just want to transfer all the game file and app data, even the app, from my phone to my pc. it's different for each game?

once i get the app and all the files onto my PC then I know what to do. I'm just having trouble getting the app with all the data to my pc
yeah I did, but online it was giving me methods that only transfer my files like photos and documents. not whole apps
in the past, I knew of an app that would get into the deep files, so to speak, and let me get entire app folders, but i forgot what it is
