Try between the feline nose and the cow nose. The feline nose for the shape, and the cow nose for if your specific style has the nose pushed out a bit more
The "shape" and "detail" sliders are your best friend in these cases

Like I said, there are several ways to accomplish an anime look. It’s not just one look, it’s a genre with lots of permutations, so there’s lots of ways to accomplish it with Hero Forge
