#Deleted because TheSoundsResource no longer accepts story dialogue, sorry

For The Stick of Truth, I can't seem to access the game files because I would actually need to "install" the game first. However, the product code is missing. https://archive.org/details/South_Park_The_Stick_of_Truth_USA/02. Back.jpg I was wondering if there was another work-around to this.
The only thing I found so far was https://vgm.hcs64.com/?text=south+park and apparently both of the games have .wem and .bnk sound files.
There are a lot of .wem files for both of the games, but the problem is that they are all encoded with numbers which makes it hard to determine what the sound file is (plus I can't tell if its either the music, sound effects, or voices)
Update: Many of the WEM files contain background music for both in game and probably the cutscenes, and I believe that the voicelines/dialogue voice lines are encrypted (edit: gave up after multiple attempts and confusion).
As it turns out, in order to access the installed files (including VO files) for both Stick of Truth and Fractured But Whole, I would have to own the game on Steam by purchasing it, but I don't want to waste my money on them because I already own them for Switch.
could you send a example
try Foobar2000?
