Unfortunately, you're on your own for sourcing the game files. I can't tell you where to get your hands on the game. As far as I'm aware, there isn't any sort of online resource for the model files either. But If there is, I cannot link it to you here.

Yes, but the method of extracting the game depends if you have the Wii U or Nintendo Switch version of BOTW.
