that is a really good question, i hadn't thought that it might be my setting difference, i'll check right away! (sorry for the late response, i fell asleep after waiting for an answer it was past 2am for me)

You can change normal to force to ensure the settings don't matter.

Other than that I don't really see why this wouldn't work so maybe you need to elaborate on how you are testing it and what you expect vs what you observe.
