It's just that its a 5v5 fight, so having more than one or two vehicles per team doesn't make a lot of sense. Especially for a Clan War with rewards on the line, which means it should be decided by skill and strategy.
If its a bunch of vehicles, then literally all the players will hop into each of them, and it won't be a clan war but a driving derby.

If you guys wanna make a "destruction derby" mode, that sounds fun, but that's not what comes to mind when ppl hear "Clan War"... usually that involves actual fighting, not literally everyone hop into their own vehicle please.
At that point, there is no ground infantry fighting skill involved.

That involvement and spreading out of duties is what makes Clans feasible and sustainable, or else the lack of them will cause frustration and disinterest.

the thing that you have to understand, is that without the infantry bots, not only would all the rounds have lasted much longer, but it would have also had a lot less action.
infantry bots made it much more action packed, but they also were useful, they could kill players with the effect of surprise or number, and could easily help secure the middle area.
for example, i saw Alexsei get shredded in Close Quarters by a machine gunner of my team, if the bots weren't there, alexsei could have continued camping in that building with no issue whatsoever, yes they were free kills, but they still had their use.
